First off the front desk clerk was very rude while checking me in. The pool and jacuzzi is very dirty and full of insects the pool cleaner is still in the pool .and I had to go to the front desk and ask housekeeping to go and unlock the pool gate at 8:30, when it should have been open at 7:00 a.m. The refrigerator in my room didn't work. The sofa and the air in the room smelled awful.
