Waited for customer service for a half hour and when I went to pick out a game I was told a different price than marked. When I paid the upped price, I was given the wrong disc and was assured that it was the correct one, even though the box was clearly marked differently. Ended up paying 30 dollars for a disc in the wrong case that was 7 dollars in the actual case. Every game case has a different mark on it for some reason. Some cases say 10 dollars while others say 30 dollars for the exact same game. The shelves are completely unorganized, and on top of that, their website links redirect you back to the same website every time. There is no contact information, and no way of contacting them on their website. I wouldn't say my experience was necessarily bad until I got home and found the mismarked game. If I could get ahold of them, it still wouldn't be horrible, because I might be able to get the correct game but I live 3 hours away. Bad review because there is no contact information to make amends for the game. If you are particular about getting the game you paid for, I would not recommend entertainmart.
