This place is great. I love that they do an x-ray before adjusting you for the first time. I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff are friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable, and the environment is comfortable. I would go every day if I could. And I highly recommend them.
They are all world class and super friendly, and they do a great job with their rehab program. I just feel like sometimes I am being rushed out of there sometimes, even when I have questions. This is the only thing from preventing 5 star review. I hope they don't become a "quantity over quality" establishment, because I really enjoy going here.
I was recommended here by a close friend and I haven t been disappointed. They are always friendly and helpful. All the staff is upbeat and friendly and are always ready to make an appointment work for you. Being a single mom with 2 children it can be a challenge, but I ve been so satisfied with the level of care and service this team consistently delivers.

I don't look forward to very many appointments, but I do when it's Chiropractor day. I've never had a bad experience here. Throughout my pregnancy I received second to none care and made it through without excruciating sciatic nerve pain. Since 3 weeks old my daughter has been coming in with me. I began seeing Dr. Travis after suffering a back injury in April of 2018. When I made my way in, I could barely move and even the assessment with Dylan caused me to crumble. X rays were taken and I received such comprehensive care from the very first interaction. I saw Dr. Travis several times a week in the beginning and I had improvement quickly. The entire staff is so personable and I speak of them with anyone I come in contact with if they speak of any issues from allergies to discomfort. The spine is indeed the root of us all and the branches we have will only be healthy if the core where they extend from is as well. I have NEVER left a public review but felt compelled to do so here. I am incredibly grateful for the care and determination which was had by all to have me, in the end, feel good . Nothing less would be acceptable. Thank you so much to each and every one of you... Very poor service. Didn't read my chart, have bruising from adjustment that drastically increased pain. Near impossible to get in contact with.
I love coming to ACS for my adjustments! From the first day I became a new patient to being on a maintenance schedule, every step has been amazing. I've seen such a great improvement in my overall health and wellness. They treated me so well the first time I walked in there door until now. Everyone is always there to help and wants to make you feel like your their number 1 priority. I'd highly recommend having your adjustments done here!
I've been using Dr. Travis as my chiropractor since he was at his first location & I've been taking my children there since they were barely a month old. I believe the adjustments help us stay well. All of the staff is very friendly. Also I love the free community events they do there such as yoga.

The doctors here are great. I had a pretty major issue with billing, but it has since been resolved. Dr. Bangert promised that they have taken steps to address these issues, and he apologized for the error. The doctors and treatment were always topnotch for the year I went there.

The staff is professional as well as down to earth. The process to prepare you for the adjustment is great. All you have to do is tell them your issue(s) and they will address it, as well as give you information on what you can do when you re away from their care.
I've been a patient here for over 3 years and I love them! I've seen Dr. Travis, Dr. Alex, and Dr. Dustin -- they are all great. Nice, bright, new office with a 2 waiting rooms and a separate area for children to play. You get w warm-ups -- one seated or lying down with e-stimulatiom, then a second warm up with a technician (a mini-massage!). They take insurance or cash, and I believe that they have a payment plan option for cash paying patients when you first begin your treatment regimen. Lots of turnover in front desk staff, but every staff member that I've come in contact with is friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend them!

We live hours away from Lincoln, but my son plays basketball for a Lincoln team. One night in practice, he injured his hip. I called them up 1 hour before closing without my son being a previous patient there. They saw him right away that night and fixed him right up for his basketball tournament that began the next day. They went way out of their way to help. They are absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful!! Thank You!!!!!

Awesome! Dr, Travis is an amazing doctor built like The Hulk and can twist you like a pretzel if needed and has a soft gentle touch too! My entire family including my small children have visited this office several times. They give you a great massage before you are adjusted and have so many other services including a massage therapist, acupuncture, etc. Best chiropractor I ve ever been to in the several states I ve lived in! The office is new, very classy and all the employees and doctors are incredibly friendly, professional and leave you feeling like a friend! Where is the button for 6 stars?!
Amazing care at all levels. Electronic stimulation, massage, warm up and of course comprehensive adjustments. Doctors Travis, Alex & Justin are knowledgeable in all areas of spinal adjustments as well as soft tissue manipulation. Resulting in complete body care. They even work with patients who have TMJ and are able to improve it dramatically.
I speak from personal experience. I've been a patient here for 6+ years (my family too). I've had 3 spinal surgeries prior to coming here and was in immense pain with severe limitations on my mobility. My TMJ has been so bad at times that talking or eating were extremely difficult. Since coming here, I still have issues but they are greatly reduced.
Chiropractic care is more than just about the spine. The spinal cord affects our entire body. From pain and stiffness to allergies and immune support. Chiropractic care is essential.

My kids and I came to this office with some complex problems having lower back, plantar fasciitis and also complication during pregnancy. Fantastic staff, fantastic company goals and standards. Extremely cheap cash price and I'm actually upset that I'm leaving the area, because I know I'm not gonna find anything comparable.
So far my experience with Dr. Travis has been quite positive! He has helped alleviate my headaches and shoulder pain, and has reduced my neck and side pain. We're still working out a bad spot in my neck so I still go once a week. If we ever get this worked out and I can go every two weeks then I'll probably change this review to 5 stars! Friendliness and professionalism of all staff are top notch!

Everyone is very nice. There is a large difference in skill level between the chiropractors here. Some are very talented and others appear timid and new.
They also try very hard to make you believe in chiropractics. Brochures assuring you that they're "Real Doctors" and how chiropractics has been a "time tested practice". They try so hard it actually makes you question if they're trying to deceive you. You've already walked in the door for goodness' sake, surely they don't need to convince you any more after you've already agreed to go to an appointment.
This is such an amazing office for so many reasons! The front staff always puts a smile on my face and I really enjoy the stretching and mini massage before I get adjusted. Both doctors do amazing work and have really helped my back improve tremendously! The entire staff is very caring and passionate about what they do!
This place is amazing. We were at our end with our new baby who has colic. Dr. Kendra explained what she was going to do, and then did the adjustment. Our baby "melted" it must have felt so good. She even did 2 follow up calls. One about an hour after the adjustment, and then another the next morning. Amazing customer service, amaxing doctors. Legit cannot speak mire highly of them!

Dr. Kendra does a great job! Make sure to drink your water and be aware of your immune system! A lot of things other than what people think typical chiropractor care is, go into the science, and ACS does a great job educating you about that.
