Spacious rooms and awesome breakfast. Just far enough off Broadway. A short walk to Hattie B's Nashville chicken
Very nice room, nice staff, free drinks in the afternoon. Awesome!
Loved every minute of my stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Courtesy Bus was great. Breakfast was buffet style and high quality. The free evening drinks and nibbles was a chance to socialise with other guests. Would stay there again.
Staff were along, but I was not notified until I got there that breakfast was affected by the construction, and that I was getting a Hampton Inn style breakfast. The main reason I stay with embassy suites is for the breakfast, and it was a big let down. Also, I was expecting one price, and the gold placed on my card was over $100 more than my reservation, which again was a surprise to me when I arrived. Not what I was looking forward to after driving 10 hours.
Room was nice spacious. Renovations to front lobby going on. Hopefully will be done soon.
A great location, and very reasonable rates. They are following social distancing measures and the staff are all very accommodating and helpful. We've been here three times, and would come back again.
When I went, there was construction and the water was off for multiple hours a day. No pool, but a small jacuzzi. Was not aware of water shut offs. Good rooms, and good breakfast selection though. Very noisy, I couldn't sleep.
The room was great, clean and close to some really great restaurants.
Room needed work. We tried to fix things then asked maintenance to do it. The main door to the room didn't lock, the shower leaked EVERYWHERE and we spent our mornings soaking up water with our remaining towels. The door to the room was so tight at the door closure hinge it would slam shut and often hit us on the way out. The door eventually locked after they "fixed" it, but you had to wrestle it to lock it. Shower never fixed. Rate was good but then you get hit with the surprise $22/day for parking. What they can hang their hat on is their customer service. Everyone there was delightful. Not sure we'd stay there again due to all the room issues and no offer to make that right from a credit perspective, but the area is a good mid town spot.
They were awesome, very helpful and the staff, including the valet was the best.
This is my first time bothering to write a review on a hotel. I came here for a wedding with my husband. Fist of all, when we arrived to check in they had given our room away. So after traveling 6 hours we had to wait in the lobby for a new room. The lady at the front desk was not even apologetic (making it worse). Then we stepped in our room and it had a horrible smell (like paint thinner mixed with stain). We asked about it and they said they had recently redone the wallpaper so I was it off gassing. We asked for a new room since I am 23 weeks pregnant, they said all of the rooms had it and they were booked anyway. Then we had roaches in our bathroom. We asked another person in the wedding party of their room also had the smell and they said it did not. So we realized it was from them recently roach bombing the room (not safe during pregnancy). With all of this, we did not get offered any discount. I will say that it was the best continental breakfast I have even had at a hotel.
Great hotel! Very professional staff, clean spacious rooms, close to all the local attractions; yet far enough out not to be disturbed by them.
Very pleasant stay. Staff was great. Room was comfortable.
We just stayed this past weekend, though they are still under renovations the noise was never an issue, and it s going to look great when completed. The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was great!
It's in a great location and you can basically walk everywhere. My only problem is that housekeeping has a voicemail, and they never respond. Also, we needed more tissue, and they brought kleenex instead. The rooms were very clean.
This embassy suites is pretty much what you'd expect for an average urban embassy suites. I have it only 3 stars because when I was there they were doing renovations. The renovations made things a bit of a mess and the hot tub was closed. The reception and breakfast we're both in the restaurant which was a little crazy. Other than that the place was clean and the staff was friendly. The neighborhood is a party area it seems and that spills over into the hotel as well.
Great place to stay just wish they served breakfast longer also the rooftop is wonderful
Rooms are clean and spacious. No pool, but the location of the hotel is great. Parking is not included, and there was a wait for the room. I would still recommend them.
The one start is for the valet parking service. I filled up my tank two block before arrive to the hotel and the next day my tank was 3/4. The valet parking drive guydrives like Crazy. I couldn't talk to the manager because I was very short of time.
Just be carefu and pay attention.
A Great Place. It's Going to be a part of every vacation
Lovely atmosphere. Very nice suites and phenomenal customer service
Rooms are very nice, but the hotel is renovating several places downstairs.
Nice rooms not so good evening snacks or breakfast items, for an Embassy Suite not up to standard
This is quite possibly the worst visit I have ever had at a embassy suites. Upon check in, the room requested was not available ok I'll settle. Next, the only elevator working is the service elevator which had broken ceramic mugs in it. When we returned to the lobby in the evening there was a large crowd of collage kids using loud offense language in close proximity it the front desk and the clerk did nothing. This ruckus behavior continued into the night and with paper thing walls we heard them clear as day up on the 6th floor.
Breakfast: all juices were broken. One made to order chef for my family and the horde of kids... I ended up squeezing my own OJ.
To sum, I wish I would have been aware that we were paying way too much for a discount broken down spring break. Thanks for making our visit "memorable."

It was amazing and their breakfast was outstanding and their staff was very friendly
Stayed two nights on business. Staff was wonderful and professional. Breakfast was amazing. Normally do not write reviews but they deserved it.
Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast selection and happy hour drinks. Close to all the entertainment on Broadway downtown with free shuttle service.
Had a good time here. I enjoyed the complimentary drink and snacks. Shout out to Ross (Valet guy) super helpful fast. Overall a nice stay for the money. Sauna and hot tub were nice and hot. Good location
Don't bother to valet. Surly and uninterested at check-in. Not available when I went to get my car the next morning. Had to get keys from desk and wander the garage to find it. Why pay extra for that?
Nice stay. Shuttles down to hotspots. Good breakfast. Fold out bed for two nights was like an iron bar hidden under a sheet of paper, but I've never slept on one that wasn't
Great place to stay! Conveniently located to downtown, nice rooms and common area.
Great hotel! Huge bonus having an open bar for two hours a night.
Served a margarita make of sprite, tequila and a wedge of lime squeezed in it. Served a banquet with no salt and pepper on the tables. Asked for some and were brought one mismatched set that all tables had to share. Didn't serve water or tea until meal was almost eaten. And you had to pick: water or tea. Not both. The actual hotel rooms were nice. The shuttle driver was extremely rude. We asked for a step for an injured member of our party. Was used to enter and started to leave without bringing along. How was she supposed to disembark? Then he got mad when we asked to take the step. Pulled out of lot, did a u turn at too fast a pace and picked up stool. At our disembarkment location, placed steps half in and half off the curb. Did not drop off at Music Row. We asked which way and he sent us around two city blocks the wrong way to a big circle almost where we started. We were just around the corner. The driver just was mad we asked for the step stool. And we were never mad or talked mean to him. We heard other guests complaining about the driver as well in two occasions. It wasn't just us. The front desk did apologize.
Nice rooms but not fan of the art deco couch and chairs in the room which are very uncomfortable
This place was a nightmare. I made reservations online. I got there I want to check in the lady at the front desk charged my card the 400 and whatever it was dollars for my 4 night stay. Beth also charged my husband's card $90 for parking. We were tired we went to our room dropped our things off and then walked around to get something to eat. When we got back to the room my daughter went to take a shower the shower was filthy I grab my Lysol and Rag and cleaned it. But the shower leaks and flooded the bathroom and all of her things no big deal I grabbed a few towels that were in the room and tried to soak up the water in the sink in the bedroom the kitchen area leaked and soaked the rest of our things that was still on the floor. We called front desk to let them know the sink and shower leaks and that the bathroom was really dirty. Valerie was super friendly and helpful she switched us rooms and gave us points and apologized profusely. We didn't even want to switch rooms we just wanted to let them know they have the leaks so that we didn't get in trouble for anything or whatever. The next day the same lady that checked us in Beth told us that we were well accommodated that we wasn't getting the points and that Valerie did not have her permission to switch S rooms she burst into our room being a smart aleck treated us like garbage and she ended up charging my card yet again 4 hundred and some dollars. she said it was an accident . she refunded me my bank alerted that I had the refund so all was well. Whatever then I leave after my visit only to find she charged my card the very next day 400 something again. My husband's card was charged 3 times for parking as well I have never been refunded this money I will never stay at the Nashville Embassy suites again Jeremy that's in charge would not speak to my husband said that my husband cussed him which is not true he told everyone at the hotel that he had already spoken with us and made it right he said he's went through his record and there is no proof that this happened but yet I sent him screenshots of my bank statements so if it's not showing on there end that it happened then someone's deleted or removed that information because I know my bank account was short that much money and Beth in fact did charge it that many times
Great stay overall! Nice rooms and good hot breakfast. I would definitely stay again if in Nashville.
Very nice place to stay they have many good amenities
Awesome, they even let me park my 33' motorhome in the back for free.
Love the Embassy Suites, happy hour and breakfast are great!
Loved staying here. The shuttle that would go 2 miles was a bit of a bust (they couldn t take us to 12 south, 1.9miles away and the next day they had to get the shuttle fixed).
Otherwise the breakfast daily was very helpful and they have complimentary happy hour snacks/drinks.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who s interested in the midtown vibe of Nashville
We stayed at this hotel for almost a week in early May 2018. This was shortly after the hotel completed a remodel. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. The first few days were were in a regular rooms and we asked to be moved to a handicapped room to accommodate my surgery at Nearby St Thomas hospital. We did not know this during this time frame, Vanderbilt was having their graduation. After speaking with the manager, Justin and his front desk personnel, in spite of a fully booked hotel, accommodated our request. When we arrived at the hotel from the hospital, we were greeted with a wheelchair and assisted to our room. We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying another few days in June.
A wonderful feeling to be treated by caring people.
They do have a large breakfast buffet. Good work area.
The room was clean and comfortable and the nightly free cocktails were a plus. There is ongoing construction and the elevators are very slow. Hotel is within walking distance of several very good dining choices and bars.

Hotel location is very good.
We do enjoy their breakfast service.
Nice two room suites.
Only negative aspect, entrance from the parking garage to the hotel building (5th floor) was in bad condition, water damage and probably mold.
... feedback was quickly responded to by Embassy Suites...
We would stay at this property again and do recommend it.
The rooms are nice i dropped my daughter off for a sleepover and i had drinks in the bat
Great service!! Nice room!! Interior decoration is nice.. free snack and drinks every evening..
Nashville is an expensive city. Great entertainment and great food.
It's amazing there is everything you could want at this location
Great breakfast cooked to order. Clean rooms and friendly staff. My favorite stay in Nashville.
Staff is great, but can't give 5 stars. Since arrival here last Wednesday all ice machines are out of order, breakfast area are out f egg whites for days. Housekeeping is so so. Other than that the latest cation of s perfect, shuttles are ok if they answer the phone.
