I had a wonderful experience with Endodontic Associates of Carrollton as a new patient for the re-treatment of a root canal. Everybody was very friendly, helpful, and professional. It started with the call for the appointment. Marylou was so friendly and professional, sending out timely e-mails and texts and calling me back when my coverage was verified and letting me know what my cost would be. On the day of the appointment, Gabby made the electronic check-in (tablet-based, so much easier) very pleasant and smooth, immediately resolving the issue when I accidentally skipped past a page. After a short wait, Denise took me back. Denise was very sweet and professional throughout the process, from prep to completion, making me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kohout was very thorough in showing and explaining what the problem was, what he was going to do and why, and showing and explaining what he had done after the procedure, and providing detailed follow-up care instruction. He is also the most "painless" dentist I have ever had. I didn't even feel the anesthetic needle go in, and I didn't experience any pain whatsoever during the entire procedure, which lasted the better part of an hour. Finally, Marylou made checkout just as pleasant and smooth as everything else. I would recommend Endondontic Associates of Carrollton to anybody needing endodontic work for the best dental experience of their life!
