If I could give zero stars. I would my house was affected by hurricane Irma. I walked in to this location to see if they had any availability, as I am walking to the desk teo other people walk up to cancel their reservations, one of which was cancelling two rooms. I immediately say I will take one of their rooms I don't care how much it cost I need somewhere to stay as I don't have any power water or AC. The girl at the desk was about to speak when the gentleman next to her immediately says "no" and I say "why not? two people just canceled" he says "no maam we cannot help you we have no rooms". The guy that was canceling says "I will pay for the room Ma'am if you can just go give me cash out of the ATM to pay me back." I said "sure no problem" thinking this would secure me a room the gentleman again from behind the desk rudely says no we cannot do that." I asked to be put on a waitlist the young lady went to go put me on there and the gentleman again says "why are you making a waitlist no list we don't have any room." Why you wouldn't give someone a room in someone else's canceling? especially knowing that people do not have power would you not give a customer that is willing to give you their business give you money no matter how much it cost to stay in a room with your facility. I was standing there more than willing to give you money no matter the cost to pay for room in your facility and your manager or whoever he was rudely told me no not once not twice but three times. And then to another person was more than willing to pay for room and I just had to pay them back you also said no. What kind a customer services that and what kind of business is that? I sat in their lobby trying to speak with someone from customer service on the phone while everybody at the desk, probably around five people, starred and looked at me. not a single one even offered to try and help find me another room or suggest another resolution. you can bet that I am going to go to the Better Business Bureau and go up high as the ladder will get me because this is not an ok way to treat someone that just went through a hurricane, they don't have a good living condition and has nothing but money to give your company.
