Room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was fantastic (made to order omlettes available). There was remodeling going on, and was jackhammering from 9am to 5pm, sharp. It wasn't extremely loud, but you could hear it through the vents. One of the elevators was out of commission during the remodel. All of this considered, it was still a great stay.

Great stay overall. We got placed in a very nice double room. Hot breakfast served. Good made to order omellette. Weak pancakes and waffles. Friendly and helpful staff.
In the middle of upgrades, hopefully the rooms are all upgraded as well***Note to reply - I stayed there in August 2018, no updates to the 6th floor room I had.
The complimentary breakfast was very good. The hotel lobby is nice. Only one elevator in the entire building worked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
It's been a nice 4 day stay. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the breakfast/happy hour are great. Everyone who works here has been very friendly and helpful, any time of day or night.
As someone else mentioned, I drove to the self-park garage and when I got there my keycard was not activated, so I had to call someone to get in. This was a little frustrating since it was late and I was tired, but probably an issue with the outdated technology they use to activate the cards (think: yellowing plastic).
We stayed in a king suite on the sixth floor, which was very spacious but surprisingly, the bathroom was smaller than I expected. There is also a lack of shelving space in the shower (unless you want to put things on the floor of the shower which feels unsanitary to me).
Overall, aside from my minor complaints it was a great place to stay.
This Embassy Suites is relatively close to Vanderbilt. It is a 15 minute taxi to the downtown area. I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The added living room and two TVs in total make this hotel feel spacious. The morning breakfast is better than you find at some free breakfast hotels and they custom make waffles. Staff were welcome and helpful. This hotel is a good option.
Very nice hotel with great amenities and clean rooms. Very tasty breakfast and a great cocktail hour. Well-located near great restaurants with transportation to downtown area.
Had a small slumber party for my daughters birthday. The hotel was very accommodating. It s a great location. The inside is beautiful, the room was spotless and the staff friendly. My only criticism is of how tight the self parking is... I highly recommend using valet to park.
There are Motels, Hotels, and then there are HOTELS, this HOTEL is the best. Its very comfortable, they are Professional and very Friendly, which equals QUALITY, you can never go wrong staying at this property, a very comfortable room, a top notch breakfast and a managers reception, and a free shuttle Downtown. I'm definitely going back.
Good location, the hotel shuttle was overbooked, but we were not told this before leaving (and expecting it to bring us back to the hotel later), front desk was friendly enough. Everything about this hotel was just OK. Nothing stands out. Although they do have a nicely stocked gym. That was a pleasant surprise. The room was only stocked with decaffeinated coffee. I had to call down to the desk 2 different days for them to bring me regular coffee. It's the small things that annoy you and make the stay not entirely enjoyable
We loved staying here. Great location in Nashville. 5 min ride to the main strip. Great free happy hour drinks and a good breakfast buffet each morning. We also got a very good price here compared to other hotels
I always stay here when I m in town. They are going through new renovations, so I m excited to see the new look. They offer a good free breakfast and the social hour bartender is fun and keeps the dining area upbeat. The rooms are always clean. I love the bathroom layout. You have to park at the garage next door, but it s a short walk to the building. The location is around several restaurants, so you won t have a problem finding good food. You can also use the hotel shuttle to get you to a few locations nearby.
This is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. So bad that I never write reviews for anything! After 20 plus years staying in Hiltons and doing it on a monthly basis this by far is the worst. The restaurant is rude, slow, and unprofessional. The valet takes forever I mean on a mid afternoon you are waiting 10 minutes just for them to show up! The rooms are older but that is ok when service is top notch! I will never stay here again!
Great hotel, the lobby is spectacular. The free shuttle service around the hotel combined with the valet service made it easy to get everywhere. The rooms were very nice, and housekeeping never got in our way. I'd stay here again.
The Embassy Suites in Midtown Nashville is amazing!! From the welcome reception and breakfast to the incredibly clean rooms the Embassy Suites is one of the finest hotels in Nashville!
The service was awful!!! The bartenders kept begging for tips and the room was dirty!! Customer service said someone would be in contact with me to discuss my issue....never happened.... Stay at your own risk. Thanks for ruining my Birthday!
It's open atrium floorplan makes it the ONLY place to stay during this pandemic. Safety is first and foremost at this hotel and the staff works diligently to make sure protocols are followed. Probably the only truly 'safe' hotel to stay in in Nashville during these trying times.
The amenities at the embassy suites are great. There is a workout facility with a hot tub and sauna. It also provided the best free continental breakfast I've ever had. Containing everything from omlettes to oatmeal. It was about a half mile or less from Vanderbuilt, and all the empolyees were happy to help with any questions. Resonably priced as well.
Great hotel, large clean rooms and the service was great. They should do a better job of explaining the fees and how they go about charging them. Also, the parking deck is really cramped.
Very friendly, kind staff. Rooms are outdated, not very commensurate with the price and standard I've come to expect from Embassy. Breakfast was enjoyable with many different options. Parking garage is cramped with poles invading every single parking space. Overall not worth the price for what was expected. Our next stop in Nashville, we will be looking into AirBnb.
Hotel is okay, but has a few issues. First off, one of the two elevators is out of service. One of the guests mentioned that it had been out of service for a long time (they had stayed there multiple times). As we were on the 11th floor, it was a long wait. Service elevator was offered as an alternative. It was dirty as well as the steal leading to it.
Room was decent, but there were paint chips on the ceiling, which was odd.
Ordered room service and the food was decent, but very expensive. Breakfast was excellent.
Even though they were in construction , the staff was friendly and the stay was pleasant. Got a great price as well. $20/day for self parking in the garage.
If you are a business traveler and want to get any rest DO NOT STAY HERE. The noise on the street from crowds and construction is awful. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors "activities" in the adjacent rooms. This should be noted on their site and is not. The construction should also be noted and it is not. This is the worst stay and most unrestful I have ever had in a Hilton Hotel. I am beginning to lose faith in the HIlton brand. I have had a ton of issues that management did rectify once I notified them but the fact of the matter is that these issues should have been caught before I ever checked in. I cannot wait to go home. This has been just awful.
Great room. Very spacious. Bed was above average for a hotel. It is off the main strip of Broadway but offers a free shuttle service. Plenty of stuff within walking distance.
Always enjoy staying at an Embassy Suites, I can count on the rooms to be nice and clean, the staff to be prompt and always on top of things and the ambiance to flow. This Embassy was a wonderful place to stay in Nashville.
Complimentary drinks. Awesome breakfast. Beautiful rooms. Great bar and restaurant. Need I say more? This was our first stop on my husband and I's cross country road trip for our honeymoon and the staff were above and beyond. If we ever go back to Nashville, we know where we are staying.
Beautiful hotel, conveniently located, clean newly decorated rooms, staff has been wonderful, breakfast is amazing! Only had one issue and guest services manager personally called and took care of the issue. One lady at check in, dont remember her name but shes from Waterloo, Iowa, was absolutely delightful and helpful!!! I highly recommend staying here!!
When we arrived we heard drilling til 6 pm when we left , they lied about the shuttle time frame, there room service food was awful. They should have offered a discount for the room since they never said anything about the construction noise til you check in which you can't cancel. From booking. Com . We left on the second night and there were trucks blocking the entrance to the parking garage. Can we say fire violation. We would have been stuck if there was a fire.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the shuttle we were promised would be available when we booked apparently got a flat tire and they have no backup plan. Suggestion is to use uber or lyft which is fine but added to our expenses for the trip.
Nice place. It was under construction while we were there but it was a nice place and the staff was mostly great. Dropped a star because the floors in the buffet reception area were sticky (every day) and the breakfast food was so so. AND, our room didn't get fully cleaned and re-stocked between day 2 and 3.
This was a really nice hotel. I'm really amazed so much I think I will just start getting suites whenever I stay in hotels from now on. The staff are really nice as well. I accidentally locked myself out of my room and I was able to get another key from the front desk in no time.
It's not bad but the room layout is kinda hard to wrap my head around. The plumbing needs some work. The amenities are great like food and drinks. My wife thinks I'm crazy for complaining. All in all a really nice place.
Great location and very nice hotel with large suites. Modern and up to date. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff. Only complaint is that the hot tub was out of order during my weeks stay and the gym is tiny. Parking garage has some very tight turns so be careful, lol.
We had a wonderful stay. Super convenient location, awesome bar. Delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff was incredible and the rooms were spacious and clean.
Most Embassy Suites have great rooms and this one is no exception. These are all two room suites with some having adjoining rooms to make it even bigger for large families or groups that want to spend more time together. On top of the rooms, they also have make to order or buffet breakfast every morning and happy hour every evening - all included. The front desk was manned by exceptional people that took care of all our requests. The shuttle drivers went above and beyond to cart us around town on shirt notice. We were a group of almost 20 people on a destination trip to celebrate a 21st birthday of one of our children. Afterward, I did not hear a critical word from anyone.
Over priced parking! Poor parking garage! Less than fully knowledgeable staff on check in and out procedures! $20 a night for self parking! You're outta your freakin mind! Then you get the privilege of parking in a garage where you cannot even negotiate the turns as you go up. Tried to check in early but rooms not ready. Took our information and a guy in our group in front of me received a call less than 30 minutes later. Never received mine and when arriving back 6 hours later they didn't have a room for me. After waiting for them to straighten things out got my room. Street side was so noisy on 8th floor I had to change rooms. Outdoors music until way after midnight! At check out two days later it was a nightmare. After 30 minutes of them being unable to complete my check out they said they would call me later to confirm check out. Problem was our group was booked under one name and even though they changed the room to my information and card at check in somehow it magically never was changed. Over priced parking! Poor parking garage! Less than fully knowledgeable staff on check in and out procedures! No thanks!!!
The staff was friendly especially the valets. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. The breakfast was good and they have drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:30. We would definitely stay there again.
Pretty outside when u pull up but Very over priced for what you get when you walk in.. Beds are only full size in their suites, rooms were very small.. Hot tub has been broken since we got here not impressed at all with the front desk either.. Nashville is great next time won't stay here..
They are doing construction on the hotel so it's got some things that need to be done. The area is nice and easy to get to things. The shuttle is nice because they will pick you up from the Misc City Center.
The facility itself was fine, but it was considerably understaffed in all aspects--from check-in, to evening reception, to breakfast--everything was a longer wait than any Embassy Suites I've ever stayed in. The limited staff present were very nice and helpful, but noticeably exasperated. This is Nashville in the summer time, so everything will be crowded and the management should plan accordingly.
Also, it would be a good idea to note on the website that it has a really tight parking deck as a warning to guests in larger vehicles.
