Our recent stays at the Emory Conference Center could not have been better. The staff were helpful, courteous and thoughtful regarding accomodations during a time when I was have to undergo surgery. The Conference Center was tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We were greeted with smiles and easy conversation. Thanks to the staff for their support and helpfulness.
I look forward to a stay at the Conference Center without the trappings of a hospital visit.
Room felt very damp at night but it was clean and staff was friendly!
Great facilities and food, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Caters well to Emory families and organizations. Nice rooms, amenities, and food.
Love this place! Chick-fil-A version of a hotel! William is my favorite! :)
The hotel is lovely, reasonably priced, clean and very convenient if you are visiting Emory.
The hotel rooms are fine. I wish there was some place I could get filtered water for free for my room. Instead I have the option to pay $4 for a liter of water. No thanks! The conference area is very nice. The boxed lunches are ok.
Good location. Nice comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Perfect place for a conference. Very nice hotel with lots of space so the guests do not feel too confined. A variety of food was provided and the hotel amenities were top notch!
Staff is superior. We had a small glitch, and the staff went out of their way to correct it.
Recently started charging an exorbitant amount for parking. It used to be free.
Located close to dining, Emory university, supermarkets. Rooms are well appointed, staff exceeds expectations.
Property is somewhat dated, but it's clean and employees provide superb customer service. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.
It was nice and the room was clean. I have stayed at many places that are top notch and I wouldn't say this place had that wow feeling. It is Very difficult to find your way around, I got lost a few times because of the size of the place. I felt more signs and more elevators would be nice to help you find your way around. The snack area was very limited if you need something late night and I feel complimentary coffee can go a long way. Pool area was very nice and so was the gym.
I really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly; very classy and genuine. The food was perfect. The workout room was perfect. Outdoor area and seating was perfect.

Room Tip: If you want to be close to the workout room, ask for first floor, closely
Love the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture and craftsman details. The room is spacious, clean and nice luxe details. Have already recommended it to family!
The service was fantastic, and the setting is very nice, tucked into the Emory campus.
Everything was perfect. Our room was clean and we had all the supplies we needed. The front desk was warm and welcoming and the restaurant for breakfast was delicious. We will be back.
Menu was limited, filet steak salty, but food relatively decent.
Always love when we hold events here. The food is delicious!
The hotel was ok but NOT really worth the price. Staff was nice and genuinely friendly. Their dialogue was authentic, not scripted.
The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The building was a little difficult to navigate though
I stayed two nights recently at the Emory Conference Center. The hospitality was the best I have experienced in the last year. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice desk. The bed was very comfortable. We used their local shuttle to Emory Autism Center and Marcus Center. There are restaurants within a short walk as well. A great value.
It's super-convenient for anyone visiting Emory. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly large.
This place is very beautiful, only downside it s overpriced for the room quality and be prepared to pay for parking.
Had a great time. Only issue was my tub had a fast drip that couldn't be stopped.
Nice conversance center. Was very impressed with staff
Nice hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was great too.
Very nice Hotel, the staff, well they go above and beyond,. Beautiful outside areas with walking paths, lots of shopping and restaurants close!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and I had a beast of an air conditioner! It was very nice to come out of the hot Atlanta weather and lay in a cool room
The ballroom where the event was held was roomy and elegant.
The podium and stage areas left space for dancing, band and visual performance.
The area allowed for over 30 round tables seating 10 & place settings.
High ceilings and lighting was great for a morning event.
I stay at the ECCHotel every time I am in Atlanta for meetings. It is a great value and so comfortable. It feels like a lodge in Michigan. The staff are outstanding and I love the new in room safes. My top choice. In the evenings visitors are treated to a fire outside the bar area. Super nice way to...
Great staff. Kind and helpful. Wonderful dining and waiters/waitresses in the restaurant. Clean rooms. Very quaint ambience.
Very nice hotel in a location away from Midtown. No free breakfast but coffee was free. Kind staff and great billiards room. Large layout but well directed.
Excellent place for a conference. Great amphitheater. High quality sound and projection.
Went for a conference. Food was not the best, but overall comfortable. Staff was great.
Nice place to stay near the emory campus, nothing to write home about.
My organization held a breakfast at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, and provided so many services that we had to beg for at other venues in previous years. All of the guests were very impressed with the facilities, the food, and the service. Hopefully we can get back on the schedule for our event again next year!
Nice place, helpful staff and a few good restaurants nearby
Haven't stayed there. Was organizing an event to be held next month. Jennifer was great and very helpful!
Staff were helpful and swift. I was here for a staff retreat, the section we were in was closed off to normal guests. What I saw of the hotel was impressive.
Clean room and facilities. Very sweet staff. Wonderful outdoor venues and ballrooms for events like a wedding.
Terrible I took my sister to have her eye surgery all the way from Augusta she's handicap and she didn't have and ID so they would not let her get the surgery.
Stayed here for a conference. Enjoyed the greenery surrounding the building and the beautiful architecture and scenery of the lounge spaces. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, however my room was not ready at the listed check in time (3pm). I didn't actually get a room until 9:30pm. It seems like several conferences were happening at the same time, so this was likely the cause for delay. However, the long wait with little update on the situation was very frustrating.
Beautiful conference center. Surrounded by greenery with beautiful grounds, outstanding catering/dining and extensive conference space. This is an ideal space to host a large group event.
It's a nice, clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.
Great hotel! Need to pay for water, but otherwise pleasant staff and amazing rooms
Stayed here for five days during the pandemic. It was quite reasonable and nice.
My daughter is an Emory Alumni and chose this amazing hotel for her wedding. Our total experience with the hotel and their fantastic staff made our event the fabulous success that it was!! Everything from beginning to end was worth a 10 out of 10. Our suites for the bridal parties were huge and beautifully equipped and appointed. Everything was clean and ready. The front desk staff, as well as all the other staff in the function area, kitchens for catering, especially the coordinators of the function were so hospitable and accommodating, not only were we overwhelmed, but so were our 200 guests and all of our vendors. (In fact our band was so impressed with the treatment that they received from the facility staff and all that they want to play there every weekend!!) The food at the event was served beautifully, hot and tasty and all commented. The service was friendly and could not have been better and there was absolutely nothing we would have changed about the weekend!! We highly recommend this facility to anyone considering it and would gladly go back and do it over again.. Thank you Emory! Keep up the great work. It is truly appreciated.
very practical when you have a son studying in emory. comfortable. I loved the brazier that is in the front to be a while on cold nights
Was here for a competition. Staff were all warm and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean and had a lot of outlets.
Conference's only, never stayed but have enjoyed events held here
Nice hotel - lobby reminiscent of a ski lodge. Room was clean but bathroom very small - hard to dress in it without inadvertently touching the toilet. Connected via walkway to Emory Points for shopping/food - there's a grocery store and CVS there if you need water. Free shuttle to Emory fairly prompt.
We stayed for 6 days when we came out with special price, but cleanliness and service were excellent compared with price. Staff is very kind. But the original price is expensive
Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was immaculate. I would stay there again.
Staying at the Emory Conference Center Hotel is one of our favorite get aways. The service is outstanding. From the check in to check out you can't ask for better treatment by staff and the comfort of each room. We have stayed here several times, one being our son's wedding which was done through the center. Each time we enjoy the atmosphere, staff friendliness and excellent food. Rooms are clean and comfortable not to mention the most adequate size. You feel right at home. Dining is a wonderful experience both in the dinningroom and lounge/grill in the lobby. It is centrally located making it very easy to get anywhere in Atlanta in no time. The area has grown with shops and restaurants as well as drugstores and grocery stores nearby. We will stay no where else and look forward to each visit. The have it all! One visit and you will be hooked! Thanks to all at the Center for always making us feel so special and helping with all our needs.
Amazingly professional and friendly staff. Amenities need upgrading though and the food is average. Very green and relaxing setting.
Enjoyed the event I attended at tge Emory Conference centet. Food, accomodations, meeting rooms and the event were all great. We had one problen with the provided projector but the AV staff was quick in replacing it. Parking for Day guests for the event was very high so that would be the only reason I didn't give full stars.
Friendly staff and great setting for a social event. Parking was not great.
Nice place. Rooms are very nice and it has quite a few amenities
Even though the hotel is right next to heart of Atlanta, the environment of the hotel certainly does not have the city noise because the hotel is surrounded by woods. Overall the hotel was a great place to go to for a get-away weekend with friends. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay especially when they provided a map of near by restaurants and attractions. There are some restaurants and shops that are within a comfortable walking distance of the hotel. This option was nice since I had been traveling for hours and I did not have to deal with traffic or parking.
The service at the hotel bar was fantastic. Very cozy and warm, and the staff was hospitable
Great hotel, comfortable stay with very accommodating staff. I had to open a bottle of wine around around 11pm and didn't have a wine opener. Went down to the front desk and those people went through hell and high water so I could have my booze.
The location is beautiful, lots of trees, I felt like I was in a forest! If you stay here the CDC is just a stone's throw away and I would definitely recommend you to visit, it's free!
The service was impeccable, the facilities were nice, and I had a great stay.
