I stayed in a room with two beds. The room is spacious and clean. The service is friendly. They also have a small gym.

The Establishment is beautiful, Staff is wonderfully nice and the coffee shop there is amazing, Starbucks who? Unfortunately I did not see any of the sleeping quarters, I was there filming an Oncology Conference but the decor of the lobby , conference rooms and hallways is amazing. My only concern is of the somewhat maze like structure, it can be a bit confusing depending on the area you are in and trying to get to from where you are.
We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and the facility was extremely clean. We already booked our next stay!
I was presenting so I didn't spend much time there. All the rooms were clean and A/V equipment was available and ready to be used.
Great location, great service, great room, great rate! Would definitely return next time.
We stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding that was being held on site. We had a huge room overlooking the wedding venue/courtyard area. The room was a corner room that had a wrap around balcony that was almost the length of the whole room. Parking was $15 a night and was pretty crowded in the garage below the main part of the building. They have a parking garage on the South side of the property that is much easier to get in and out of. The wedding venue was amazing and the staff that worked the event was just as amazing.
This hotel really feels like a peaceful place in in an otherwise very busy city. There are lot of restaurants and a CVS within a short walk to pick up things for the room.
If you are visiting Emory University this is the best place to stay. There are slightly cheaper options but this is our favorite. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Parking costs extra was is my only complaint. But you are in a covered deck with pass key access.
Visited the hotel for a conference; the amenities and meeting rooms were great.
Very nice design and lots of parking. Restaurant, breakfast/coffee shop, and bowling alley for special event booking inside. Bit expensive if you are just in the area for a night or two but all the employees are helpful and approachable.
I am most certainly biased as we just got married here, but this is THE wedding venue for Atlanta. Before I can tell you about the wedding itself at the Emory Conference Center Hotel, I have to mention our event coordinator and day of wedding coordinator
I believe this place had the friendliest staff of anywhere i have ever been
They all made you feel like a VIP.
Very nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with comfortable bed. I was there on deployment so did not have the opportunity to take advantage of all they had to offer.
A very correct and very quiet hotel. The environment is very nice. No complaints to him. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only problem is that he is in a corner a little isolated. But if you like the forest you are at the right place.
The only thing that prevents from giving 5 stars: This is not the most wheelchair friendly conference center. The restroom doors are extremely heavy, and there is a lip at the saddle of the door that I couldn't cross without assistance. This was both inconvenient and embarrassing. I had to ask a total stranger. The rooms are also extremely wheelchair unfriendly. Meaning: the entrances into the rooms are narrow as are the entrances to the in room bathroom.
I enjoyed my week long stay here. Room was nice bathroom was clean and internet reasonable. The food was good and for our stay it had a surpriseing amount of variety. Vegetarian options and plenty if dessert. Room climate control was not as responsive as it could have been but no major complaint there.
I liked the Emory Conference center. The rooms were an adequate size with comfortable bedding. The location was incredible me especially since it was Fall and the trees had turned colors. The food was standard hotel food, nothing exceptional.
Nice place to stay right by the Emory campus, close to walking paths, and not far from the Botanical Gardens!
Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff! The AC wasn t working, so that was a bummer, but the engineer did come by to look at it.
The room was outdated and expensive. Plus they made us pay for parking AND breakfast. One night almost cost me $200. Don t come here
Nice rooms and easy parking. Super close to the hospital as well.
Room smelled of damp wet mildew, construction noise in lobby, tv remote didnt work
Really nice people. Very happy with my experience. The room was a bit small, but that was my only complaint.
I had a really nice time it was very clean and the food was GREAT!!!!!!!
Hotel was very nice, employees very helpful. Had a major mix up with payment that resulted in quite a headache when we got back home so be sure you have everything worked out especially for groups!
Beautiful! Very spacious and CLEAN! Just be aware of the wannabe pop stars and co.
I was highly disappointed that they didn't allow my wife to use her military discount. The reason that was given to us was, they had limited rooms. I find it very disturbing that a business tied in with a "hospital" would actually deny use of a military discounts because they have limited rooms. It seems that the "Emory Conference Center Hotel" support and care for our veteran's and active duty military when it is convenient for them. It also seems that "Emory Conference Center Hotel" took advantage of people effected by Hurricane Irma. My wife has served in 2 wars and has been through a convoy bombing. Her and no other veteran and active duty member should have to deal with being supported only when it is convenient. And no business, especially a hospital should take advantage of people (Hurricane Irma victims) in the time of serious need. I will be contacting who every is in charge of hotel operations about this matter, for I am truly disturbed by this.
Nice rooms and good service. A bit far from the city but good if you're doing anything related to Emory.
Excellent service and amenities. Only problem was the bathroom was child sized.
Really dissapointed with our stay. Checked us out of our rooms one day before our reservation was done, and then would only let us back into our rooms without keys! The manager Joan lied to us about the third party booking site having made a mistake, and we left because we didn t feel comfortable. Only decided to give two stars because another manager called Eric called us this morning and tried to make it right, but not much to do after such a terrible experience.
Upon leaving a gentleman with the hotel noticed we were waiting for a shuttle that had just left. He offered us a ride back to campus in the center van. Customer service at its finest. I do not recall his name but please recognize him ECCH. The driver was Chris
Clean rooms plenty of space, they have a bowling alley I was surprised very neat good food at the restaurant reasonably priced. Nice hidden gem in the middle of Emory
Super clean, convenient, quiet, and great customer service
Very helpful, professional staff. Rooms are very comfortable. The beds make it easy to sleep. The food in the restaurant is a bit pricey but very tasty. Nice to not have to leave the hotel to eat. The heating/cooling system could work a little better. Bathrooms can be on the cramped side. Overall, I enjoy this hotel very much and stay here often.
Had my wedding here in October 2019. We stayed 3 nights in a suite, a large balcony room with wooded views, a living room, and wet bar, and 1.5 bathrooms. Bed was comfy, and room was clean. The hotel grounds are so beautiful, perfect place for a wedding. 95% of my guests were from out-of-town so they stayed at the hotel as well. I got positive feedback from their stay for the wedding. They loved the beauty of the hotel, the amenities, and the ease of walking to Emory Point. The hotel staff was so nice, and helpful. The bartenders and staff at my wedding and rehearsal (held in Wisteria Lanes) were awesome! Overall a beautiful hotel, with a cozy atmosphere.
Beautiful hotel with excellent dinner service. Food was also delicious.
1) Do not book this hotel at all, but especially not through a 3rd party site. It does not give you your room preference (King, double, etc) and any changes made to the reservation will result in a second reservation in your name and consequently a "no show" charge.
1a) The bathroom was so small that we couldn't even lay out the bath mat all the way, and we had to slide in between the toilet and the counter to close the bathroom door (as best we could) because the door nearly grazed the toilet on the way by. Note: we were not even in a corner room, which the hotel describes as even smaller.
2) I've seen sketchy motels with more room to move around. As though the rooms weren't ridiculously small enough, they smashed a desk & desk chair as well as a decorative chair and separate ottoman in there as well. I had to stand up the ironing board half in the closet just to find room to iron.
3) EVERYTHING was water damaged. The closet doors didn't close, the bathroom door didn't close, it was a disaster.
4) When I asked for a lighter blanket (which wasn't in the worthless closet like usual), the desk woman told me "I don't think we have any." They did, and when they brought it to me, it had 3 cigarette burns in it. Nice.
5) The toiletries (shampoo, lotion, cond) left in the bathroom were half used already when we got there. Disgusting.
6) I love a firm mattress and this one was still awful. It felt like it was made out of some kind of weird plastic that was loud and very uncomfortable.
7) It was not AT ALL soundproof. I could clearly hear conversations that were whispered in the hallway. Bonus: The elevator dings loudly several times when it arrives AND when it departs the floor, so I feel awful for anyone who stayed anywhere close to those noisy things.
I would not stay here again if it was free. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. The only nice thing I can say is that it is in a lovely part of the city.
The service was wonderful and staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were cozy and in excellent shape.
Great lobby with pool tables. Had a lot of fun with my friends!
Very attentive and willing to help staff. On point and not distracted. Courteous and very polite.
Beautiful hotel, only knock is the distance from the highway.
The conference room was well equipped for both the speaker and participants and facilitated a very interactive experience. The variety of food and drinks provided for snacks well as the lunch buffet we're amazing and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I hope I have another professional event soon.
Had a little troubld but overall a good place to stay.
Extremely nice with great service in a great location!
Very good rooms, amazing location to enjoy the woods
If you are working or vacationing in the Emory area, the Emory Conference Center Hotel is where you want to stay! The "campus" where the hotel sits is gorgeous. You are in walking distance to a grocery store, retail and restaurants! Its proximity to Emory, the CDC and northeast Atlanta coupled with a nice room and friendly staff make a stay at this hidden gem a perfect night's sleep for you, your co-workers or family.
p.s. If you have a Fitbit like I do.... there are great hallways to get your steps! Recalling my other hotel stays, this hotel is #1 on my list for getting my steps!
Had a great time, with great food. This was for survivors of cancer that are in clinical trials. Thanks for everything.
I loved it. I truly believe that the service at the Emory Comference Center Hotel was the nicest I have ever seen. The lunch and breakfast buffet has the best tasting food and the choices on the buffet are very appealing to the public. You can chose what they have out and anything you ask the chef for.
This was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. the Staff was very helpful, Breakfast was very well stocked during the breakfast hours, room was large and very clean. It's a little drive to attractions but worth it.
My husband and daughter and I have spent a night at the Emory Conference Center Hotel on two occasions prior to early morning appointments at the Emory University Hospital. We are huge Frank Lloyd Wright fans, and were amazed at the beauty of the structure and the setting. All interior furnishings have the FLW touch, from the furniture in the common areas to hall lamps to the prairie style headboards in guest rooms. I don't know the construction date of the hotel, but it has been beautifully maintained. Guest services are excellent. We encountered difficulty getting the room temperature adjusted to our liking on a cool evening, and the television wasn't getting a signal. I called the front desk and had a maintenance engineer within 5 minutes who promptly took care of the HVAC issue and quickly located the loose TV connection. The on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. Valet parking was quick, polite, and professional, and we took advantage of the convenient free van for our hospital appointment the next morning. Our stay at the Hotel was a relaxing mini getaway, exactly what we needed the night before a serious medical appointment. We will use the Hotel again any time we have occasion to stay in the area.
Beautiful. All the employees are very polite and helpful.
I called 5 times to make a group reservation for a conference each time I called, I got transferred to someone who couldn't handle in house reservations. Their calling system is completely backwards. This is completely ridiculous. Who knew that making a reservation could be this difficult. PS, I did try to make this online but the website told me to call.
What a beautiful venue. It's like being in a forest
Was there on business and didn't get to see a room. Staff was friendly and helpful as usual.
Great experience, The staff is very friendly and I mean that at all times of the day. The other day I had a medical situation and the front desk clerk was so kind to me at 1 AM as if it were 8 AM or even noon and I was just so impressed. Let me also add that the room was constantly spotless and clean for that I am very grateful.
Very pleasant staff who provide a customized welcome to the hotel. Rooms are moderately sized and the bed is very comfortable. The corner king room has a nice furnished patio that is a pleasant change from standard hotel rooms.
Great staff! Met for Northpoint Church service, I loved it and the kids had a blast.
I cannot even count the number of times a member of the staff asked me if I needed any assistance. Everyone from the manager to the cleaning ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was here for a week but spent most of my time out for work. I wish I had more time to explore the facility. I think they actually have bowling alleys? Can't believe I missed that.
The staff are pleasant and professional. The banquet rooms are of significant size.
The rooms we smaller than expected and the beds weren't queen But more towards twin size. There are no microwaves but there is a fridge in the room.
1. Checking to the hotel at front desk was bit of hustle. It took a while to verify reservation from third party site.
2. I was checked into a single bed, when i specifically asked for double bed. I had to transfer my luggage from one side of the hotel to the other end of the hotel.
3. Room did not have cellphone service. (T-mobile). Hotel is aware of the issue but did not notify me at the time of checking.
4. Key wasn't working the next day.
5. Cleaning crew attempting to clean room even with don't disturb sign. I almost chocked the lady the last day.
6. Account was double charged.
Overall, the hotel is great, but the SERVICE sucks a million.
Big hotel, here for a CDC conference training. Nice room, big wrap around balcony. Nice accommodations for a working meeting. Staff very friendly and informative.
Gorgeous space nestled into a serene natural setting. Lovely rooms, fantastic service and shuttle, and convenient to CDC, Emory, etc.
Stayed in November 2018 and again in March 2019, as luck would have it, in the same room. Issues with the room that were reported at checkout 4 months prior had not been addressed: The shower drained so slow it was a bath. The bathroom sink had the same issue. Both were obviously mechanical issues that could be fixed in 15 minutes with $20 worth of parts. The second floor hallway smelled like an army of frat boys had a drunken night of revelry with all the vomiting to go with it...on both stays. The front lobby smelled the same at checkout. I expect better for the price. Needless to say, we will not be back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. How it gets such good reviews here is beyond me. I guess people show up for a conference and have a good time, so are completely oblivious to the room conditions.
