I want to say, that I did not get a chance to stay at this hotel ... I had booked a room for a two night stay for the Rolling Stones Concert, which had been cancelled due to Mr. Jagger having heart surgery. My tickets for the show were happily refunded by ticketmaster, but as I booked online and paid for the room in full Holiday Inn WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF THE COST, even tho the event is not happening. They are saying as it was a paid in full online reservation, their policy is no refund. I know that these policies can be overrode when there are extenuating circumstances and I do believe this is one of those times. So I am giving this a one star review because I cannot give it a negative star review.
DO NOT BOOK ROOMS HERE ONLINE.
DO NOT BE A TRUSTING CUSTOMER AND PAY IN ADVANCE.
This was a $500.00+ cost that I must write off because of a situation that I had zero control over.
Very bad customer relations. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn and I am an IHG member.

Don't use the keurig coffee makers in the rooms. Ran just water trough it and there was hair and coffee grounds plus the water was dark yellow. They need to clean them. Friendly staff, small pool, small gym with good free weights. Breakfast isn't great so I'd plan to find a breakfast place nearby. They have a 1 minute pancake machine that rolls out 2 pancakes and they are rubbery. Breakfast ends at 10 but if you want warm water in the morning and want to beat the crowd be there around 8.

It was fantastically located to the event I participated in, prices were reasonable, and staff was friendly. My largest complaint would be the lack of amenities in the immediate area, such as grocers, bars, or restaurants, but otherwise it was fantastic.

Excellent location. Room is very large. My room had 2 beds, a couch, and even a small kitchen area with separate sink, huge fridge, and microwave. Plates and forks included! Love the water pressure of the shower, no water saving shower head here! Only downside is the bathroom is a little small and for some reason the bathroom sink is either boiling hot or freezing cold. Overall I would recommend due to price, location, and friendly staff.

Nice location, close to bus stops, clean and staff is friendly. Restaurant isn't anything special with a fairly limited menu, and that's only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Next time, I'll probably choose the HIE next door for its breakfasts.

I'm impressed by the customer experience, from the check-in desk to your room, it's very streamlined! The staff is super nice, and provide everything needed. The room is cozy, everything set properly. Really enjoying it!

The first room they put me in had some suspect looking stains on the curtains, so I switched rooms. From there on out things were peachy, and their restaurant even made an exception for me by turning a non room service eligible coupon I had into an eligible one because I didn't feel well.

Clean rooms, great service, great location with a reasonable rate. Emerald Grill next door offers affordable dining. Not to mention the secure garage parking that is offered for an additional fee. The only thing that keeps me from writing 5 stars is the beds were a tad on the firm side. Other than that, great experience. Will be staying again next time I need a room in Downtown Seattle.

Stayed here for 5 days for my honeymoon. Room was very nice, large, fridge, microwave, safe, Kruger coffee maker with coffee, desk etc.. Ordered room service twice, order was received quickly and food was very good. Guest laundry facilities. Room was cleaned each day we were out, everything restocked, bed made etc... Very minimal outside noise even with road construction going on outside. Entire staff was extremely helpful and nice. Extremely positive overall experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This Holiday Inn is better than the one we stayed in in New York. We thought we were in for another disappointment, but we were wrong. Our room was large, clean and bright, and came with a mini-kitchen. Staff was very courteous, right down to the cleaners. There's a restaurant next door that offers delivery to your room.

No pool and hot tub like their website states (and they have picturs of their pooland hot tub). We stayed here and paid more for the pool and hot tub. The hotel is extremely run down missing paint chunks out of wood. Water damage in the bathroom and in hallways. Broken and missing ice machine. Torn bedding horrible smelling rooms and linen

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location, we were near shopping and restaurants as well as a quick walk down to the waterfront. Safe, affordable, good.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Downtown while attending the Emerald City Comicon. Hotel was very close to the convention center, and had a great rates for the attendees. Clean rooms, great staff. Only thing that could have made it better would have been few breakfast.

Very basic, but efficient and friendly. What's really good is that this hotel is so central to much of what you may want to see, that you can walk everywhere you want to go - from Pike Street, the aquarium, the Space Needle to the Cheese Factory.

Very good hotel, comfortable room and located in a quiet area and not far from the center, steps from the Space Needle and the Museum of Pop Culture. Correct breakfast and very friendly staff. It has a large parking space

Average hotel at best. They advertise having multiple elliptical machines but only have 1 working treadmill and an outdated recumbent bike. When I called to report the treadmill not working they responded with "yeah we know", when I asked where the elliptical machines were, they said "We don't have any". I reminded them they advertised only a gym, to which I reminded them to look at their website. They kept telling me I was wrong (see below). The staff had a few good eggs but the majority were very self indulged. I found out I was supposed to get free breakfast daily AFTER I checked out. Just another way the hotel tries to screw you and make it look like your problem. The bed was straight out of 1970, hard as a rock.

I would suggest anywhere else if you're needing a gym, courteous staff or a nice bed as part of your business trip. Room itself is pretty basic, has a mini fridge and microwave which is nice.Z

This gets one star mostly because of how thin the walls and floors are. It sounds like people are walking in a parade above you at all times of the day. I switched rooms after the first night thinking that I just had inconsiderate foot stompers above me, and then the second room I was in had the same problem. The restaurant next door that is operated by the hotel has extremely slow service with only okay food. Don't plan on drinking there either unless you want to spend a fortune on drinks. Their margarita (which isn't even anything special) is $15! That's absurd! Carpets in the rooms are extremely outdated and disgusting. Bathroom is a cramped space. I'd say the only good thing about this hotel is that the staff is friendly...
