I don't really write reviews but I just had to for Dr Hale and his assistant Leigh Ann who made my experience like no other. Dr Hale was young but very passionate and knowledgeable about his profession. I walked out of his office knowing way more about my oral health then before. His office had state of the art equipment that is vital to do the best job possible. I even got a copy of my X rays in my email before I even got to the parking lot. it's hard to find some one you can trust after a life time of horrible dental work. Thank you Dr Hale and staff...

The care that I received at Endodontic Associates was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to return again for future endodontic treatment. Dr. He and Assistant Leighann were very knowledgeable and kind, clearly explaining the procedure and future treatment goals. The office staff, Robin and Julie, were very efficient and sent me paperwork to fill out ahead of my appointment. My overall experience was very positive.

I am writing this review for My husband Gerald Masciangelo, his experience with Dr. Hale and assistant Leigh Ann were absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this facility to everyone . Every procedure they did was explained clearly . The discomfort was minimal , no swelling. No trouble over the weekend as this was done on a Friday morning. We were in and out under 2 hours .

Best root canal experience I've ever had. practically painless, and they were able to reach roots my primary dentist couldn't. can't recommend Dr. Nair enough! Leigh Ann assisted, and did a great job in making sure I was comfortable. Finally, Robin in the front office was very friendly and helpful.

As far as root canals go, I've had a few in my life, but more recently I had two done in March and one done yesterday 6-11-2014 all at Endodontic Associates of Carrollton. The dentists there "know their stuff", and the procedures were completely painless, and they took great care to make sure there was very little discomfort. I would highly recommend their dentists and their services. I might add that I had the root canal yesterday morning and went to work afterwards. No pain whatsoever. Many thanks to the great staff there!

I ll never dread a root canal again! I received wonderful care from Dr. He and her assistant, Destinni. I was very glad that nitrous oxide was offered as an option. I was referred to Dr. Jenny He by my dentist of 23+ years for a very difficult root canal. Dr. He and her assistant Denise made sure I was very comfortable and without any pain or discomfort for the entire procedure.. Come on, it's a root canal, the procedure that is the basis of many comedians and jokes! It took Dr. He about an hour using a microscope and several instruments I didn't see to finally get the job done. Not recommending root canals for anyone, but if you have to have one (and you probably will one day), I highly recommend Dr. Jenny He in Carrollton.

Dr. He seems have a magical hand. I was really nervous and sensitive but Dr.He and her staff did a great job, the whole process was calm and I didn t feel any pain or uncomfortable. It s so amazing that taking out the old root canal, treating the effected area, putting in the new ones, only took 2 hours in one visit. After the treatment, I didn t feel any pain for 2 days now. It was really an unexpected great experience, I d definitely recommend this place to my friends when they need root canal, I ll tell them don t be afraid and don t wait because earlier treatment is always better. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, Dentist and staff!

My husband was there yesterday for a procedure. He does NOT like being in that chair. He said his experience was exemplary. He felt comfortable with Dr. Hale's assistant Leigh Ann and his procedure went off without a hitch. He said Dr. Hale was a magician with the needle he didn't feel a thing. Leigh Ann was singing the whole time and even Dr. Hale chimed in a time or two. He also said the music in the office was right in his wheel house. He hopes to not have another issue but, if he did, he would go back without hesitation. 5 Stars. Hands down. Great operation in Carrollton.

I enjoyed my experience so much, I will never get a root canal anywhere else. Kristy was awesome and Dr. He was amazing. If I could convince my wife, I'd have completely option, not prescribed root canals done for fun.

The best dental experience I've had. Dani at the front desk called me in advance to discuss the details of the insurance portion and my out of pocket cost. Upon arriving, the greeting was very warm and friendly. Dani made me feel very comfortable. The assistant Denise was awesome explaining every step of the procedure. Dr. He was warm, kind and very gentle. She explained the x-rays and the root canal procedure. I had 2 root canals done today and I slept through the process. I will recommend all my family and friends.

I came to Dr. Hale with an old root canal/crown that was very painful.. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. Dr. Hale tested the tooth using several different methods to make sure he understood my problem. We decided to do a re-treatment. I told him that I was very sensitive and had issues with pain during dental procedures before. He said that this would be my best experience, and he was right! He completely numbed the whole area. I had zero pain, even the next day. His assistant Leigh Ann was wonderful too. No one did a thing without explaining it to me first. I felt very comfortable and I wish I could go to their office for general dentistry. I will definitely come back here if I need other endodontic treatments.

My experience was good. The root canal was done very nicely and within a very short span of time. I will definitely come back here for my future dental needs.

Best experience possible considering the circumstances of needing a root canal through a permanently seated crown. Dr. He and Leighann made the procedure as good as it could be.

From my Dentist, I was a referral to Endodontic Associates of Carrolton and I was so pleased with the front desk employee (Gabby), the Assistant/Hygienist (Leighann) and Dr. He. They welcomed and treated me so nicely. During the procedure, Dr. He did a phenomenal job. She even tested some of my other teeth to see if there was any additional pain. With the root canal that I needed, I am so satisfied with the treatment as well as this office and its staff. I feel so relieved of my pain. Definitely recommend 5 out of 5.

I had heard a lot of horror stories about getting a root canal. From feeling like a sledge hammer breaking my jaw, to being in total pain for days.
None of that was true. I experienced, friendly well trained staff, who knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, fast, and reasonable. I was never in any discomfort, and the procedure was over before i knew it. Great place to get this work done. 2 thumbs up!

They were all great. Woke up needing an emergency root canal and Gabby got me scheduled same day. Leigh Ann explained everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Kohout did a great job and I was in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour. I highly recommend. Thanks

Root Canal
I was so nervous about this procedures but Dr. He and Leighann did an excellent job!! They were very kind, attentive and knew what they were doing. I really felt like I was in great hands and the procedure was a breeze. I felt nothing besides slight pinches durring the numbing part, which is expected. If it weren't for these two I would have given a poor rating.

I took off work and drove over an hour from home for my 7:45am appointment only to be told I wasn't on the schedule. The front staff told me she must've forgot and that I'd have to come back in four hours. I was highly upset but shortly after I left, Leighann called, said there was an opening, apologized for the confusion and said I could come back in right away.
Book your appointment with Dr. He and with Leighann, if possible. They were great.

The services provided was professional and comfortable.

Everything was professional. From the call to set up an appointment to the time I left. Even gave me a courtesy check up call the next day to make sure everything was in order. I work in customer service and I learned a thing or two on how to treat customers.

Long story short: Getting a root canal here was like getting a cavity filled. Get a couple numbing shots and it's smooth sailing from there. No pain at all during the procedure! Dr. He and Assistant Leighann were professional, reassuring, efficient and excellent overall! I cannot recommend this office enough. Thank you ladies!!

I decided to search for an Endodontist regarding root canal treatment after my current general dentist examined an existing crown and found potential issues.
Since my dental insurance had already been maxed out for the year, I had to pay out of my own pocket for this treatment.
After calling various Endodontic practices, reading numerous reviews on Google/Yelp, and comparing the prices from each practice, I decided to move forward with Endodontic Associations of Carrollton.
For the past 25 years, I have worked with 9 dentists and Doctor Yogesh Patel is one of most skilled Dentist I have ever encountered. The entire procedure from the anesthetic injection to the root canal surgery was painless unlike other procedures I have undergone.
More importantly, the price was almost $400 lower compared to the competition. I am a very happy patient and would recommend Endodontic Associations of Carrollton to anyone.

My regular dentist was out on medical leave and I was in need of a root canal desperately. Endodontic Associates of Carrollton got me in quickly and was able to give me a root canal and eliminate my pain. Their office was small but it was very clean and organized. I recommend them for your dental needs.

I came to doctor He with endodontic associates of Carrollton because I had unique double roots and my dentist couldn't do a full root canal. Dr.He was very thorough and truthful that it was a difficult procedure, and she might not be able to get to it without surgery. But in the end she not only fixed my root but did it in record time with no long term pain.
The nurse Leighann was extremely sweet and explained everything she did while prepping me for the doctor. She put me at ease so quickly.
I just wish this wasn't a specialist and a regular dentist because I would definitely make this my home dental office. Thank you for fixing my root.

I had a permanent crown placed by my dentist, but had sensitivity and pain afterwards. I was referred to the Endodontist for a root canal. They took care of everything and I feel great now!

I was referred by my dentist to one of the best endodontics in Dallas, Dr. He, who performed a root canal on one of my teeth. Excellent experience, no pain, and I was out of office in an hour. I was also impressed by her professional assistant Denise and front office Gabby.

I had an emergency. They were able to get in me and help me. I had to fill out very little paperwork. The procedure was the fastest and the least pain I ever had. Highly recommend.

What a great place! Robin, Julie, and Jazmin at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. Dr. He and Leighann performed a root canal on me and I was so relaxed and comfortable (without drugs!) that I actually dozed a couple of times during the procedure! These folks are competent and kind. If you have to have serious dental work done, you could not find a better group of people to guide you through.

I had an urgent need for a root canal while I was at my general dentist having a cap replaced. I was in extreme pain and they got me in within the hour. Gabby and Marylou were very professional in the front office getting me checked in and working with my husband and I to find a win-win solution for financing and paying for the unexpected procedure. Within an hour Dr. Jenny He and her assistant Leighann finished my procedure and had me on my way home. They were extraordinary professional, friendly and obviously very very well trained as individuals as well as a team working together. For what started as an extremely painful morning ended with the most pleasant hour I have ever had with a dentist. I highly recommend this team.

I initially went in for a consult, because my Dentist wasn't sure what was going on with my tooth, and when Dr. He did my exam, she determined that I did in fact need a root canal. We were referred to Dr. He by Dr. Michael Ramos. I brought our daughter who had a very bad tooth infection that required a root canal due to an accident she had had during recess a year ago. I can't say enough how each and every one of the staff and Dr. He were just amazing! They made my daughter feel at ease throughout the entire process, and they thoroughly talked things through with her to relieve any of her anxieties and pain. The entire staff was exceptionally nice and professional. I definitely see why they come highly recommended!!

Everything went smoothly from filling out the initial paperwork to the root canal work, itself. Regarding the root canal, I was amazed that I didn't experience hardly any discomfort & the healing was quick. No pain medication needed. I had Dr. Jenny He do the root canal. Look no further for the best root canal experience you can have. Dr. He performed the root canal for me (on my molar which was more complicated due to multiple roots). The whole process was relatively pain free and comparable to a cavity filling (actually better than some cavity fillings I've had in the past). If you are going to have a root canal, you owe it to yourself to pick the best and most pain free place. I only wish they did crowns too (which I had to get at my regular dentist). It's now been more than a month since my root canal and crown and my tooth is finally pain free!

To start, I should have written this review a long time ago... A few months back, I was suffering from sleep and work disturbing tooth pain for about a week and when the weekend hit, it got UNBEARABLE. I couldn't find a dentist to see me on short notice and spent the entire weekend unable to sleep, eat, or even just sit still. I called The Endodontic Associates and left a voicemail Sunday morning, detailing my situation and hoping for an appointment early Monday. I was so surprised when Dr. Patil called me back within 30 minutes, telling me she could meet me at the office immediately. I drove directly down to the office and met her for TWO emergency root canals. I could not believe she stopped her own agenda to see me during her day off on barely any notice. On top of this, she was incredibly kind and understanding through it all. She had me out, pain free, within a couple hours, and I can't say enough about her and her staff (she had an assistant come as well). Not only do I owe them tremendous gratitude, but also for my two teeth she saved. I was very close to giving up and going to the Emergency Room to have them pulled, and save my sanity. I can count on one hand how many reviews I have written, but this was certainly necessary. Thank you so very much to Dr. Patil and her staff!!

If you have Christian Care Medishare then you have a careington discount of 25% bringing the total cost to $1115. This is a good deal. Most of the other quotes in this area were $1400 to $1500.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and needed a root canal on one of my front teeth. I drove 4 hours hoping to take the kids to hurricane harbor and get my tooth taken care of. I got a refferal from the general dentist that I saw. I called and they got me in the same day. Everyone in the office was so friendly, nice and caring. Dr He performed my root canal and she was very gentle and nice and made sure I was comfortable. She did her work fast and was very efficient! I couldnt be more pleased with the care I received. I recommend everyone who has to see an endodontist go see Dr. He.

I have always heard that root canals are a nightmare but I'd almost say this was pleasant. Very courteous staff from entry to exit. Dr. He was calm and professional. Dr. He and staff very nice and professional. She was very gentle with me. Also I m scared of getting shots she made me feel very comfortable and I could barely tell that she had gave me a shot. That was my main scare was the shots. Thank you for being so gentle with me. I recommend her to those who are like me scare of shot but she retreated my root canal. She explain everything she was doing to me and I appreciate that.

Went here for a root canal with referral from the VA. Overall, it was a great experience from scheduling to completion. The front office staff gave me plenty of options of when to come in and was able to get me in very quickly. LeighAnn and Dr. He were very nice and very good at their jobs, and ensured that I knew what was going on and was well taken care of.

Yesterday I met Dr. He and her staff for the first time. I had heard great things about Dr He, but I must say that my experience was the best visit I have ever had at a dentist office. The office was immaculate and they worked very fast and efficient. Dr. He is very gentle and so kind. I felt completely relaxed and confident that she would take care of the problem I was having. I had the best experience with Endodontic Associates of Carrollton! I was so nervous to have oral sedation and to have two root canals done at once! Gabby explained everything to me as far as the process and what I needed to pay. She got me scheduled and followed up as well.
