I was dissatisfied. The gentleman that checked me in was nice but thats the only compliment I have for them. I waited about 15 minutes to be checked in. I called later to speak with them and I had a very hard time getting thru to them I had to call 7 times to even speak with someone to be connected to service. I kept getting a message saying the voice-mail for that extension wasn't available. I didn't speak with anyone to send me to a voice-mail. They don't do complimentary vacuum or wash. There wasn't even paper in my floor board to keep grease from their shoes getting on my carpet. I didn't wait on my vehicle because of Covid19 that is going around the dealership
