The rooms need some updating and renovations. Two drawers were broken, the curtain didn't attach fully, and there was no lock on the balcony. Our room keys stopped working which was a pain. The worst is getting breakfast in the morning by the rude men serving it. My family would dread getting breakfast to deal with them. The female breakfast lady is wonderful and personable. You must ask to have your room cleaned which they forgot twice when we asked. The pool was shut down when we went. Staff can't make up their mind whether to mandatory wear masks or not, so some will say something to you, while others don't wear theirs. Room service is not an option at this time due to Covid, you have to go downstairs to order and sit at the bar? Somehow that's more Covid-safe. No free cocktail hour, even though it's listed on their website. Laundry room had one working washer while the other was broken. Location, we heard all traffic from our room from the main road.
