I love the hotel! Super cute for an Embassy suite. And the bed was AMAZING! We sleep like babies! The continental breakfast is out of this world. The check out time is noon, so we ate and went back to sleep LoL I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in town!!

Big rooms and friendly service. They offer a nice breakfast with a good choice. Close to the airport but a bit further away from the city (we were going to Anaheim expo) not too bad though.

Dirty Room, Dirty Bed, Hidden Fee.

Dirty Room, Dirty Bed, Hidden Fee.

Have you ever found used, dirty earplugs in your bedding? If you re a fan of that, and bad service hit this place up. They have hidden parking fees. They told us we could park in another structure and they would reimburse the cost. Then it turns out they have hidden parking fees they didn t tell us about.

Your room rate is whatever your rate is plus $25. Be aware of that.

Lots of little things were bad that shouldn't be hard to get right. First, there was multiple extraneous charges (~$350) added before we arrived. No big deal but when we asked about it, the front desk person was annoyed that we were asking. Why? She incorrectly said they were taxes and fees. Once we told her we prepaid, she then actually looked and realized it was erroneous. Second, we asked for an extra blanket since our two kids won't share one. We waited an hour. Never came. I went down, asked again. Never came. Next day on the third try, one finally was delivered. Lastly, the softball teams staying in the hotel should be asked to quite down after midnight (probably sooner but being generous here because I'm sure it's fun for them) and to not use a megaphone to communicate to their friends.

I arranged a group stay with 25 rooms this April for a cheer team, coaches and their families. When one of my coaches checked in by herself the first night, the front desk attendant proceeded to ask her out. She politely declined, stating she was on a work trip. He would not take no for an answer, even following her in the elevator alone, trying to get her to go out with him later that night. She came to me the next morning, stating she felt very uncomfortable, since he had her personal information (took license info when checking in) and had her room number. Another coach who was with her described a similar incident, but not to the point that she was followed in the elevator. I immediately asked to speak to the front desk manager - I believe his name was Lawrence. I explained what I was told and he told me that not only did I not give him enough information, but that he did not have anyone who met the description she gave me and could not investigate. Even after getting more information from my employee, Lawrence refused to move forth. explaining that these were serious allegations and unless I had concrete evidence, there was nothing he could do. He explained to me that he was an RA in college and this type of thing happened all the time. ( I have no idea how that is similar or what it had to do with this, but that was his justification. ) I asked to speak to his boss and he told me it would do no good, as that person would only filter it back down to him to take care of. He refused to give me the name of the general manager. Not only am I saddened by the employee's unprofessional behavior, but I am appalled by the complete lack of concern for the well-being of the customers and the refusal to even consider this may be a legitimate issue that needs to be addressed. Not only will I be contacting the Hilton corporate office, but I will continue to contact hotel staff until an investigation and resolution is made.

I booked for at least a week on this Hotel. The first 3 days I spent. The ventilation or the air conditioner was not working right. It sometimes blew hot air . I could hear the noise of the air conditioner inside my bathroom. The room number is 307.
Not only that the wifi is not working too. The front desk lady was rude in a way she told me that the hotel is for business not for family. If I were to ask if I want to book again. Maybe not. BTW the parking cost $20/day .

They offer happy hour to the guest for 2 hour's well cocktails and beer on draft for free the bar tender Lino was very pleasant very nice he kept us entertain they also offer Nacho's and salsa for Happy hour all complimentary. And let's not forget the breakfast they offer made to order omelettes and fresh eggs a buffet every morning with fruit pastries toast potatoes pancakes yogurts cereals all sorts of juices and fountain drinks the Lady's cooking are very sweet the waiter's kept replenishing the food. The room's are very nice very big rooms living area with mini fridge and microwave the room was very well kept and clean the bed was so comfortable they do they some renovations but overall you get Alot for your money great for a gateway weekend or family trip as they offer indoor pool and jacuzzi and the location is closed to the airport and Irvine spectrum mall within mins away.

Very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. A great breakfast and the evening reception is nice after a long day. I would suggest a bit more variety in the snacks at the evening reception but overall a great place to stay.

Do not stay here! We love staying at Embassy Suite...

Do not stay here! We love staying at Embassy Suites all over the country. We love their spacious rooms, happy hour and breakfasts. Unfortunately we booked a room at this hotel for the first time and have had an absolutely negative experience. We actually booked first at the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana and left because there was no notice on any site that the hotel was undergoing construction. I could smell cement dust in the air and did not find it healthy for my kids. The toilet was clogged and overall it was not a good experience like the many other Embassy Suites we've stayed at. We went through the inconvenience of packing up our stuff and kids back in the car and switched to this Embassy Suites. I explained to Gabriel at the front desk at this hotel what we had just gone through and he told us the room they had for us was one of the studios - it is extremely tiny. I told him that we had our two kids and it would be difficult to accommodate 4 people into a room with a DOUBLE bed. It might be a queen but it feels like a double! He did not care! He said he would upgrade us for a fee. Parking is already $18! What he offered to upgrade us for was more $ than what the going rate was online for the "larger rooms". It just showed he did not care at all about customer service. He was so arrogant. We decided to stick it out, hoping the room he gave us would be ok but nope! With my experience with hotels I am certain this is a fire hazard. We are cramped up in a room with 2 cribs and one tiny bed. I am starting to believe Embassy Suites has gone downhill! Why does EMBASSY SUITES have a STUDIO room anyway?? As far as I know, a studio has a sofa and kitchenette. This room doesn't even have that! It's smaller than a Motel 6! I will definitely never stay here again.

Returning to Embassy Suites, we again had a very nice, spacious room suite. The breakfast was terrific, with a skillful omelet-maker.Housekeeping staff was excellent, and the room always seemed clean. There is now a Starbucks in the lobby...a great convenience. The parking lot seemed to be getting some renovation and some spaces were unavailable, but the hotel has an overflow lot that can accommodate lots of cars. As with many modern hotels, the digital room thermostat seemed to not function properly. A call to the front desk and the thermostat was fixed. A frustration was that one of the three elevators seems to be out of service, creating long backups waiting for an elevator. The other elevators had the strange quirk of cancelling floor requests when too many floor buttons were pressed. Since the elevators seemed to be full, of course there would be many floor requests. Hopefully, this is an easy repair as this is a popular hotel with lots of guests.

This hotel should stop encouraging tour buses and other vendors from parking in the fire lanes around the hotel. Not exactly a good neighbor for other businesses in the area and it creates a safety hazard to block lanes like this.

4-stars Great hotel suites with wonderful surroundings. Amazing staff and support. However, the food was, how do I put it, very bad. The muffin I had was uncooked, sausages were like biting into leather, and the empty bowls had leaves and old strawberries. Other than that, it was a great time. EDIT: There were drugs in our couch-bed.

First of all, this place has excellent customer service. The Young lady who checked me in was professional and down to earth. The suites are nice and well kept. Another impressive suite from the embassy franchise. It is always a pleasure to stay at an embassy suite. I've had business trainings in their event rooms and had breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks that were some of the best drinks and dishes that I've ever had in any hotel in the area.

Great service. However very shady situation with a missing item. Item was left in the delivery van bringing me to the airport. I called about leaving my nintendo switch in the car. They said they had the item. I wasn't able to get someone to collect. After a few months I called and asked about the item. Same manager I spoke to orignally said he didn't know what I was talking about. And he stated items left are kept for 3 months until they are no longer the hotels responsibility. I had to ask many many times until that information came out. Don't lose anything at this hotel bc you will never see it.

A needle stabbed my foot in my hotel bedroom and they have the nerve to be rude to me and lack empathy. Megan in particular was very rude when I followed up since it has been about 3 weeks since incident occurred. Lawrence the manager gives me 3 candy bars on the day of the incident as if I should be able to over look the fact that a stranger's needle has stabbed the heel of my foot

Same good service, clean rooms and hot breakfast (made to order omelette station) Staff was friendly. Wifi is free for HH members as always. The Manager's HH on the weekend was nice too - chips/salsa/beer/wine. Relaxing. Parking is expensive (18$) but pretty much all hotels around there charge for parking Recommend !!

I loved my stay here. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Minor problem with shuttle one evening when too many people went out to different restaurants at same time. Usual wait about 15 minutes. The free breakfast is fantastic. The two hour cocktail hour from 5 - 7 was good but snacks were pretty basic (cheese nachos and chek mix). Lots of business people weekdays, families on weekend. Good place and restaurants nearby.
