The whole store looked rough. I came 4 states to go to that place because adout 2ish years ago they were putting in big beautiful book shelves and when they finally put books in them I was moving away It was nice and clean then. A good selection of of the many different genres I like to read. Today it was like I was walking into a bad gerage sale . it was a mess books stuffed here and there some new and some old beat up yet all mixed up. No uniformity! Goodwill had a cleaner neater book section than they do. They REALLY need to get help to fix the book section. I didn't see alot different with the rest of the store . I was just so disappointed about tbe book section I was ready to leave and didn't pay the much attention to the rest ???!!!

Prices are good in most older videos. Kind of pricey on newer ones. But the staff is pretty friendly & deffinately helpful.

I have been shopping here for 8 years. Games, music and movies.

Skylanders... music movies the kids are gorked out for days. Better yet actual shoping in pubic i even saw someone I know.

So they got rid of media play to put in second hand media play? It's a cool store don't get me wrong. They have both new and previously used merchandise. They have all kinds of toys, stuffed animals and all kinds of fun stuff. They have books, CDs, LP's, Dvd's blu-ray, they may even have some laserdiscs buried in there somewhere. Large selection of video games for every game system,. But, be careful of some of their pricing, some of the prices are a little off. Also, the story is really disorganized. The bathrooms are another planet, they are completely destroyed. It's like you've stepped into a second world country. But great place to shop especially if you're looking for a gift for someone.

Waited for customer service for a half hour and when I went to pick out a game I was told a different price than marked. When I paid the upped price, I was given the wrong disc and was assured that it was the correct one, even though the box was clearly marked differently. Ended up paying 30 dollars for a disc in the wrong case that was 7 dollars in the actual case. Every game case has a different mark on it for some reason. Some cases say 10 dollars while others say 30 dollars for the exact same game. The shelves are completely unorganized, and on top of that, their website links redirect you back to the same website every time. There is no contact information, and no way of contacting them on their website. I wouldn't say my experience was necessarily bad until I got home and found the mismarked game. If I could get ahold of them, it still wouldn't be horrible, because I might be able to get the correct game but I live 3 hours away. Bad review because there is no contact information to make amends for the game. If you are particular about getting the game you paid for, I would not recommend entertainmart.

Large store but a very small selection of comic books. Staff was helpful. They always have good sales around the holidays. Store did seem old and a bit out dated. Needs a good facelift.

Some of the games and stuff are a little overpriced, but their selection is absolutely massive. This is the place that you go if you're trying to find a rare DVD or Blu-ray and don't want to order it online. They have odd stuff such as samurai swords and other bizarre collectibles. They have good prices on most of their used blu-rays and DVDs they also have a selection of comic books, literature, and CDs as well as other media. Perfect place to go for unusual gifts.
The staff is pretty helpful and will actually approach you and ask if you need help. They usually have most stuff in stock and you can be sure that you'll find something that you didn't know you wanted while you're there. Definitely a fun place to visit and I will continue to go back whenever I really want to add a Blu-ray to my collection. I know that my review has mostly been focused on the Blu rays LOL but there's plenty of stuff there for everyone.

I used to love coming here for movies and Xbox games.
I shopped here yesterday and frankly I won't be back. The floors were disgusting, my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor (gross!), there was no organization in the movies or games, it seemed half the stock was scattered around. The 2 week old 4th of July decorations were either still up or ripped and scattered around. There were cups and trash everywhere.
I've seen ghetto walmarts taken care of better than this.

The service is a joke, there is one lone employee trying to cover the cases by himself. I stood at one trying to get help for over 20 minutes and gave up after I watched him walk off to the back.
I'll find other shops where they understand customer service.

last night i bought a used PS3 fat and i bought some games for it. when i took it home and put in one of the games it start to act up. i was playing one game and it took forever to load. then i play another game and it was working good a til it just freeze or go back to the PlayStation menu. now the games are fine there's nothing wrong with them it just the game system.

Last time I went there I was followed around the whole time. Kinda rude. Plus your bathrooms smell like someone died in there.

This place used to be a good store now it's just looks nasty when you walk in and smells in the entrance and their products are damaged alot and over priced! Don't try and sale nothing because they suck a buying I had $200 worth of stuff and they wanted to give me $11 come on!!!! Beware this place ain't worth going too or shopping at!!!!!!! They lost their mojo years ago not same now it's worse!

They'll buy used games for a much better price than game stop

When I got home one of the video games I bought didn't have the disk.

Colorado Springs Mecca of used dvd's, games, cd's, game consoles and accessories. If they don't have what you're looking for, they try to order it for you, and when all else fails the staff are cool enough to point you to some places that might. Really just fantastic people who work there

Staff is friendly, helpful, and the prices are reasonable. My daughter was sick and wanted to watch a few movies. I called, the movies were put aside and I was able to go to the front desk and pick them up. In and out of the store in minutes. Great place!

This place is huge!! They have decent prices and you can definitely find a great by here if you look really hard.

Staff are friendly. They sell basically everything here. Card games, books, movies, comics, manga, records, collectables, dnd guides and cards... anything from obscure hobbies to old (or new!) movies/games, even cell phones. Definitely check it out

The store is dirty, the employees can be between great and not-caring. Great selection of all sorts tho! You looking for a movie you haven't seen in awhile, I bet you'll find it here. Games, meh. I don't buy used consoles, phones, etc. Just not my thing. Also I don't trade in. NOTE: I advise EVERYONE when you go in to buy discs, take a look before you drive off, or ask to see them at the desk. They can be dirty, smudged, etc, but your looking for nasty scratches. Always been my thing. AND your also looking to make sure the right disc is in the right case. Ended up one time with some weird barbie movie in a sealed dvd. They took it back no problem, but I made it back immediately, mind you, the clerk remembered me. So, to be on the safe side, check your stuff!! If we aren't buying online, we buy here! Good luck!

I can always find what I need and the prices are very good

Terrible. Used prices for games are as much as you can get a new copy on amazon or Walmart. The prices they buy at are literally pennies on the dollar... or just pennies. If you're selling you'll be better off selling privately even if you sell below average prices. And buy somewhere else you'll pay double in this store for new items and pay full price for a used item.

Half the stuff dont work right however the staff smiles a lot hmmm wonder if thay know thay are selling things that work right

It has a wide variety of books and DVDs and collectables. It's great place to shop. The prices are fair. I enjoyed the whole time I was there. I can't wait to go back again!

Neat store. Good place for various Electronics and media. Books are disorganized, so it's hard to find things. Games are in good order. Now carries card games.

So much content in one place but so little help. Took 40 min to get a tablet that should have taken 5. Had to convenient the guy I don't want a Appel product. Waste of time and a HUGE PAIN.

Awesome store to buy games music and electronics but horrible for selling anything they offer next to nothing and some of the older games and consoles they will offer you change and sell it for outrageous amounts. For example they offered me 15 dollars for my wii console and where selling them for 120

The guy behind the counter was rude to my gf and insulted her. I asked for a manager and the guy tried having thrown out for asking for manager. The manager was by far the worse most unprofessional person I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and skip this place your business will be appreciated a lot more by anyone else.

It's a gamers dream, it has games from almost every console, theres multiple copies of some games, and the store restock a lot, so you never know what you'll find the next time you go there.

They have just about everything entertainment from games and systems, vinyl and movies, to smart watches and tablets. Must be seen to be appreciated!

Was amazed at the sheer volume of DVDs and Blu-ray. The store is HUGE! If they don't have it, it either doesn't exist or is a collectable that goes for hundreds of dollars.

they have a wide variety of options, games and books are really cheap, theres always sales. i only go there for manga and ive saved over 40 dollars by coming here instead of a book store or using amazon.

If you like movies and games, it's a fun place to shop.

Very friendly, experienced staff. They give great recommendations for when your not sure what you should watch or play. You can sell your games and systems for a better deal than you'd get at game stop. Plus you can sell more than that. You can sell manga, records, c.d.'s, dad's, books, electronics and more and still get pretty decent price for it.

Stupidly overpriced,damaged dvds. This is one of the ONLY video stores in the Colorado Springs area and on top of that, the place is huge! Too bad that the people who run the place just squander it. The place is totally disorganized! Whenever there are dvds on sale, everything is put into letter order and put in small boxes. And they expect people to just rummage through (I'm not kidding) hundreds of dvds to look for the ones we might like. I went there hoping I'd find some good shows and as luck would have it, I did. But, my excitement came to a screeching halt when I looked at prices.... the grand total for two 12 episode dvds would have cost me $65. And no, the shows weren't rare or even that popular at all to a mass audience. They just pull prices out of their asses. Another show that I wanted was $20 but, I would've been willing to pay if the dvd case itself wasn't water damaged. And if the box is in such bad shape to the point of the paint chipping, I could only imagine how bad the dvd itself was. And I'm not kidding or exaggerating when I say the dvds actually feel clammy as if they were owned by some dirty pig before, and no one bothered to clean the dvds. Also, I was sweating the whole time because the store feels stuffy and too warm . From now on, I'll stick with ebay, amazon, walmart or target if I want dvds. At least then I'd know that the dvds aren't filthy and damaged

Worst customer service in America! They tried to rip me off and give me $317 for 2 phones in mint condition. They sell these phones for $379 a piece. Also according to their website I shoulda been able to get $520 for them.... don't sell your stuff to this guy's they're a bunch of thiefs!!!!! Sell it on your own and get 3 times what entertainment would pay you

Reading these reviews is hilarious! The employees are dead in the eyes, the place looks like it is constantly undergoing a rebuild after a hurricane has just demolished it, and just based on reviewing the DVD's I would venture as far as to say that not a single employee knows their ABC's. The thing is, there is nothing else like it in the springs. It would be impossible to find the selection that they have here without going to 10 different pawn shops and Game Stops.

So if you can endure the fowl looks of employees that regret all of their current life choices, and the clutter that plagues this place (especially around the holidays) then you can find some real treasures here.

Buy, sell, trade store. Their selection is fabulous and you can find many little treasures that you might not be able to find easily anywhere else. DVD, blu-ray, tv series box set, collectables, comics, books, books and more books, video games and their consoles and more.

They used to be a much cleaner store with more friendly people. They still have the largest selection available for movies, music, video games, and almost every kind of accessory.
