Nice hotel. Stayed there for my niece's wedding, we all got suites. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy.
Been staying there for years. The front desk was very nice and trying to accommodate but after finding a cockroach and having to go down and get toilet paper and towels daily, the biggest problem was the air was broken in 3 rooms. (In 2nd and 3rd floor). We were moved after 2 nights of no air but they did being in a Fan. They need a major remodel. The comped our parking and 1/2 off one night but we spent 6 nights and almost 3k with no breakfast no housekeeping and no nightly snack which is fine because of Covid big air conditioning is non negotiable. They really need to do more. The gen manager needs to reach out but never did. We ve stayed there for 15 years and this May be our last. The carpet is stained and the furniture is old. Also, I booked a corner room and never got one.
Embassy suites is our hotel of choice especially when traveling with our children.
Large room, not given enough sheets. TV has limited Channels, hard to navigate. Tries to get you to buy movies, should be free. Overall pretty good.
It was very well set up and had a great breakfast, but WiFi isn't free and they charge per vehicle for parking.
I love that this hotel is in a corporate area. Little traffic on the weekends but still has awesome embassy amenities.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. They have the best breakfast in the mornings. Indoor pool is small, kids enjoyed it. Parking wasn't all that great. Not a lot of parking offered. When we came back from Disney one night there were no spaces available. Other than the parking, I would certainly stay here again.
This stay was absolutely awful. This is not the first time I've been there while they've been hosting the traveling sports teams but this was the worst. Children were running everywhere and playing with the elevator buttons. Drunk parents were all over the lobby. They were having races in the hallway up until 11 p.m. Food was spilled throughout the lobby area and in the elevators.
Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic bar and happy hour
Very nice, but the construction was a little annoying
The bike in the exercise room was broken. The breakfast was great, and do was the manager's reception. Our room was very comfortable.
Personally the service at check in was way above any standard I have ever seen we could not get an ADA parking spot and they did not even charge parking. The rooms were in a top condition and I will stay there again! I highly recommend this gem!
The food in the morning is gross(for me) and the apartment is very small it's at list for 3 people
The hotel is beautiful. The 3 star rating is for the following reasons. 1. The staff does not greet guests in passing. 2. They do not sell sundries.
Front desk did not give anything for Diamond Member
Wellll, the Hilton Honors app said advertised pay per view movies and they don't have it. I would've stayed somewhere else
We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel since it is the closest to Mecsoft - where my husband attended 5 axis CNC training. The staff are attentive and friendly; Dorothy in the front desk accommodated our request to be moved into another room. The second night we did not sleep well because the guest upstairs with kids were trying to calm their kids from running back and forth from 11:00 at night up until 3:00 am. You can hear the kids running and then crying so loud afterwards. I explained to Dorothy the situation and she understood immediately. Thanks Dorothy. One more thing is Jorge who was constantly serving in the dining area - he was polite, always asking if we need anything like coffee refills. He was there on the spot serving with a smile. The staff are the ones who represent the hotel. Embassy Suite please hire more staff like you have and give them raises for their hard work.
Do not ever accept if they put you on the 1st do room, it smells like old stinky smoking room. Manager told me the other rooms are all sold out but he can look up other hotels near by. After waiting for a while which was close to midnight, he finally called me but he said he is busy and asked me to look up online to find other hotel myself... it was already quarter before midnight, I have no choice and I have to run away from the smell, so I start to look online, It only takes me 5 minutes to find hotel near me, I called the front desk and told them I found the other hotel, they said they will still charge me for night if I choose the leave, what?! Didn t they offer to find me other hotel at the first place and I don t even consider to use the room. This sounds very horrible to me to see such poor management and hostility toward customer, my advice to you is to stay any Embassy suites but this one. Find a decent and clean hotel with prosper- trained management.
Nice hotel with restaurant inside. Very close to John Wayne airport with free shuttle. Shuttle will take you anywhere you want to fo, for free, within a 3 mile radius.
It was great, room was great, breakfast was great, unlimited bacon, parking was $18 didn't expect that
I loved this hotel, all the staff was very nice, our hotel room was clean and so comfortable. We are a family of four and we stayed for 5 nights. This hotel is family friendly, we took the kids swimming in the indoor pool, they kids enjoyed the snacks in the evening, the breakfast was great. You are only about 15 minutes away from Newport Beach. I had one minor issue with parking and Gladys helped us and was so friendly, she truly saved our trip, I will stay there again. Thank you to Embassy Suites Irvine for our family vacation, you made our trip wonderful.
Nice stay. Good to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Enjoyed free bar during the managers happy hour.
Amazing!!! Beautiful room, great staff, VERY VERY clean hotel, and the breakfast was divine!! Def come back again..
Too many children were there that weekend (club soccer teams).
Room is great. Breakfast is wonderful. Location is weird and parking is a bit confusing and congested.
Dropped off fliers for event I was doing, they seemed excited
The hotel have good breakfast and complementary drinks in the afternoon. However, the parking is not included and has to be paid and extra for that service.
I ve stayed here many times and can I say they have the delicious food, wonderful and kind staff, and very low prices, free Wi-Fi just added recently, and a beautiful hotel.
Gorgeous hotel! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff I've always loved the set up of the room doors on the inside it is just really cool lol The employee Named Matt who checked us in let us know from I believe 5-7pm they have free drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic and snacks! I really am impressed! The rooms are large and comfortable.
Great room and service. Parking is confusing at first since there is a parking structure behind it that is not for the hotel. There is a noise limit at 11pm which would be better if it was earlier.
Great stay, always prefer Embassy suites. Can't beat the complimentary happy hour and hot breakfast. The rooms at this location we're huge and modern.
The location of this hotel was perfect for a basketball tournament that my son has over the weekend. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is on point and the service is great!
No complaints about the room. Its was nice, clean, and comfortable. The parking however, was a joke. 90% of spots are compact, which leaves people to take up more than one spot. So not only can you not find parking. If you manage to let all passengers out of the car and squeeze into a spot, they also charge for guests to park in their lot. Also no access to hotel from lot so carry all of your luggage to the lobby.
The hotel really needs an upgrade the doors get jammed, and we stayed for 4 days and room never got cleaned once! I asked the front desk, but nothing was done, we asked for a blanket and front desk said they would bring it up..but never received anything, very disappointed. We asked for silverware and downstairs bar gave me an attitude and very rude. What a shame.
great hotel. excellent breakfast buffet with omlette bar. rooms were clean and spacious. you have to park in the lot adjacent to the hotel.
The hotel as a property is nice, in a great location. Easy access to beach, freeway and shops. Couple challenges if you are not part of a family beware the remainder of the hotel likely will be. It s packed with families. Breakfast time I believe the entire hotel is downstairs, seating becomes very hard if impossible. People where using planters as a table. Disneyland has breakfast better organized. I am guessing the kitchen is overwhelmed since plastic utensils are used with plastic and paper cups. Want an omelet be prepared to wait 15-20 min in line for one. The front desk is only there to do the bare min nothing extra don t ask they will only transfer you to someone else or ignore you all together. Housekeeping they where extremely friendly always a help. A++ for that Dept.
This is definitely not a Hilton property we will try on our next visit to the area. Our favorite thing of the property is the layout of the rooms.
Hotel is a bit dated, but the staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Had a broken tv, room wasn't switched but wasn't the end of the world
On first glance the hotel looked pretty nice, the staff was VERY VERY kind....but then....room had very obviously been barely cleaned (including a questionable pillowcase) but honestly I had been flying for hours and just wanted sleep so I passed out...the next morning I awoke to find a BED BUG. So grossed out I hightailed it out of there as quickly as possible. Now safety back at home and terrified I brought bed bugs with me. So gross.
Very bad room service. You order one meal and you get another one .
Clean rooms, friendly staff and conveniently located close to South Coast Plaza
Spacious room, free breakfast, happy our free drinks and snacks every 5-7pm, amazing
Great hotel - newly renovated and overall good value for money. Only downside was the arrogant and unfriendly lady at check in - shouldn't work at a customer facing job. Otherwise all positive
I wanted to use the pool BUT WHEN I WENT INTO THE SWIMMING POOL ROOM THE CHLORINEEEE WAS OVER POWERING, TERRIBLE!!!
Parking can be difficult on a busy Saturday night, but otherwise perfect
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times now and it is always great. The rooms are clean and updated. The breakfast is good and the evening reception is always nice.
Great hotel for business travel. The 3 mile radius shuttle makes it easy to get around for some limited dining. Plan on Lyft if you don't have a car.
Clean And large rooms. omletes made to order for breakfast. Kind Staff.
Nice hotel. Good breakfast and the snacks and drinks for happy-hour is a nice addition that makes it a good value for the price paid. Had a couple issues with the room-cleaning, but the staff took care of me when I brought it to their attention. Also, no free parking (it's $18/night).
Had a great stay here! I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and it was quite delicious! Beautiful atrium with fish tank, greenery and waterfall. There is a Starbucks inside (thank God)! Also housekeeping kept our room very clean and was so respectful of our things. I have a 1 yr old and her toys would always be scattered. Housekeeping would place them all together and would put her Minnie Mouse either in her crib or sit her on the pillows of the bed. We really appreciated that small special touch
Really comfy and clean rooms, good food and service. I recommend the Avocado Hummus, yummy!
Nice hotel and rooms. The free happy hour drinks are not worth the wait. Free small Bud Light no thanks! Breakfast Buffet good for free. Parking costly addition
Didn't stay here. came here after Extended Stay up the street took my money but wouldn't let me check in. Please read my review on the Extended Stay just up the road for details.
All I have to say is they have a great, helpful, caring staff. The hotel looks and smells clean!
Thank you so much Ahn for helping my daughter and I!!! They have a gem in you!!!
This is a plain and simple Embassy Suites hotel. I've stayed here a lot over the last four years as my daughter attends UCI. It is clean, quiet and the staff are friendly. I've never had a problem at this hotel, my room was always ready on arrival and the breakfast buffet is good. The rooms are reasonably priced for the area too. I've never eaten or had drinks at the pub. I don't particularly like paying for parking but that seems to be the way of the world now.
Best hotel to stay in Irvine. They serve free breakfast and free drinks during happy hours in the evening.
