Really, it's 3 1/2, but uhhh yeah, it's a Sbarro, pretty fast service, meh food

My friend stopped in while I ran into Macy's he said it was delicious was baked fresh in morning smelled fantastic . I always liked this place have great memories here .

Food is ok,,, been going this location in KP for as long as I can remember..

Food is not delicious at all.. Ordered the baked ziti w/chicken parmesan.. The pasta was dry and cheese less & the chicken was dry and bland..

The food was still cold after coming out of the little heater. The floor had napkins and paper on the floor. Didnt look clean.

The food at Sbarro is not as good as I remember and accustomed to. I'd always look forward to dining there whenever I went to Kings Plaza Mall. I had different experience with my meal today. The roasted chicken and vegetables were okay, but the yellow rice was cold and dry :-/...

The ziti was not as flavorful and cheesy as I remember and the bathroom was horrible. But the service was great!

Dry to the bone bread even though the package said baked fresh daily. Tried the meal combo and honestly I've eaten better. Roast chicken looked like it was a day old , along with the potatoes and the veggies. Waste of money. Definitely not going back.

Customer service is very POOR. They microwave the day before pizza & sell to customers!!

Food was cold, over priced and my salads bread crumbs were soggy, couldn't eat them. The cash register was so mean and had a attitude. Will not come here again save your money.

Abid is a great guy and has very very good customer service . He knows how to make perfect pizza , you guys should promote him

This is a favorite spot for pizza in King's Plaza. No frills and affordable.

The restaurant was so dirty. Food on the floors near the waste basket. Table & chairs in poor condition in the pizza dining area. Bathrooms are horrible. The place needs to be inspected for the lack of cleanliness.

This spot is worth giving a shot. They serve large portions for affordable prices. Always well kept and with awesome vibes. I highly recommend this place.

I was there today july 30th i ask the lady in the Cashier if i can use the bathroom i offer to pay for using the bathroom she send me to the manager i ask the manager and he said no this is how you treat your customer shame never gonna come back there and i will make sure a lot of friends of mine not gonna go there!!!!

Not at all what it used to be, cheap fake cheese, small slice, the place is falling apart at the seams... literally. The food is overpriced. You are better off getting Piazza bagel bites from the dollar store. This used to be my spot. I am sorry that it has come to this.

Homemade and tasty food Mom's meat was tasty, macaroni with the most delicious cheese and there is another great selection. Clean, there are toilets and two dishes are given a large drink for free!

I dont eat there i find the food HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE

Great dining restaurant. Had mushroom pizza on Sunday, it was very good. Normally, I get baked ziti and bread sticks which they cook to perfection. Or I would get the spaghetti and bread sticks, another one of my favorites. Very good food after shopping, you can't go wrong. Bon appetit!!!

One of the best things about Sbarro is you know what you get. And they will get it to you fast. So after exhausting shopping and when I felt like I need food now, I stopped at Sbarro and got it.

Things have changed so much over the years with Sabarros . Their food is way more expensive but the flavor is gone. I paid for me and my daughter over $35 for 2 regular slices, 1 medium soda and a basic entry plate which was bland & sauce was equal to water. Food tasted as if they forgot the seasoning. Also I saw that most of the preparation for their food was coming from bags. Was not worth their prices, I can get better food at my local pizzeria for far less and way better tasting. Hell, even Costco pizza taste better and cost alot less.

I eat lunch there from time to time, but whenever I am traveling if I see one it is my first choice, I like the menu and a quick bite.

The food is always very good but the manager does not keep the place clean I would not even let my dogs eat in this nastiness the bathrooms a horrendous no matter who uses it no matter your bathroom says everything about your business

Girl serving the food seemed bored and not customer friendly. Food is not the best, worn out seating areas. Did not have a clean look to the restaurant as well as the restroom.

The food isnt bad but customer service is everything!!!!!!! Employee rude as eva. My friends n i went jusy when they re about to close and each of us recieved so much attitude and plus it doesn't make sense if we are your last customers n your minimizing the food portion which makes me wonder .... are your food fresh ?? Or do you add on and sell it?? Better service would make a person always come back

Love the service , food is nice, lounging with blankets and pillow made perfect for first, second and third dates

Ordered chicken parmesan and my grandson had chicken wings and they were like warm. Food wasn't hot

Great place to get something good or bad to eat, love going there to eat for lunch. Sometimes the staff isn't nice but the food is always good and they serve Mac and cheese.

This place has fell off, under new management and the service shows. This was one of my favorite place to eat when shopping in KP but not anymore.

Pizza was worse than average but twice as expensive.

Be careful when ordering from this place. Check your receipt, cashier dishonest. Twice before food was purchased the same cashier present found out when I got home billed additional $2.75 , second time around $2.45. That was like 2yrs ago recently went back because of the convient of wheelchair accessibility and I was overpriced same cashier. I brought it to the attention of another employee and waited for the manager. I got reimbursed that cashier is dishonest.
