I was recommended to see Dr. He at this office by another dentist to have a root canal extraction. Even though I was late ~1h to my appointment, they still took care of me quickly(around 45 minutes) and painlessly, while still being kind at the same time. Dr. He performed the operation with great care and dedication. I felt marginal discomfort, and it was primarily from the setup parts, and not the drilling itself. While initially I was nervous because I never had such an operation done on me before, by the end I felt very calm and relaxed. The assistant, Leigh Ann, was very helpful before and during the operation, explaining the problem I had and how I was going to be taken care of. She was very attentive with me and made sure I was completely ready for the operation. I was prescribed antibiotics that day but I barely felt any pain afterwards. The office also helped me with billing insurance as well, which was great. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
