Embassy Suites Irvine Review

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Starbucks in the lobby makes it the perfect hotel.

Beautiful hotel space and rooms. Salt water pool and hot tub is nice but can be crowded with the business crowd. The fitness center is quite small in relation to the size of the hotel

Beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Old smelly rooms and some of the front desk managers are not nice at all

Very nice hotel to stay at. Breakfast included was good, would have liked different options the second morning. Hotel room was nice, clean. Will stay again.

Relatively standard embassy suites. Room was nice, missed evening hors dourves but caught the breakfast. $18 parking.

Very clean, great service during check in, room was a little outdated but overall a good stay. Breakfast was delicious and their is a Starbucks in the lobby.

Excellent staff, good evening reception, the rooms are a little need of an update, but overall fairly nice.

Our organization hosts training events here which I attend frequently. The staff here has always been responsive and dedicated to customer service...this includes the front desk for any last minute issues and the hospitality staff responsive to expectations from the attendees. Recently, Pedro M. dealt with an issue that was outside his responsibility and due to a misunderstanding. He focused on customer satisfaction and addressed it in such a way that all the attendees were delighted and appreciative of his actions. Thank you to a great team at the Embassy Suites OC Airport!!

I stayed with my sister and husband. We all liked the happy hour free drinks and beer.

Room was clean and awesome. They offer complimentary drinks and breakfast during happy hour and morning. Customer service was perfect, too.

I couldn't figure out how to respond but the breakfast should be consistent from Hotel to Hotel. Like I said the hotel room was great but the breakfast was lack luster. It just wasn't good.

Embassy suites are always my favorite hotels to stay at because of the free morning continental breakfast. This embassy suites is wonderful and quiet, even though it is right by an airport.

The rims are gorgeous and the hotel is situated near the office complex that i an attending services in. The food from the room service is well portioned and delicious.

One elevator was broken so slow to get to rooms. Parking structure is not directly connected to the hotel, you have to go outside to get to hotel

Nice hotel the issue was in one of the AC unit though they fix it next day. The hotel was renovated 3 years ago though you can feel it s Old.

This hotel provided excellent service complete with a delicious hot, cooked to order breakfast, as well as an afternoon treat with an open bar. I was well rested and well treated at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

1 elevator not working and no fridge in queen studio. Parking was a ridiculous $18 a night and was not told that on the website. Also, wifi, $8 a day!!!

Room was clean, but the bath room was a little dated. Tile, sink, and counter were modern, but shower looked straight out of the 1980s. Front desk staff was pleasant. Restaurant staff was a bit blunt.

The room we stayed in was nice, but this was because they didn't have the room I booked and they were forced to upgrade us. Lots of kids this weekend as there was a volleyball competition. Parking was jammed up with huge SUVs everywhere. The pool is really small. The free breakfast was ok. What makes it a four star rating from me is that it was inexpensive with the app I used and basically was upgraded interiors and clean.

For a place that charges you $20 for parking per day, they could at least have free WiFi for their guests.

Great hotel with great staff. Room is a great size, very nice, very clean. Bar/Food in hotel is very good. Location is near many restaurants and places to check out. It's almost walking distance to the airport.

The hotel is located in a central area of Irvine. The problem was that when we arrived in the room, a digital key was needed. So we had to download an application to the cell phone. Then we found the bed without sheets or almojadas. There was no papek in the bathroom and the towels stained with coffee seems. The last time we stayed here was not haci. But this time very badly.

The location of the hotel is adequate for an airport hotel. There's not really much around to do in the area. The rooms are awesome, great for families, with separate bedrooms from the bathroom and living area. The service was also very good, the restaurant and bar staff were super friendly. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

This is one of the worst Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Had a facelift renovation but the rooms are incredibly loud, beds uncomfortable and worn, and they only had one cook at breakfast during a crazy busy weekend.

Great venue. Updated with modern, clean amenities downstairs perfect to work, lounge and enjoy some food and drink.

Nice well air conditioned rooms with an excellent complementary food system.

Had dinner in there lobby. There happy hr was all u could drink and free nach.
There new dinner menu as really good. My wife hadthe short rib enchilahthe.and I had the fillet minion. It was a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially on the front desk. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable with an amazing view.

Great recently updated property with everything you would expect from an Embassy Suites and more. Adding to the awesome manager's reception and cooked to order breakfast is the includion of a Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient for those quick mornings on the go. I highly recommend this property.

The free breakfast was nice and the workers were nice there too. I also love how convinient the Starbucks is in the hotel.

Great place to stay if you visit the Irvine's business park. Conveniently located near by the corporate office building. Couple of minutes drive to the SNA (Orange County ) airport.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 12+ years and the past few times have been horrible. Our most recent stay (7/5-7/11 just last week) was the worst service we have ever received. We had three rooms for the week, two of which had broken AC and a cockroach infestation. SICK! I was pulling a Kleenex out of the box and out came a giant cockroach, I don t even want to know how long it was in there. When telling the front desk about the cockroach problem, the lady told us that she has them in her office too but they don t bother her. It seemed to be one thing after the next and we won t be back.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, but they charge you to park your own in their own lot. I was told for happy hour they offered free food and drinks. The food was animal crackers and nachos. For a nice hotel like this......this makes it seemed cheap.

The hotel location was great very close to the airport the breakfast was great they have in house cook for there guess the room was excellent the bedroom is separated from the living room i felt like i was at home the first nite

Great place to stay with a Great Buffet in the morning and complimentary drinks in the late afternoon.

Nice hotel next to John Wayne, UCI, and other such landmarks in Irvine. They now charge for parking (nothing new for hotels in this area). Rooms are clean, staff friendly, cooked to order breakfast, managers reception with drinks and snacks (so bring tip money!). Overall clean, and well maintained establishment.

Very nice play stayed at the 9th floor and I enjoyed every minute of it

Looks like a great place to stay if you're in the area. They keep it really clean, and there is a huge open atrium with glass elevators looking into it, and an aquarium and bar on the ground level.

My room is incredibly clean and quite. I love the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The staff is amazing in making sure you have anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. The free drinks amd breakfast / wifi are just additional perks. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I'm ever back in the area. Yes, there is a fitness center and a pool.

We have stayed at this hotel over 10 times. It has always been one of our favorite places to stay. However, this last trip we had some major issues. First, there were cockroaches all over. The hotel employees told us that it isn t that big of a deal and they have them in their offices too. Second, the air conditioning went out in 3 of our rooms. Third, between our family we had 3 rooms here, and every single room had giant stains all over the carpet and furniture. We stayed here for a week and because of COVID our rooms were not cleaned. I almost feel like the rooms were less taken care of even when we checked in. For example, there was some type of liquid splashed on the back of a door and all over the wall in one of our rooms when we checked in. Clearly not cleaned. And lastly, some of the hotel staff were totally unprofessional and rude at times. Like I said we have made this hotel our go to vacation spot for over 10 years and we have loved it in the past. So I know what to compare it to. But this last trip was more than disappointing. Maybe management has changed. Who knows?! Not sure if we will ever come back to this hotel.

Compared to other Embassy Suites, this rates low. Noisy heater; inconsistent room cleaning (one washcloth one day, 3 the next); restaurant food not good; breakfast cook wouldn't allow me to take an omelet to go?? With all the other choices in the area, won't be staying here again.

Good for the price. Breakfast omlet was beyond expectation.
