Embassy Suites West Palm Beach Review

Although the hotel seems nice, it is DEFINITELY made for business rather than comfort. The beds are stiff, the water is very hot or very cold, and the TV barely works.

A little overprice for the mattress I get, the TV didn't have signal, but very safe COVID19 wise, soft sheets, and super location. 4.5 Starts

I was there for a Christmas party. It was painfully obvious that this was not a high-dollar party. I expected more and was somewhat disappointed at what I found. I do believe money was a factor in paying for this affair. If you're not going to do it right don't do it at all.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to from both the interstate and turnpike. Close to downtown entertainment.

Lunch was not what I expected. Fish too dry and no taste at all. Waiter forgetful.

Had a problem with reservation. Mr. Fayet? solved the issue.

You can't beat the breakfast. The rooms were showing little wear, but this was compared to the brand new hotel we stayed at the day before. The suite was huge and the perfect size for our family of 5. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. When the breakfast says it closes at "x" time, they aren't joking. All hands were on deck pulling food from the buffet, including drinks. Usually places just stop restocking at closing time and let people finish, not here!

Our first stay here, (April 2015) we booked a two room suite. When we arrived, our suite wasn't ready. It took them two hours to get our room ready even though we had already made the reservations two days before. Yes, they made up for it by their great customer service but for our second stay there, (January 2016) we booked a two room suite again. This time, they gave us a single bed room. We had two adults and four kids in one room. We obviously told them about their mistake but they refused to fix it and that caused us to have to pay $400 for another room. Also, housekeeping, knowing that we have these many people, didn't give us enough towels even though we asked. It's a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential but these mistakes are reoccurring.

Visited here for their spa. Very nice. Unfortunately they book up very fast. However, I like being able to book online.

The room although the furniture was a little outdated it was very spacious and the bed slept well

Located just about 3 miles from the beach, this hotel has great rooms and services. We got complimentary drinks in the evening. Made-to-order breakfast.

Overall a great hotel. They offer a great free buffet breakfast each morning until 10am. Also a happy hour from 5:30-730pm. The atrium area is great however the rooms and the pool area feel dated. Some major renovations and landscaping would really help the place out.

A/C issues. Been here for 2 weeks using for business and have had to move rooms twice without notice

I do not suggest it, we spent only one night the night of 06/17/2020. the service is horrible, the lady who was in the reception, around 09:30 PM ON 06/17/2020, behaved in an awful way, under the pretext that she was permenance, neither smile, nor nothing at all. as if we were in a police station. as for the breakfast consists of: a small bottle of orange juice, an organge, and a small slice of cake for each. knowing that we were 2 adults and three children. kids menu no longer exists. knowing that they told us that there is a continental breakfast. when we asked, that's what, she answered us, that we made the reservation on the Booking.com site. and that next time, you must make the reservation directly from the hotel. the bathroom tap is out of order. toilet and hand towels are not new, are used by other customers.
the microwave has a horrible smell. It is the first time in my life that I have criticized a Hotel.
when we called the manager, he made his plan to listen to us, as if he was not interested, and he quickly ended the discussion.

Great customer service. They are building a drive shack across the street (can't wait) fast food within walking distance should you have to adult beverages at the hotel reception (happy hour). The hotel also clise the west palm beach airport. Nice conference space. I will definitely stat here again.

First time I stayed at an Embassy Suites where my room was not a suite; if they have rooms that are not suites, they should not call the hotel Embassy Suites. There was no couch or comfortable chair. Only a hard desk chair. Room was dark, outdated, worn and in desperate need for renovation. Room was very musty and was unpleasant. I was looking forward to staying at another Embassy Suites but this hotel did not meet Embassy Suites and Hilton's standards.

I attended an event at the ballroom, it was a great experience and great servicw by the hotel staff.

Rooms were clean. The pool area needed work. The hotel is in major need of an update. Free drinks and free breakfast was a plus.

My mom stayed here for a work conference and I stayed with her one night. There are 2 different living room pics here because there was a leak from the ac in her first room so they gave her a new room. I really liked the hotel it was clean and the view wasnt bad. Little parking lot pool but for what it is and where it is it's a good one.

Staff is SUPERB! I had a tradeshow there, staff went above and beyond. Food was delicious.

The Hotel is in a nice part of town. We had an enjoyable stay My only complaint is that the room should be more update based on the hotel charges.

Amazing front desk staff and great food! Where they lack however is in their housekeeping and management. Their house keeping often missed my room entirely and none of them speak English. If you want to talk to the house keeping you need one of their translators present. Their evening supervisor will tell you one thing and as you turn the corner he'll gossip to the other receptions while you're still in earshot of him.

The front desk clerk didn't look at me once while checking in and I asked for milk and cookies to be delivered and they gave me 4 cookies and 1 small glass of milk and charged me $24. The shower leaked. The dining employees were awesome. The bartenders were nice but one charged me $4 more for the same drink. The worst part is people were eating and drinking in the pool area and we even found a plate in the pool.

Real nice room. Two beds, couch bed, sleeps up to 6 and a small kitchenette. Very clean.

Smallest Embassy I've been in. Room was great. Carpet was bleached and needed to be changed out. Breakfast buffet was ok. Need to add Turkey sausage to all the hotels. Folks are getting away from pork.

Spotless suite with fluffy plush towels and super comfy mattresses and pillows. Free drinks at night plus the crazy good spread you put out for breakfast every morning made our vacation that much better.

This is a big property with plenty of amenities but it seems dated. I don't know if all the rooms are this way but mine on the 14th floor felt like it was from the 1990s. The flourescent bulbs were all different hues making for uneven lighting. My other let down was at check in - It felt like I was talking to a robot. The fitness center was good sized, and the breakfast options were very good. If my review and or photos were helpful please give a thumbs up

Pretty standard experience. Shuttle service runs late and takes you downtown which is nice. Restaurant is mediocre at best. Rooms are a good size.

Bad experience: they charged me twice the cost of the stay. To worsen the situation extremely late and poor assistance from the Hilton company in the resolution of the problem, even though I had given most of the time they had asked me.
After a week of waiting I have to turn to my bank.
Never again! Sconsigliatissimo.

Very comfortable room plus an excellent social hour as always when we got back from a hard Day's work.

Ok room. The microwave didn't work. I had to use the outlet in the bathroom for it. I was offered a new room but wasn't explained the details ( if it was the same as mine, an upgrade or if there was a fee. I had a suite and could not afford any additional charges) Could not access the fitness center. There was quite a bit of noise every night I was there. Very thin walls. One of the lady receptionist didn't seem friendly. But the rest of the staff was great! Just wish the walls weren't so thin and the fridge was regular size for the suites.

The included buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic I asked for six extra pillows, they brought me 7! The after-hours snack shop for amenities to satisfy your after-hours Sweet Tooth was over-the-top wonderful. There's a very cool view of the airport and the runway from the hotel room. Overall it was a great Hotel my kids loved it we would definitely stay there again. Bible in the room wod be nice.

Room was very clean and is a modern updated room. The hotel always has a free Happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 which is nice.

Basic rooms are offered but you must get a suite to fully relax. A suite is a bit pricier but you'll enjoy it.

We were traveling and were staying in West Palm Beach. We are no strangers to embassy suites.

This one was pretty nice, they have is a room on the 15th floor, which had a great view and was the tallest building in the area. It was very close to downtown and many restaurants and things to do.

The hotel was clean, the people were nice, the room was clean.

We especially like the breakfast at this one. We always cash in on the custom omlette, as well as the buffet style options.

There were plenty of options, so in 2 days we tried most things. They were all very good.

The food was fresh and tasty, the staff were constantly keeping the place clean and stocked.

I was just responded to by the owner after I stated that they threatened to kick us out after claiming we where being loud because the people across from us where complaining you made an excuse claiming that your hotel is supposed to be a quiet one but failed to address the fact that I said there where people down stairs being way louder and you claim there is supposed to be no parties but the people in the lobby where having one so don't reply if you won't address everything I don't know if it was because we're black and the people down stairs where white but your reply just really aggravated me be lucky if I dont go to corporate

Stayed one night after attending a concert at Coral Sky Amphitheatre. It's 11 minutes away from the venue. Rooms are comfortable and clean although some of them feel a little dated compared to recently refurbished hotels. The complimentary breakfast was the best part of the stay. Loved the omelette bar. WiFi was also very fast.

Staff is always friendly. Quick check in/check out. Happy hour every day and their free breakfast is hard to beat. Hotel has a full bar as well as a small convenience store. Some rooms have balconies which is especially nice if you just want to sit back and watch airplanes. Even with the airport so close, you can't hear the traffic or airplanes from inside.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. Room and hotel service was very professional. The room was also very clean and neat.

The rooms need some updating and renovations. Two drawers were broken, the curtain didn't attach fully, and there was no lock on the balcony. Our room keys stopped working which was a pain. The worst is getting breakfast in the morning by the rude men serving it. My family would dread getting breakfast to deal with them. The female breakfast lady is wonderful and personable. You must ask to have your room cleaned which they forgot twice when we asked. The pool was shut down when we went. Staff can't make up their mind whether to mandatory wear masks or not, so some will say something to you, while others don't wear theirs. Room service is not an option at this time due to Covid, you have to go downstairs to order and sit at the bar? Somehow that's more Covid-safe. No free cocktail hour, even though it's listed on their website. Laundry room had one working washer while the other was broken. Location, we heard all traffic from our room from the main road.

Bad experience, we chose this place to spend our Valentine's night because it was close to our final destination and we love Hilton when we arrived, we asked the receptionist if the room was nice ? and it was good for our Valentine's night ? He said yes, that's perfect. Incredible !!! to arrive in a room surprise !!with two double beds. What is this? we call, we send text, email and nothing. When you wake up, they tell you breakfast includes and it ends at 9:00 am where that exists ? Very important reservation Monday or Tuesday they come Inside your room for TV service 9:00 am . If You call the reception and no good morning no nothing . And sorry about that is not a customer respond. For sure we never combat.

Horrible management!! Dirty!! I found a fingernail and blood stains on my sheets. Breakfast is cold and I ended up going out for breakfast. Definitely not worth the price!!

I simply cannot say enough about Chef Roscoe. The hotel has been nice, room was clean and comfortable. I was excited about the included breakfast which is a significant upgrade from your typical continental breakfasts, but my stay was absolutely cemented in my memory as a magnificent one due to this man. As I dragged my tired body downstairs to the lobby, his warm and welcoming charisma immediately awakened me. Made to order eggs, Omelettes, oh my! I selected my ingredients, handed them over to him, and even though I watched, I don t know what or how he did it but it must be magic. What he gave to me was hands down, by far, bar none, without a shadow of a doubt the absolute BEST omelette I have EVER eaten. I m not usually an omelette person but I can tell you I m a Chef Roscoe Omelette person! Don t even get me started in his salsa... I came back and put it on my breakfast potatoes too. For a second I thought about putting it in my coff... never mind. AMAZING. Chef Roscoe is a gem, and it was our interaction that has made me a loyal guest from here on out. Every hotel needs wonderful, kind, professional human beings like him. THANK YOU.

Horrible!!!!! I really love Hilton Hotels, in fact I have a long history with booking rooms through Hilton .Their services are usually top of the line, Until I came across this location in particular. Their services is by far is the worse I have experienced in the Hospitality industry. I have been a property manager for 13 years and never have I ever came across a such a disrespectful a hotel manager like Luis G. I do understand that working in this field can be a bit challenging at time, but on the customers should never be an option you decide to release your frustration on. And for the poor customer service that Mr. Luis G presented sets a bad reputation for the company's Name. Never will I ever do business with them again, neither will I recommend this property to any of my clients or friends. I will also post this review over to my Instagram page where my colleagues can also be aware of this.
