I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Murano from Terry Chapin Nissan and it was a wonderful experience. From the friendliness of the sales staff to the overall experience of the dealership. Terry Chapin himself personally helped me with choosing the Nissan that was right for me. I test drove two vehicles and when not really sure of what I wanted, he walked onto the lot, picked out a vehicle he knew I could afford AND be satisfied with allowed me to test drive one more vehicle. With me being satisfied, he personally made sure that I was happy with MY decision, walked me through the entire process of purchase.
