Staying for a state baseball tournament. Great group rate and very nice rooms.

Everything was good, except, the front desk, was not friendly. Told us the room was to the right, but elevators to the left. Room didnt open. I had to go back down to desk and maintenance had to rekey lock quickly, though. Breakfast good. Price was good.

If I could give zero stars. I would my house was affected by hurricane Irma. I walked in to this location to see if they had any availability, as I am walking to the desk teo other people walk up to cancel their reservations, one of which was cancelling two rooms. I immediately say I will take one of their rooms I don't care how much it cost I need somewhere to stay as I don't have any power water or AC. The girl at the desk was about to speak when the gentleman next to her immediately says "no" and I say "why not? two people just canceled" he says "no maam we cannot help you we have no rooms". The guy that was canceling says "I will pay for the room Ma'am if you can just go give me cash out of the ATM to pay me back." I said "sure no problem" thinking this would secure me a room the gentleman again from behind the desk rudely says no we cannot do that." I asked to be put on a waitlist the young lady went to go put me on there and the gentleman again says "why are you making a waitlist no list we don't have any room." Why you wouldn't give someone a room in someone else's canceling? especially knowing that people do not have power would you not give a customer that is willing to give you their business give you money no matter how much it cost to stay in a room with your facility. I was standing there more than willing to give you money no matter the cost to pay for room in your facility and your manager or whoever he was rudely told me no not once not twice but three times. And then to another person was more than willing to pay for room and I just had to pay them back you also said no. What kind a customer services that and what kind of business is that? I sat in their lobby trying to speak with someone from customer service on the phone while everybody at the desk, probably around five people, starred and looked at me. not a single one even offered to try and help find me another room or suggest another resolution. you can bet that I am going to go to the Better Business Bureau and go up high as the ladder will get me because this is not an ok way to treat someone that just went through a hurricane, they don't have a good living condition and has nothing but money to give your company.

Super nice hotel with a very helpful staff. I didn't see the rooms because I was only attending a professional event, but based on what I saw I would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

The room was clean nice and the hotel has a fantastic selection of breakfast also the place has a 70s feel to it, the pool could use a make over not very inviting but usable.

Attended a Democratic election night gala. Very nice large and open lobby/atrium for the event. Great bar but so-so food. Did not stay overnight as a hotel room guest. Location was convenient but parking lot was very crowded. Overall experience was very good however

Our room was clean and nicely set up and had a great view from the 15th floor.
The check-in was friendly and efficient.
The morning breakfast buffet was very good and the omelets were great.

Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast is above average, even with a person preparing omelets on time.

The Embassy Suite has additional offices in there building, I was visiting AARP office there.

If you arrive late you will most likely be greeted by Fadi. Made our long trip and late arrival a pleasure.

The place is a bit confusing. The set up is weird but the rooms were really nice. Awesome tennis court by the pool and good breakfast.

Nice people, older place, close to airport, has food available. Rooms could be updated, all rooms cleaned for COVID.

This is a great place it's not advertised very well the inside is fantastic but they need to work on the outside the inside looks like a regular office building the tennis courts could use a little love and so does the weight room other than that the staff is very friendly your breakfast is pretty good and they have a fantastic bar

Dated hotel. Seems 1980ish in decor. Very vanilla feel. Gives you a very UNINTENDED retro feels. Mostly empty. No vibe to this place. Didn't even see the happy hour commotion during the heralded Embassy Suites free drinks happy hour..for all we know.. its no longer offered..it was certainly not advertised. No in house restaurant or food choices..pretty much a very limited bar menu. The "free" breakfast is not even up to par with a motel 6. Just gives you feeling of uncleanliness..food looks like airline food..presentation and sad faced employees really remind you of breakfast time at local penitentiary or public school cafeteria. Coffee dispensers look old and unpleasant..would you trust water source that was used or cleaning schedule employed.. probably not.. Reminds me of drinking 7-11 coffee.. YIKES

After an incredibly long day (waiting at the airport, waiting at customs, waiting for a rental vehicle) we finally made it to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room since it was partially vacant. I could not of asked for a better experience. Thank you embassy suites.

Good rooms, good kitchen not so good shuttle service... other that pick you up at the airport 5min distance do not expect more than that

Clean rooms, courteous staff, and a really great breakfast. The bar isn't bad at all either. The gym is your typical hotel gym and the pool is outdoors so no glitz there. I had a corner room that had a hide a bed on the couch and a separate bedroom. There was also a mini fridge and microwave too.

I enjoyed our stay here at the Embassy Suites. I would like to say thank you for the staff for great accommodation and for taking care of us for our 2 nights stay. Great job guys!

Quality hotel near the airport but without nuisance. Room with safe, fridge and microwave. Full breakfast with many choices included in the price of the room. I recommend !

Our church goes there every year to celebrate a regional meeting.

So gross! Pizza box, moldy licorice, and hard large crumbs in the living area. The pull out had crumbs and looked like the sheets hadn't been changed in a while. They put a sticker on the door saying it had been cleaned but it wasn't, we found hair in our bed and it was difficult to spend time where I have small children who still put things in their mouth. Sleeping in the dust of who knows how many people. No night cleaning staff.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, rooms are very neat and clean. Very comfortable beds. They also provide amazing amenities and the pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful.

We had an event there... It was stellar! Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The meeting rooms immaculate and elegant. Really impressive.

We loved our stay here. The service was amazing, specially Hannah at the Front Desk!
They surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries because it was our wedding anniversary.

Amazing staff, great location and really nice food. Highly recommend. Stayed in July 2018. Rooms were a little dated but overall very spacious and well cleaned. The pool was nice and warm and kept clean and tidy. Gym located on site.

I attended a training class and the room was nice but super cold! Other then that great spot.

They have a welcoming thing to where you get drinks and light snacks. Not knowing for sure what the etiquette was, I got some veggies light food and sat for over a half hour waiting for a server about two minutes before 7:30 finally I got someone's attention. And asked how you were supposed to get these free welcoming drinks. I guess you go to the bar to order you can't be ten foot from it. The bar stools were fool I didn't want to crowd in. After trying to get eye contact for over a half hour and being completely ignored . A bar waitress finally came over and tried to make it right by giving me two drinks which was nice but still avoiding eye contact and making sure not to acknowledge really sucked.
Update reception after I learned how things worked. Things where pretty good.
I noticed the owners response. Although as they pointed out the drinks are free the cost is not important I was disappointed in service more than anything. Not cool being ignored.

Very comfortable place for opportunity seminars.
Should provide water though.

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars due to it being one of th best hotels I have stayed in. The service was top notch with the staff being super friendly and ready to answer any of your questions. The rooms were spacious and well kept. I was lucky enough to get a corner suite on the top floor.

The free breakfast and evening happy hour (complimentary) were an added bonus. I definitely plan to stay there again whenever I come back to town.

I stayed at embassy suites in west palm beach for three nights with my friends this past weekend and it was the worst decision we could have made. Our last night at the hotel the power shut off on us. Alarmed and worried we went to the lobby to inquire. We were spoken to in a nasty manner and told a letter was put under our door. This was not true. When the letter was presented it was dated the same day as the outage and was the first any of us had seen it. We wrote corporate and received a 150$ giftcard to compensate us. Being that there were 5 of us in the room which held up to 6 guests we werent too satisfied but accepted the offer anyway. We checked out the following afternoon but was later charged the exact amount of 150$ for "damages". There was no phone call or email concerning these so called damages in the room and they refuse to send pictures as proof. I honestly feel this was a attempt of "pay back" for us complaining. This experience was horrible and we are still trying to be refunded our money. I advise people to spend their money where it is respected.

The ambience, customer service of everyone especially Felicia, Francis and Gigi. My room was very nice the food at The Atrium was delicious and affordable. I will come here again. My husband and I of 24 years was here for our anniversary.

We ended up getting in late and the check-in process was smooth. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I don't remember anything past the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They had all sorts of different fruit and additional other breakfast items. Plus at the end of the bar they had a gentleman making omelettes ready to order. Great experience will gladly consider embassy suites again in the future.

Very nice staff. Beautiful interior. Has a really good feel & nostalgia. Would highly reccomend!!! Especially if your a visitor flying into the West Palm Beach Airport.

This is my 5th time at this hotel and I have always had a clean room that had good amenities. The staff is helpful and happy.

Had corner balcony room facing the airport...it was awesome, saw air force one! Free breakfast was great as well, and plenty of parking.

Very easy to find. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. I would definitely recommend it.

Good hotel near the airport beach. We got a room on the 6th floor, and here is the view from our room. Also they serve a good full breakfast.... To go option is also there for the COVID weary traveler....

The pool is small and cleaning is very slow also there is water from sewers in the pool but has a nice gym and delicious food

This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites and it was definitely a positive experience. I only stayed one night but wish I could've stayed longer because it was that awesome. The room was generously spacious and the breakfast was tasty.

I've traveled here 2 years in a row for our church marriage retreat. The first year just manner issues, but the second year ran into some really bad experiences.

Just trust me, stay here. Happy hour and free drinks and snacks? Yes please!
