I've been to this store quite a few times, and have bought many things there. I've only had a few bad experiences.
First off, some of the clerks like to stand around talking to each other instead of helping the customers. I've gone in to buy things had wound up leaving because standing at the counter for 5 minutes being ignored isn't fun.
Second, I was trying to buy a DVD box set for a friend's birthday. I told the clerk that I wasn't sure if he already had it, and she said that if he did I could return it in 30 days. Well, he already had it so 5 days later I tried to return it and they refused, saying I could only return it if it didn't work. I tried to trade it in instead, but they said it was too scratched. I never opened the item so it was just as scratched then as it was when I bought it from them.
Their prices are getting progressively worse. A friend of mine told me he traded in a game, not realizing I wanted it. He only got $7.00 for it. They said they couldn't give him more because they already had too many used copies of that title. I was just up there half an hour ago and they're selling the used copies for $50! Other game stores have the same title NEW for $40 or less!
