I was recommended to see Dr. He at this office by another dentist to have a root canal extraction. Even though I was late ~1h to my appointment, they still took care of me quickly(around 45 minutes) and painlessly, while still being kind at the same time. Dr. He performed the operation with great care and dedication. I felt marginal discomfort, and it was primarily from the setup parts, and not the drilling itself. While initially I was nervous because I never had such an operation done on me before, by the end I felt very calm and relaxed. The assistant, Leigh Ann, was very helpful before and during the operation, explaining the problem I had and how I was going to be taken care of. She was very attentive with me and made sure I was completely ready for the operation. I was prescribed antibiotics that day but I barely felt any pain afterwards. The office also helped me with billing insurance as well, which was great. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Even if her clinic is far away from my house, it is still my top choice. Her diagnosis is very accurate too!

Best Dental Experience of my LIFE. I went to my regular dentist this morning and was informed that I needed a root canal. I was in so much pain I wanted the root canal performed immediately. I called Endodontic Associates of Carrollton and they were able to get me in 45 minutes later. SAME DAY! Gabby was extremely helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person and went above and beyond to coordinate with my insurance. I then met with Denise who assisted Dr. Jenny He and I could not say enough kind words about either of them. I could not even feel the shots being given and the root canal itself was so painless I actually kept dozing off to sleep. I would refer all of my friends and family to this facility and would happily go again should I have any future needs.

Stop researching Doctors to perform your root canal right now! I used to be just like you. I HATED going to the dentist for anything more than a routine cleaning. I was told that I have sensitive nerves and anytime I had a filling or anything invasive it was painful. I mean nerve pain that ll make you skip check ups.

When I was told by my dentist that I likely needed a root canal, I was nervous and dredded the experience. I swear to you I even had a nightmare about it the nights before the procedure.

I was nervous when I arrived at the EAC office and was nervous filling out the paperwork, and was still nervous when the assistant brought me back and told me to sit down in the chair. I could tell they were politely hiding all kinds of prodding drills under the napkin on the tray next to the chair. Yeah, I was still nervous.

But then, Dr He arrived with a kind smile on her face and explained to me that I had nothing to worry about, that she specializes in root canals and makes her job to ensure my experience in pain and worry free. I told her I had bad experiences before, and she wasn t surprised or fazed. She assured me my comfort was her priority and I have to say that not only did I believe her, I trusted her. Trust, that s not a word I ever thought I would use when describing the relationship you have with your dentist. But I realize now it is what I have always been missing when it comes to me and my dentist.

Dr. He got me all numbed up, and it had to be a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale when she did. I wouldn t even call it a pinch really. After that, for the next 45 minutes, I didn t feel a thing. No up and down nerve pain, and no waiting for something bad to happen. She promised I wouldn t feel a thing, and I didn t. In fact, the worst part of the whole thing was my jaw being sore for having to keep it open for so long. But as many of you would agree, I ll gladly take that any day over nerve pain.

Without a doubt, my root canal with Dr. He had to be the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, ever. It was painless, comfortable and more importantly it was really worry free. They made me feel great right from the start and throughout the entire process. I even got to see post op xrays and see the work they had done.

Again, if you need a root canal, stop searching and stop stressing. Go see Dr. He and see how easy and pain free it really is. I am 24 hours post procedure and I have not had any pain with my tooth. If I ever need another root canal, I m going to straight to Dr. He. You should too. You ll never regret it.

My appointment for a root canal was handled wonderfully. Dr. He and LeighAnn did a great job of keeping a very tense and anxious patient pain-free while moving through the procedure quickly and professionally, and Danii at the front desk got my paperwork processed quickly and took the time to answer my ridiculous insurance questions. I had a great experience at this office. I was referred by General Dentist for specialized root canal. Jay at the front desk was friendly and had everything ready for me to sign when I got there. Denise, the assistant was very warm and friendly as she prepped me for the the procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. Dr. Hale was wonderful. Very friendly and laid back. He made me feel at ease as he spent time describing the xrays and everything that he was doing. They take care to explain what work they will be doing. Work was done in a timely, professional manner. I was given copies of before and after images and they promptly emailed electronic copies to my normal dentist. Staff is friendly and caring reducing the stress inherent in a root canal visit.

In a pain scale of zero to ten, where zero is no pain and ten is being eaten alive by piranhas, the root canal I had done at Endodontic Associates of Carrollton was a 0.1 (equivalent to being pinched in the cheek by your granny). Dr He has the most deft touch and their office conducts itself with professionalism and politeness at all times, in all things. I've undergone numerous dental procedures in the past, and now I only wish they all could have been performed there. It is certain that any future procedures I need will be.

After hearing the horrors (and jokes) on the pain of getting a root canal, I was shocked when I was told that I had to get one on less than one hours notice. My dentist referred me to Endodontic Associates and I walked into their offices as apprehensive as I could be. They treated me with kindness, thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions. As a matter of fact, I fell asleep during the procedure and felt no pain at all! The work that they had done was so complete, I didn't take any of the pain pills I was prescribed.
I would highly recommend them and I am truly glad that I was sent to them for this procedure.

I have had two root canals done by Dr. He and Leighann and could not be anymore satisfied by the professionalism and outcome of treatment. Going into my root canal appointment, I was terrified at the mere thought of the procedure. From the minute I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by everyone and was put at ease very quickly. I never knew it was possible to have a pain free root canal as I've always heard the worst stories! But, that was not the case here! I had a wonderful experience with Endodontic Associates of Carrollton as a new patient for the re-treatment of a root canal. Everybody was very friendly, helpful, and professional. It started with the call for the appointment. Marylou was so friendly and professional, sending out timely e-mails and texts and calling me back when my coverage was verified and letting me know what my cost would be. On the day of the appointment, Gabby made the electronic check-in (tablet-based, so much easier) very pleasant and smooth, immediately resolving the issue when I accidentally skipped past a page. After a short wait, Denise took me back. Denise was very sweet and professional throughout the process, from prep to completion, making me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kohout was very thorough in showing and explaining what the problem was, what he was going to do and why, and showing and explaining what he had done after the procedure, and providing detailed follow-up care instruction. He is also the most "painless" dentist I have ever had. I didn't even feel the anesthetic needle go in, and I didn't experience any pain whatsoever during the entire procedure, which lasted the better part of an hour. Finally, Marylou made checkout just as pleasant and smooth as everything else. I would recommend Endondontic Associates of Carrollton to anybody needing endodontic work for the best dental experience of their life!

Every employee and Dr at this business is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My dentist sent me there for a possible root canal on a Friday, on the next Monday, I was in the chair and getting the root canal completed. The root canal took approximately one hour comma with no major pain during or after the procedure. Excellent job, all around!

I was quiet terrified at first but Dr. He and Ashlee were great and explained the whole thing! I felt little to no pain after the procedure!

My experience at EA of Carrollton truly couldn't have been better! Everyone has anxiety about a root canal and more so myself having had one go bad in the past. From the initial call, EA was more than accommodating. Dani at the front desk was able to schedule me within days that was super flexible to my work schedule and told me she would allot the time needed for the actual procedure should I need it so I wouldn't have to make a second trip back. She easily offered me a 7:45 am appointment so I could get my day started early and didn't have to miss work. She also was incredibly knowledgeable of my insurance company and the policy rules. It was peace of mind knowing she knew exactly what she was talking about and was able to call me with ample time before my appointment to notify me of the exact charges I could expect. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 7:45 to see Dr. He and Denise, her assistant, ready to greet me. They were able to bring me back immediately, make me comfortable in their beautiful office and were ready to start my exam on time. After X-rays, Dr. He greeted me with the friendliest attitude and couldn't have been more personable. She reviewed my case and was able to tell me in great depth why I would benefit from the procedure, the risks and what I could expect from start to finish. The way she cares about her patients and is passionate about her work was incredibly evident, beginning with the respect she showed me for my anxiety about the entire thing all the way to making me so comfortable while injecting the anesthetics by massaging my cheek. Dr. He and Denise kept me updated throughout the procedure letting me know exactly what they were doing and how much longer I could expect it to continue. When everything was finished and Dr. He reassured me of how my mouth would feel the rest of the day, medications to take and follow up care, Dani was able to check me out and reiterate my insurance benefits and what I could expect in terms of the claims process. Before leaving, she took the time to explain the billing codes and charges on my statement so I could be informed and know exactly how much I was responsible for. To say I am so thankful for this office, their staff and their continuity of care is an understatement. I found Dr. He on my insurance company's list of approved endodontists but it was truly the multitude of beaming reviews and her extensive professional accomplishments and experience that got me into her office. I can't recommend Dr. He, Denise or Dani enough and should I ever need another root canal, will have no doubts about returning to their office knowing my experience will be nothing short of phenomenal!

I can't say enough about Endodontic Associates. It was on a Wednesday,and I was leaving for vacation on Saturday, when my tooth erupted in pain. Gabby was great and set me up that Friday for an appointment to do a root canal. Dr. Hale and his assistant were fantastic. I do not do well in a dentist chair, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everything was handled very professionally and courteously. My initial call was answered by Dani. She took time to answer my questions, send me a follow up email and get back to me with an estimate of the charges.

When I arrived, the staff was efficient and kind. The assistants were very calm and friendly and knew what to do.

Dr. He was so patient in answering all of my concerns. She spent extra time going over the process more than once so that my boyfriend could hear it as well.

She is very skilled and did an awesome job with my cracked tooth and serious root canal. She was able to perform the root canal and save the tooth so that I did not need to have it removed.

It has been 2 days and I have not had any pain or complications at all. I would definitely go back here again.

I had to get a root canal (my first and it the midst of the pandemic) and was very pleased with my experience. Luckily I didn't go there in pain and I didn't leave in pain either. The dental hygienist (or assistant) was very nice and made me feel better about the experience, I may not have been able to get through it without her. The dentist was quick and very caring about my comfort level the whole time. The procedure was quicker than I expected. They also had very rigorous ppe, masks, shields, sanitation, just me (dentist and hygienist). Overall I would highly recommend!

I came here to get a root canal done yes office staff was very nice and yes Dr He was great. But on the other hand after my root canal was completed I asked if they were going to put a cap on the tooth and they said that no they don't do that and that I would have to get the cap from another dentist. So now I am left with an unfinished root canal because it doesn't have a cap on it and now I have to find another dentist who is going to be able to put a cap on it. So I wish when I had called this place they had told me that their root canals we're not a hundred percent.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Dr Kohout and his staff Gabby and Denise during my root canal . Everything was explained to me before the procedure and throughout the entire process. They made sure I was comfortable by asking questions and giving me hand signals to use if I became uncomfortable. Denise and Dr. Kohout were on point the entire time. There was no confusion, leaving the room or mistakes. They went over post and were very pleasant from the minute I arrived till I left. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have this procedure done.

Endodontic Associates of Carrollton provided great service. Gabby at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kohout did a fine job and so did his assistant, Leighann. I m grateful for the excellent care provided by all.

My first root canal and Dr Kohout, Denise and Gabby were awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was in and out in under 2 hours and able make my son's baseball game. They ROCK!

The office was really clean and the staff was amazing. They started promptly, I wasn't sitting around for long periods of time waiting for treatments like most offices. They explained everything they were doing and the reason for it. When I tell you I didn't feel a thing duringng my root canal treatment. Dr. He and her assistant did a fantastic job and made sure I was comfortable. I have two more root canals, so I will definitely be returning.
