Endodontic associates of Carrollton Review

People dread root canals, but don't be afraid. These folks really bring expertise, skill, and compassion to the procedure. For me it was painless, fairly quick, and without complications. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates.

I used to say that here, the hospital worker also needs her to be very gentle and cheerful. The doctor when he drank it was very nice, and you did not have What are your feelings and worries about it, as well as when you finish the staff, educate yourself for what has been done on the scene and the dawn is very clear. I was referred here by Dr. Michael Ramos assuring I would be completely taken care of. He was absolutely right. The whole process from scheduling my consultation to leaving the office after my procedure was absolutely quick and wonderful. Dr. Jenny He and her assistant Ashlee performed my root canal. From beginning to end they always made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. The procedure it self went sooner than I expected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would go back should I ever need any procedure in the future.

My best dental office experience! A great team of Dr. Jenny He and her assistance Leigh Ann Pena were very professional and exceptionally caring. During my first appointment, I was not comfortable due to my allergy, they were very understandable and stopped the treatment. Dr. He explained the situation of my tooth and the necessary procedure in plain language before starting the treatment. And Mrs. Pena exceptional care is very valuable especially for patients that experience some anxiety.

They were kind and patient, and worked around my gag reflex. I appreciate that.

I really am hoping to not need those kind of services again...but if I do I will not hesitate for a second to return to have Dr. Hale take care of it. Super about what he was looking at in the x-rays and explaining the options that would be best for me. Came in hurting and left as a happy camper.

If you have to get a root canal, this is the place to do it. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, and I felt very at ease with the staff and Dentist. They are extremely professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and pain free. I actually fell asleep during my procedure :)

My daughter is 15 years old and has been going to Endodontics for years now and she is always treated like a family member. I will always come back here because Dr. He is so professional and kind and gentle with my daughter. Also Kristy was her dental assistant and let me tell you she cleaned every single thing my daughter had to touch before and after. She was also so caring and sweet as can be!! Love this dentist and all her staff. Jasmine is also a dear she is so patient with me scheduling my appointments!!

I was so impressed with the experience I had getting a root canal at this office. From the first phone call, Gabby was professional, friendly and thorough. She called back within 1 hour with insurance benefits. On the day of the appointment (got in 1 day after first call), was back in a room in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kohout and Denise were a great team -- efficient and caring. I arrived at 9:10 and was out with a pain-free root canal by 10:30!

This place is great. My daughter and I both had essentially painless root canals. I'm not sure how they do it, but it's true! Dr. He and Dr. Bolden, Denise and Gabby were all wonderful.

The dentists are very friendly. I liked the way they showed me the problem and answered my questions. Very patient and professional. The dentist assistants are experienced and always made sure I felt ok all the time. They even gave me a blanket because I was cold. I had no pain after the procedure. Will definitely recomment this place. I had Dr. George Kohout and Dr. Bolden. Both were great!

As anxious as I was about my visit the staff @ Endodontic Associates of Carrollton put me at ease. Gabby and Marylou eased my mind by breaking down my benefits prior to the procedure. I had the best experience with the practice. scheduling was very easy and both Robin and Julie are very nice. Even though I needed a root canal Dr. He and her assistant Ashlee made the process a breeze. No pain and i was finished very quickly. We are new to DFW so finding a practice like this is truly special. We definitely will use them again if needed.

Dr kohout is wonderful! I had a root canal and after that I didn't had even one pain relief pill.

They were all super nice! I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, but I was in so much pain that they had a cancellation for Friday and called me immediately. Gabby immediately had everything ready to go as soon as i walked in so I could be seen as soon as possible. I was having pain with my lower left molar and scheduled with EA of Carrollton to have my tooth examined. Mary Lou greeted me and handle all insurance benefits and co-pay issues. I was seated in a timely manner and Leighann took radiographs, vitals, ect.... Dr. He reviewed needed treatment and had me treated within an hour. Very good experience for my first RCT. I had my root canal done at this place on Monday the 22-Jan, I had to say these guys are fantastic. I had a pleasant and painless root canal done by Dr Kohout. Before the procedure I had told them to let me know my billing details, Gabby was super professional and they responded immediately with my benefits and costs associated with the procedure. On the day of RC, there was no waiting and the procedure was completed well within 1 hr time. I recommend this place..

Dr. Jenny He and her team (LeighAnn and Denise) are absolutely the best, very professional, very knowledgeable, provided a thorough explanation of the procedure and answered all my questions. This is the third root canal I've had over the past 20 years and, by far, is the best experience I've ever had. Highly recommended, removed all my apprehensions regarding root canal treatment.

Dr Kohout and his assistant Leighann are wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Explaining what they were doing every step of the way. I was REALLY pleased with how quickly they were able to get me in to check my pain. I was surprised that this was not a completely equipped office and that I would have to go to Frisco for the CT scan that was needed. In the future, I would only schedule an appointment in Frisco.

I am not a fan of dental work. I had the BEST experience I have ever had at a dental office in my 58 years. The staff were all wonderful, encouraging, and patient with me. (Especially LeighAnn) Dr. Jenny He was remarkable. I had a tricky root canal, and a temporary filling. I felt no pain, and have had no side effects at all. I would recommend this office highly, and would use them again without hesitation.

I had a root canal done recently by Dr. He. I was very nervous because of COVID, etc. The staff on the front desk made me feel comfortable with how they were handling COVID. It started with the front office, Robin. She had a wonderful smile and made me fill at home. She completed the paper work too.

I was a nervous wreck and the hygienist, Leigh Ann was amazing, made me very comfortable. She was so wonderful.

I have been a dental hygienist for 39 years and have had the opportunity to see lots of dental work. I can t say enough about Dr. He. She is kind , knowledgeable and very professional, not to mention painless! From the moment I walked in the office and was greeted by the front office staff, Robin and Julie, I felt very comfortable. I was referred to Dr. He by Hampton Dental in Carrollton. I went to Hampton for a broken tooth at 8:30. They saw me a referred me to Endodontic and I was in a chair by 9:15. The assistant, LeighAnn, was very curious, professional, knowledgeable and made me fee at ease. She went over everything that was going to happen and explained as we went along. Dr. He was very knowledge and skilled. The entire time I was not in any pain or discomfort. The front desk Robin and Julie helped me with understanding my payment due and how to handle payment.

Excellent office! I needed a previous root canal/crown reworked due to a horrible infection. I very much appreciate the care and concern of the office staff, the chair assistant and Dr. He. Everyone offered comforting words and attitudes. Dr. He was very understanding and great at showing and explaining what she would be doing. This rework went better than the original procedure. If you need an Endodontist, you will not be disappointed with the care you receive from Endodontic Associates of Carrollton.

Kristy was very knowledgeable and explained what would happen from the beginning. Dr He did a great job in making sure she prepared me for the procedure. This was my second root canal on the tooth so it took a little longer but they made sure I was comfortable. No pain at all. I would recommend them for all procedures like this. Update: I had a a dental cleaning appointment today and my dentist wanted to view an x-ray of the tooth that had recently undergone a root canal retreatment. Everything looked great and I'm healing very nicely. I'm very grateful to Dr. He for her excellent work, as I had a pretty scary dental issue. I've heard that she is the best endodontist in the area and am really happy my dentist's office sent me to her for treatment. She is highly skilled, capable and very kind, too!

Great experience!!!! I have had a few root canals before from different doctors so coming into this experience I was worried...The doctor was gentle the whole time and great (I didn t even need gas). Having a root canal is not on anyone's top 10 list of most desired life experiences. I approached mine firmly expecting a stiff necked, white knuckled ordeal, and an embarassing explanation of finger nail impressions left on the armrests. This was my usual means to ride out the storm. Far from it. This experience began with one of the most gracious teams of attendants, and technicians who immediately did everything possible to put me at ease. Enter the Master. Dr. George Kohout is truly a gift to the dental profession! I have never in all my years of sitting in the comfy chair been so impressed with excellence and attention to detail at every turn. You will find the equipment is simply state of the art, and the EA team is dedicated to giving you the finest of dental care. They are professionals, and you are not treated as a patient, but as family. Overall, I would without exception or qualification even hesitate to recommend Endodontic Associates of Carrollton for your dental care. Truly, the best choice! Very professional,caring, nice and informative! Dr.He answered all my questions and gave me enough numbing medication to where the procedure was painless and comfortable enough to where I slept through the whole root canal. Gabby (the pregnant lady at the front desk, hope that s her name) was very reassuring and comforting as well since I was very nervous because of outside input from family and friends. Would definitely recommend Dr.He and her team again! Including her dental assistant (forgot her name, a lady also) was very nice!

Relaxing. Not the typical description you'd find for a Root Canal procedure, but it will be after you visit Endodontic Associates of Carrollton. My Dentist sent me to them for a hard to reach molar, which had become inflamed. I'm thankful that he did. Everyone was nice, and extremely knowledgeable. Dani at the front desk discussed payments and the treatment my Dentist has requested. The Dr's assistant Denise was very kind, and explained what all the gadgets do, as they have tools you don't find at normal dentist offices. I could tell that Denise had a great rapport with Dr. Bolden who performed the procedure. After numbing the area around the tooth the Dr went to work. The atmosphere was positive, and I nearly fell asleep while Dr. Bolden worked. I highly recommend going here, it will change your perception of the dreaded root canal.

The type of PAIN that completely changes your demeanor and NO PAIN medication worked on however I was checked in quickly and assessed with speed and accuracy.

First of all I HATE Dentist like most people! I really was nervous to go have a root canal because of a previous bad experience. When I got in there and realized I needed 2 root canals and I was on vacation so I really needed them both done because I was off work they went ahead and did both for me! Dr. Patel was AMAZING! I felt NO PAIN at all!!!! I couldn't believe it! He was fast and his assistant was so sweet as well! I will highly recommend him to everyone I know! GREAT office to deal with! Thank You Dr. Patel If I need any more root canals I will come back to you!

I was referred to Dr. He by my regular dentist, Dr. Dillard. I arrived at Dr. He's office in Carrollton with a lot of pain arising from a molar root problem in my lower jaw. Dr. He quickly assessed the problem and within a few minutes she removed all the pain. It took about 90 minutes to complete the root canal procedure without any discomfort. In all, my visit from beginning to end lasted about two hours. Dr. He's assistant, Leigh Ann was great too. She quickly took the needed x-rays and had everything prepared for Dr. He including me. They make a great team. Dr. He is professional and very skilled. She is kind, caring and has a wonder patient manner too. Dr. He gave me a lot of confidence in my moment of need. It's been two days since the procedure and I have experienced no pain or discomfort. I've made a 6 month appointment with Dr. He for her to check on the root canal. I highly recommend Dr. He and her staff. They are caring, easy to work with, professional, and very efficient.

Such a pleasant experience for a procedure generally known to be the opposite. Dr. Hale, assistant Leigh Ann P. and Dani at the front desk were all so accommodating and made me feel comfortable with the entire experience. If circumstances lead to further needs or referrals I will most definitely refer them every time.

I'd never needed a root canal performed before. I've only been told horror stories by friends and family. Little did I know, the problems you have before a root canal are the sore subject everyone refers to. Taking Ibuprofen around the clock (yes, I woke up in the middle of the night to re-dose), ice packs, clove oil all did barely enough to shave a portion off the pain. Gabby was the first kind face I saw coming into, what I thought, would be the worst horror of my life. She was friendly and efficient getting everything in order. Denise and Dr. Jenny He performed the procedure in mere minutes using just the right amount of comforting conversation, numbing treatments, and precision surgery. I have not needed to take a single pill (OTC or Rx) for the pain since. Dr. He provided an antibiotic prescription and mild Rx pain prescription, just in case things took a bad turn. I had no use for them, fortunately. I returned to my regular Dentist and wrapped up the placement of my crown with no further issues since. Thank you all for making a scary experience into a very pleasant visit. I returned to work the same day and was back to normal by lunch. -K.W.

I had come to Dr. He at Endodontic Associates after almost 6 weeks of excruciating pain. Dr. He and her assistant Leigh Ann performed the needed root canal work and the results were dramatic as the pain I had been experiencing evaporated almost immediately. The professionalism and care shown by Dr. and Leigh Ann met and more than exceeded my expectations. I hope I will never need another root canal but if I do this is the only place I will call.

Yes, a root canal isn't anyone's idea of fun, but Dr. He and her staff made me comfortable for the procedure. As soon as it was over and the local anesthesia began to wear off, my tooth pain was almost completely gone. The front desk makes filing with your insurance easy. Highly recommended.

I had come here on a recommendation from my general dentist for an old root canal of mine, done at a different practice, that was about 5 years old and giving me trouble. Dr. Jenni and her Assistant Ashley were amazing! They were very understanding with regard to my already existing TMJ concerns. But, what stuck out to me the most, was that during the re-doing of my root canal, I was able to fall asleep!

Why do I say this is important? Well, my original root canal was not a very pleasant experience or office visit. So, naturally I was a little nervous about having it re-done, because some of those feelings from the initial procedure came back to haunt me. But the wonderful ladies at this office genuinely care about their patients, and I could feel that well enough to be able to take cat nap!

They even had a little bite block to help me with my TMJ too. That was a HUGE HELP!
