Happily willing to flat out lie to you to get you in the door. I confronted the sales man face to face and asked why do you lie to people about financing? We asked questions before hand.Very detailed questions that were all answered in complete lies,I'm talking ZERO deniability lies. The best answer I could get is the phone/internet people get paid by the head,so they lie to get more people through the door.
Why would Nissan allow their employees to steal from them,on top of angering and driving away any chance of future business, plus the negative word of mouth,believe me I'll save any one I can a trip to Lumberton to be laughed at by a salesman,and more or less asked,why are you here?

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Murano from Terry Chapin Nissan and it was a wonderful experience. From the friendliness of the sales staff to the overall experience of the dealership. Terry Chapin himself personally helped me with choosing the Nissan that was right for me. I test drove two vehicles and when not really sure of what I wanted, he walked onto the lot, picked out a vehicle he knew I could afford AND be satisfied with allowed me to test drive one more vehicle. With me being satisfied, he personally made sure that I was happy with MY decision, walked me through the entire process of purchase. Never in my years of buying a car has the owner been personal with me. I would also like to give commendations to the Finance Managers as well as meeting the service department staff. Purchased a vehicle last year to find out this year i was overcharged they gave us a 2017 Nissan versa payments are way too high $410 monthly it's a standard vehicle and now im behind in payments they wanna reposse it it's gonna go on my credit im stuck without a vehicle badcredit and a loss of 1000 dwn paymemt the vehicle only retailed for 10,000 but they told me it would be 18,000 im so upset and angry I thought going to a real dealership the experience would be better. You fit me in without an appointment for oil change in the middle of COVID 19 virus,put I asked in Advance to make sure that all my fluids were filled including windshield fluid,that s the second time I have had my oil changed there and always ask the same thing but it doesn t happen ( is filling the windshield fluid not included with fluids?). I love this place! I got the 2018 Nissan Versa SV last year. I really wanted a Mitsubishi Mirage but couldn't find a new one in Lumberton anywhere. Although I ended up with a Versa, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was promissed that after a year, I could get any new vehicle that Nissan carried in my own name, or refinance the one that I have now in my own name. I hope that this is true!!! (Can you guys get other makes brought in such as the Mitsubishi Mirage?) If not, I think that I want the Nissan Kicks! I love the customer service here, and couldn't believe it the day that they got me into my new car. Instantly! No more plastic hubcaps though, please. I actually feel that for the price of my black Nissan Versa SV ($19,000) vs. the Silver Nissan Versa that I really wanted that was only ($14,000), but was told that the paint wasn't good on it, would have come with the nice stock rims. I think that that is my only complaint. I'm not a good bargainer, and needed a car ASAP. If I could go back to that day, I would have said "If you throw on the Nissan Versa stock rims for me instead of these plastic caps, we would have ourselves a deal!" I wish that I did. That's my only regret. Other than that, I really love my car. Now if only there weren't so many rubber alligators (retreads) all up and down I-95 to run over, my car would be 100% perfect still! So...how about them stock Nissan Versa rims? ; ) I think it's fair, especially considering that I change my own oil instead of taking advantage of your free oil changes and car washes. "Fair Trade!"

Two hours and 15 minutes to change the oil and rot...

Two hours and 15 minutes to change the oil and rotate tires. Fortunately I was not charged for the rotation but I was not at all happy about the time it took. HOWEVER...we didn t even get to pull the car away from the service department parking area and NOL was on the phone wanting to know how the service went and wanting to buy back the car. Quite frankly we will never again purchase a vehicle from NOL and maybe someone should monitor how quickly these check-up calls are made...vulture comes to mind!

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima back in Nov 2014, the car had 3,000 miles on it when i bought it. This January the car started making a popping noise on the front driver side while driving. Since January 2016, til now the car has been in their service 4 times for the problem, and now in June , the problem is still not fix. I am currently under warrant since i have less than 36,000 miles, but it will end soon and still my car is not fixed. They have not offered to replace the car or put me in a new car or give me my money back. I am very displeased with this experience.

They had good customer service but that did not try to meet my needs of the car I wanted and tried to sell me a car that was not in my price range so I went to bleecker in red springs and they gave me the car I wanted that was within my price range, they did not try to force me to get a car that I did not want and nissan of lumberton lied about the bank approving me for a car for a certain price and I went to bleecker and got the price I wanted with that same bank.

I recently leased a 16 Altima and it was the easiest car buying experience I could've asked for. I live in Tallahassee and the car was delivered right to my door step and my trade it was driven back - I never had to move!

Their staff was professional, efficient, and courteous - I never felt bullied or pressured to buy like I did at other vendors. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and kept me in the loop through every step of the car buying process.

Not to mention the great deal and service I received throughout the experience - I got the exact color and model car I wanted with a monthly payment lower than what I expected. I can't recommend Terry Chapin Nissan enough!

Not only did I walk away without a car for my daughter but I had credit inquiries from 12 different banks and credit unions and they tried to overprice the vehicle by thousands of dollars, all while coming to the negotiation table with a printed "Smiley face" and a "CONGRATS", like I was going to accept their ridiculous offer. Thanks for nothing, I'll take my business elsewhere!

I was extremely disappointed in the management. The salesman who helped us out was really nice, but we had looked at a car on their website and when we had went to talk numbers about the car, they wanted almost 3k more than what the website had listed. They didn t even want to honor the mistake that they had made, especially because the price had been the same for at least two weeks. Management wouldn t budge on the price which was also extremely disappointing because what are you expecting when you go to a car lot where they don t put prices on the cars. You re believing what the website says, it s your fault you made the mistake.

I was dissatisfied. The gentleman that checked me in was nice but thats the only compliment I have for them. I waited about 15 minutes to be checked in. I called later to speak with them and I had a very hard time getting thru to them I had to call 7 times to even speak with someone to be connected to service. I kept getting a message saying the voice-mail for that extension wasn't available. I didn't speak with anyone to send me to a voice-mail. They don't do complimentary vacuum or wash. There wasn't even paper in my floor board to keep grease from their shoes getting on my carpet. I didn't wait on my vehicle because of Covid19 that is going around the dealership

I was only called to let me know my car was done. No explanation of what the status my cars condition was in. I appreciate the free oil change, but the personal approach was very bad.

The car belongs to my mother and Chris Spaulding had to drive 38 miles to fix an oil leak on a 2013 Nissan Maxima. Kayla set my appointment. Johnny signed me in and my car was taken to service department for routine oil change. When finished Johnny came and spoke to me about my cars future needs. I was worried about my tires. I picked out my date (next week) for replacement tires. I had options for payment! He really gave me some insight.
While I was waiting, Sales (Mr. Green) came and sat with me for a few minutes and we spoke about my future vehicle. He was giving me some great pointers and selling me a vehicle in the future.

The best experience I ve ever had at a dealership was at Nissan of Lumberton. Everybody was friendly and a happy atmosphere all the way around. They were willing to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and always welcomed me at the door. I can t say anything bad about my experience. My sales person was Joe and Chris (general manager) walked me through all of my options. They even helped entertain my child while I signed papers. They truly made car buying easy!

Sent My Husband a letter saying They would purchase His truck at 120% of its value, up to the 31st of December, regardless of Him making another purchase from Them or not. Since We live an hour away, My Husband called, the afternoon of the 31st, and asked for an estimate on what They would give Him for His truck... once They realized He might not be spending that money THAT afternoon, They wouldn't give Him the estimate and gave Him the run around til it was too late! They will NEVER get anymore business from Us!

I m so upset with the lies this dealership has told me, truly unbelievable. Yesterday I spoke with Corey about the promotion that s started Friday. The We will payoff your trade no matter what is owed.... Corey verified everything including what was owed on my vehicle and that I would be able to proceed with the promo for 2020 Nissan Altima w/ my trade and negative equity being paid off for under $22,000. This was a bold face lie. I came and sat with Ricky- who had no ideal of the promo and made me show him so he could go ask about it. The We will payoff your trade no matter what is owed when it came to numbers was non-existent. They literally tried to place my loan right back on to a new vehicle. Essentially meaning - I would pay off my own trade. The price of 22,000 skyrocketed to 35,000. And I had a check from Navy Federal in my wallet. To top it off Corey would not even come from the back to speak with me about his inaccurate information, and he knew I was driving 1 hr + away
