The hotel was undergoing renovations when I was staying. The minor inconveniences would typically knock off a star, but I was informed about the renovations before booking. Outside of these issues, the hotel was great. Large, clean rooms, great managers special, and friendly staff. The shuttle to downtown is definitely a huge plus for me. Would highly recommend.

After I checked in, I went to my room to drop off luggage. I opened my door and there were other guests in there. Apparently they booked two sets of guests to one room. The other guests left and I was reissued new room keys. I was told by front desk that they had been really busy. I paid for self-parking option which was placed on room key. After coming back from an event, I went to go park my car. My card did not work, so I had to go back to front desk to be reissued another key. I am hopeful they can discuss with staff and train them for a better experience in the future.

Newly renovated, comfortable beds, lots of towels, best blow dryers. Bar and restaurant in lobby, food is good for conventions. Recommend valet parking because parking garage is the worst!!!!

WORST " embassy " I've stayed in.
Rude staff in the kitchen. COLD breakfast. COLD coffee. Lady at the front desk treated me like I didn't matter cause I'm younger generation. Disrespectful.

I've been staying Embassy Suites since m1y kids were kids. They're in their 30s now. Visiting Grand daughters in Nashville. This is by far the worst Hilton/Embassy Suites/upscale hotel experience I've ever had. My conclusion, the place is poorly managed and Hilton needs to pay more attention. Upon Saturday arrival one elevator was out, by Sunday, both were out, leaving only a service/freight elevator. Our room, has a damp feel to it, and the toilet was leaking (fixed). Housekeeping has a VM/ recording no matter when u call, it seems. So u tell front desk u need towel svc for FOUR people and they only bring towels. No wash cloths. No ironing board in room. (Fixed). Monday the omelette cook messed up my order and the lady in front of me. He was too busy and harried to be sorry. Again, poor management. I'm not mad at the overworked cook with no basic system to take orders with. They could have self serve note/menus for him to use, instead of his hearing/memory...or a helper? How bout that!? Finally, the front desk told us the wrong info to walk to for the old town trolly stop. So we went there, lost 35 minutes, as we watched a trolley stop on an adjacent street - and take off again, before we could get there. Stay tuned, I have 2 more nights here.

The location and condition of the hotel and its rooms was great. Vallet and shuttle servicemen were extremely nice and helpful getting us where we needed to go, and giving directions. Several of the front desk staff were rude, but others were extremely helpful. One spoke to me in a demeaning manner when I asked a question about my room charge. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of different food options, and tasted good. I would not recommend the hotel restaurant, as the food was overpriced and not very tasty. There was a fly in my plate of food, and though the 6 people in our party all got different things to eat, we all felt sick several hours later. Service was also slow and subpar. I had requested extra towels to be delivered prior to check-in, which we did not have, but upon calling housekeeping they were delivered very quickly. All-in-all, it was a fair experience.

A relatively comfortable stay. Good hot shower and a quiet room/area. Great location and good valet service. Breakfast was ok, nothing to rave about, but the breakfast staff was very efficient. I'd stay there again.

The staff was fine, it was the condition of the room I stayed in. I didn't realize how filthy it was until I was departing. It was a very short stay and I was glad it was. When I got in the shower the first morning of my stay there was a used bar of soap in the dish and shampoo. There was chewing gum on the carpet near the sofa on the floor, it wasn't stuck in the carpet it was just a glob with chew marks. The counter I had my makeup bag on in the bedroom was sticky and got my makeup bag dirty. The carpets were disgusting as well. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location downtown. The hotel had a decent size lobby to relax. Had free drinks in the early evening. Clean atmosphere. It was easy to walk from here to music row and a variety of entertainment and restaurants. Staff at hotel were helpful and nice.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel was perfect. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. Rooms were spacious. Managers reception every night and the breakfast was great with lots of choices. The shuttles ran from 7am - 12am and they dropped you off within 2km. When you needed to be picked up, you just called a phone number and they let you know how long they would be. Hattie B's is across the street. Not a lot to do within the area but I highly recommend it.

Very old facility. Too expensive for the quality... they are GOUGING big time! Cheap alcohol in the bar for the happy hour. When we got here ONLY One elevator was working. Carpets are filthy. Didn't use pool area.. can't say anything about that. Valet service needs help....

I stayed here for a week on business and wow. The suites are amazing and the common area is breathtaking. There is a fountain, custom free omelets, and snacks and free adult beverages at night. The staff are so nice. Very convenient and fun location. The restaurant inside is ok but they do have local craft beer. One of the best hotels i have stayed on. Parking garage is a little tight but has a nice patio on the roof and I was able to sit up there most nights all alone. It has a great view. Right across the street is hattie bs which is a great place to walk to and eat at. Loved it.

5 stars for a great stay at a great location near Vanderbilt campus. Service was excellent, hotel was clean, great breakfast and adult refreshments in the evening.

Parking garage was a little tight.

Would definitely stay here again.

We gave this 4 stars strick due to the parking. It was very difficult to navigate through the garage due to the tight turns and small parking spaces. There was a really nice view from our room.

Well kept hotel, typical of the Embassy Suites brand. My room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good, but a problem in that they don't start serving until 6:30am. And when they say breakfast goes until 9:30, they mean it! My only negative is the parking garage. Parking is $22/day and the garage is pretty tight. I drive an Altima and don't know if I'd want to drive anything bigger. It might be worth the extra $3/day to go with valet and not have to deal with it.

Wish I had known it was under construction. But it was a good place.

This Hotel has a parking terrace and is located close to the strip and the Vanderbuilt University. Its an older Hotel but is being freshened up. My biggest complaint is the lack of a true restaurant; I expect far more than wraps and burgers.

I would stay here again.

Typical Embassy Suites. Adequate, older room, but undergoing renovations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and it was kept stocked right up until "closing" (a fresh coffee urn was brought out with less than 5 minutes left)

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was there for a continuing education program. The only complaint is that the chairs were uncomfortable but typical for hotel events. I wish they made comfortable but stackable chairs. Great valet service! Don't hesitate to use them.

I didn't stay here, but I put my family up here for Thanksgiving. I think we had like 15 rooms. They all seem to love it. No complaints. If my grandmother didn't complain, I kow it was great.

Very nice hotel. It was recently renovated, per their staff. Our hotel room was very quiet, with a king sized bed. Breakfast is free from 6'ish in the morning until 9:30am. The elevators are glass on one side permitting you to look out at a large sitting area within the hotel. Hotel room floors have banisters for the same purpose so be aware if you're afraid of heights.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was excellent because you get continental plus hot foods like bacon, sausage, and eggs. The suites are spacious with nice amenities such as a mini fridge and microwave. The only frustrating aspect was that the bathroom did not have a fan.

Didn't stay overnight here but the restaurant was awful. We ended up leaving after 3 hours. When we finally got served everything was cold and nasty. The worst part was we had an 8-year old with us.

The rooms were very noisy (meaning you could hear conversations from rooms next door, outside the room and heard doors slamming all night long. The staff were very accomodating, breakfast excellent. Parking however to say it sucks would be to insult other things that suck. They charge for it as well which is why I will not stay at this hotel again. The Valet staff though was always helpful.

The hotel, location, room and valet staff our great. The front desk and speed of housekeeping leave some to be desired. We are in town for a wedding and our room wasn't avaliable at checking time, 4 o'clock, when we had to make it to the rehersal by 5. Worst of all the front desk staff said this was a normal occurrence. That being said once we got into our room this is a great place to stay and we really enjoyed the proximity to all the great food and bars.

There is nothing special about this hotel. While the service is good, there are too many other things that are not. Breakfast was inconsistent every morning. No coffee or tea after breakfast is over like other hotels and suites. The nightly buffet is laughable and the free drinks consist of Bud Light (water) or mixed drinks limited to under qualified well liquor. Hilton obviously needs to take a trip to a Staybridge Suites or Marriott where they know what extras, such as what was offered here, should be and the quality they should be.

On another note, I attended a dinner party here where the choice of entree was predetermined. The staff had no clue how to serve one entire table first. Instead they would grab 2 plates of food and wander around the tables until they found a match. Horrible! No dress code for employees serving dinner or bartending and once you finished your one glass of iced tea, good luck on a refill. Nobody asked and by the time all food was out, all i wanted to do was leave.

Would I stay here again given the choice, not likely. It's okay, but have seen far better.

Great place to stay. Stayed here before and will again. This time though the room was not inspected good after cleaning, found contact lens in bathroom and an open large safety pin in bedroom. We could have stepped on it and had a real issue. It was 1 of those thick safety pins not the wimpy usual kind. Reported to front desk at check out and they were very apologetic and glad I told them. By the way they acted they will get this addressed.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Vanderbilt. Nice rooms, except how the water leaked from under the shower door making a mess on these bathroom floor. Most of the staff were friendly, front desk personnel could have been better. Will likely try somewhere else during our next visit to Nashville.

I just spent 5 nights at this location and it was great. The staff (especially CT and the breakfast crew!) were especially warm and helpful. I also appreciated being able to get my boarding pass in the business center. The suite had everything I needed and some great pluses (Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products!) I hope the next time I have to go to Nashville again on business that I am able to stay there.

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is good quality and worth sticking around for. The early evening reception with free drinks (beer, liquor, wine, sangria) and snacks foods is a win to just relax and chill out before heading out to dinner.

The cons: One elevator is down and appears to have been down for months. The other elevator is kinda slow. The parking in the garage is very tight so be patient and carful.

Lovely hotel. The suites are very clean and spacious, and the staff is kind. Breakfast includes made to order dishes, buffet style foods, and standards such as bagels and pastries. There is also a social with free drinks each evening. The hotel includes a hot tub and fitness room, which I didn't have a chance to use but they looked very clean. There is also a nice rooftop patio to sit on. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but these weren't disruptive other than a nonworking elevator.

A pocket sized Embassy suite, this hotel had everything but a pool. GREAT omelettes and killer sangria. A little away from the bustle of down town but a good amount of night life in walking distance. NO matter how old you are bring your picture id...they carded us and we are on error 60!

It was in the middle of a remodel when I stayed there so it was in a bit of disarray. But it's a nice hotel. Friendly staff and good sized rooms. I'm sure it will be even nicer when they're done

It's check-in staff. Good room. I left too early to get a breakfast, but it's the standard embassy breakfast. It's downtown, so there was a lot of street noise at night. Lots of noisy motorcycles. Good experience overall.

I always have a great visit here and that includes during the pandemic! Enjoy all the hands free technology for check in/out and room entry as well as the additional precautions they are now taking.

Nice hotel pretty typical embassy suites layout. Only one set of elevators but seems adequate. Walls are paper thin though. We had a friend sleeping on our pullout and they heard the elevator all night...

Great place to stay, close to all the bars and downtown action! There is an awesome cupcake place across the street and delicious Mexican within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. All the shuttle drivers were awesome!!
I would have given 5 stars, but I did have two small complaints- we had an issue with our toilet twice, and the maintenance man had to come up. He was very unfriendly....
Also, the morning we left, the woman at the desk was not friendly at all.
My favorite people were the shuttle drivers!

The hotel is located right on Broadway and within walking distance to a bunch of stuff. Every interaction I had with the staff, was a pleasant one - the valet guys were also very helpful in guiding people in the direction of places to eat, things to see, etc. The room was immaculate and comfortable and house keeping was very attentive. My favorite things about this hotel are the 6th floor deck area and the happy hour! The breakfast was pretty great too. I have every intention of staying at this hotel the next time I'm in Nashville.
