Terrible insurance agency with an attitude problem. My broker refused to speak on the phone, constantly gets information incorrect and is down right rude. I asked to have one of my policies properly insured when I had read my paperwork and realized that it was incorrectly done, this angered my agent so much that she had a complete tantrum over email. Absolutely an awful experience.
