The Emory Conference Center hotel was quite nice. The room was very tidy, clean, and comfortable. I was in town for a work trip for the day and was honestly almost intimidated at the formal nature of the venue. It almost felt like a country club more than it did a hotel. I found out there is also a bowling and game area that I think was only available to book for events, but it would have been a very nice bonus to have that accessible for a few hours. The only major downside to my stay was that cellular reception in the south wing of the hotel was abysmal and the internet/WiFi was down for most of the day, which severely restricted my ability to get any work done. There was no information on when the network would be fixed or how long it had been down, just that they were having issues and that when it did work I'd be able to log in. I was able to access the internet sometime after 3 or 4pm, I think after arriving around 10:30am. Again, very nice and cozy hotel overall and I bet the network was just a fluke.
