My experience at EA of Carrollton truly couldn't have been better! Everyone has anxiety about a root canal and more so myself having had one go bad in the past. From the initial call, EA was more than accommodating. Dani at the front desk was able to schedule me within days that was super flexible to my work schedule and told me she would allot the time needed for the actual procedure should I need it so I wouldn't have to make a second trip back. She easily offered me a 7:45 am appointment so I could get my day started early and didn't have to miss work. She also was incredibly knowledgeable of my insurance company and the policy rules. It was peace of mind knowing she knew exactly what she was talking about and was able to call me with ample time before my appointment to notify me of the exact charges I could expect. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 7:45 to see Dr. He and Denise, her assistant, ready to greet me. They were able to bring me back immediately, make me comfortable in their beautiful office and were ready to start my exam on time. After X-rays, Dr. He greeted me with the friendliest attitude and couldn't have been more personable. She reviewed my case and was able to tell me in great depth why I would benefit from the procedure, the risks and what I could expect from start to finish. The way she cares about her patients and is passionate about her work was incredibly evident, beginning with the respect she showed me for my anxiety about the entire thing all the way to making me so comfortable while injecting the anesthetics by massaging my cheek. Dr. He and Denise kept me updated throughout the procedure letting me know exactly what they were doing and how much longer I could expect it to continue. When everything was finished and Dr. He reassured me of how my mouth would feel the rest of the day, medications to take and follow up care, Dani was able to check me out and reiterate my insurance benefits and what I could expect in terms of the claims process. Before leaving, she took the time to explain the billing codes and charges on my statement so I could be informed and know exactly how much I was responsible for. To say I am so thankful for this office, their staff and their continuity of care is an understatement. I found Dr. He on my insurance company's list of approved endodontists but it was truly the multitude of beaming reviews and her extensive professional accomplishments and experience that got me into her office. I can't recommend Dr. He, Denise or Dani enough and should I ever need another root canal, will have no doubts about returning to their office knowing my experience will be nothing short of phenomenal!
