I went in to see Dr. Jenny He yesterday for my first root canal. Everyone was very professional and nice. They went out of their way to explain each step of the procedure and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Dr. He's assistant, Denise was very nice, too! If I ever need another root canal I will definitely be back. Very good experience!
IF you have to get a root canal I highly recommend Endodontic Associates off Carrollton! Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Dr. He and her Dental Assistant LeighAnn were a wonderful team! They worked quickly and let me know what to expect every step of the process. I hope it was my first AND last root canal but if it s not I will return to EAC.

These guys did an A+ job! Gabby at the front desk was very welcoming upon entering, and helpful through the billing process. Denise, the assistant was very polite and informative about what was going on during the preparation for my root canal, and she laughed at my lame jokes about the awful music playing overhead, and even had the music changed to something different while I was in procedure! Dr Kohout was very helpful in explaining how the procedure would go, and keeping me informed of the progress and results throughout the procedure. This was definitely a positive experience for me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an Endodontic procedure. Five stars!
I had a wonderful experience at Endodontic Associates of Carrollton! Dr. He was extremely friendly and fast, she did such a good job on my root canal. Ashlee, Robin, and Julie were all so pleasant and the office was able to squeeze me in last minute. 10/10!
Dr. He and Kristy performed my root canal. While I was nervous, Kristy put me at ease. The entire process was painless and expedient. They went over post-treatment instructions, and the sent a follow-up email to my dentist and cc'd me on that email. They were kind, professional and very safe. This practice was referred to me by my general dentist, and I would absolutely recommend them to others.
I was deathly terrified of getting a root canal done. But everyone at EA of Carrollton was so sweet and reassuring, from the receptionist (Dani) to the assistant (Leigh Ann) to Doctor Kohout. I asked approximately a million questions and Doctor Kohout patiently answered them all. Although he appeared rather young in age, Doctor Kohout has a lot of experience and performed the root canal thoroughly and quickly. Hopefully, I'll never have to get another one done, but if I do, it would be with EA of Carrollton. I highly recommend them!
They scheduled my appointment for my root canal promptly. The staff was very efficient and professional. Dr. Hale was wonderful. This was my first root canal and they explained everything to me step by step so I knew what to expect and also numbed my mouth to be sure there was no pain. It was a very quick procedure yet they were quite thorough, taking multiple x-rays to be sure the results were perfect. I do not have insurance, so being able to pay it out through their internal credit company was very helpful. I highly recommend their facility for this procedure!
Great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the next morning after my root canal there was no pain!
It was a great experience. I went in for a root canal and I was very tense. But they calmed me down and explained everything as we went along. I had no pain after they numbed my gums, and I had no pain after the numb wore off. I highly recommend Endodonic Associated of Carrollton.

The people are friendly and professional in the office. Dr. Kohout was fantastic. I am anxious about visiting the dentist and had never had a root canal, but he was very friendly and understanding. Best experience at a dentist I have ever had.

My experience was great. Dr. Kohout was very informative and told me what was he was going to do and why he was doing it at every step of the way. The staff up front and the assistants were also very kind and helpful. The office is very clean and located in the Medical Plaza. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I saw Dr. Robert Hale for a root canal. I was favorably impressed with everyone here including the office staff, Dr. Hale's dental assistant, and Dr Hale himself, a genuinely nice guy. If I need further endodontic work, I will not hesitate to make another appointment with Dr. Hale.
