The hotel in general and the breakfast was very good. However during the check-in Christina Ayala was very rude. My family arrived around 5pm and the check-in was scheduled at 4pm . She said the we needed to wait and when I asked how much time, she was unable to answer clearly. After 20 mins or so, she called me to her desk and made me wait again, she never apologized and in general her treatment was rude and far from professional.
