Loved the bay view, nice and clean. Masks required to walk in and hand sanitizer by the desk, must clean hands upon entering. Room was clean and relaxing.

One of the best hotels in San Diego, CA. Highly recommended!
Nice service, not all rooms have a good view, extraordinary location, very high parking cost, it is better to leave it in the center of the park from 10:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m. It is free, the place is very safe
Hot breakfast with sausage, bacon, egg, French toast/pancake, and omelets every morning. 10-15 minute walk to convention center and gaslamp district with great restaurants and bars. Great service, but workers spoke limited English.
Spacious clean room. Great location next to the gaslamp and marina. They have happy hour from 5:30 to 7 which is really nice as well!
Great location. Parking being $50. Each day plus tip is to high.
Stayed here a couple of times now, always a great experience
Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, and good room service.
The location is great but parking is pricy. The happy hour and omelette bar made up for it though!
Excellent water pressure and hot water. Bed (mattress) wasn't too comfortable.
We've hosted a small conference here for the past three years. The staff have been very attentive, breakfast in the morning is great and the location is very convenient to many San Diego downtown attractions.
Great location, basically across the street from the USS Midway. Bay view rooms get to watch frequent Navy vessels. Clean rooms and great staff, breakfast made to order and evening cocktails included.
Great hotel ! But had the very worst experience with the FD supervisor Brian or so I was told he was... I got the strangest feeling from this disrespectful sounding person already Leary when he called from a blocked number walking on his sell phone just being rude. But it was a business hotel issues and between ranting on I could hear another conversation he kept carrying on with while not caring to hear, ask or attempt to help.
No customer service classes there for sure as he loudly spoke about nothing I understood. My concerns never mattered because he say he knows all but clue less and had a loose relationship with honesty. I'm so sad i allowed my feeling to be hurt by a person like this ... I just always expect at least some respectful people smiling and being helpful.
Yes Stay at this great place but good luck with any accidental acourance that needs manager anything. Unfortunately i would never go back there again just because I stay away from low budget sounding staff with
Poor decision-making skills not even at work while he calls. Today I will sadly think twice before I ever pick the embassy hotel again. poor ratings no credibility for the brand name. I love being a Hilton Honors Diamond members but have to be honest.
Great place to stay in San Diego. Close to shopping. Lots of great places to eat. Great sea food close to the hotel. I will always come back.
Vote Trump , Vote Trump , Vote Trump , Vote Trump , Vote Trump !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place, although the lines are too long for the breakfast and happy hour, need more employees to help
Great architecture, nice pool, and good bar. Minus 1 star for the beds.
I visited guest in room 717. Beautiful suite/room, room service was prompt and everything was clean and beautiful
Pro's: Nice location with bay or city views. There is a free breakfast buffet to start your day and a hosted cocktail party each evening.
Cons: the rooms are in need of complete renovation. The beds are mediocre at best and room colors are dark and drabby. There is an additional fee to of $55 per day to park at the hotel. This makes your stay far more expensive for the quality you receive.
We will look elsewhere for our next trip to SD
Checked in online and chose eighth floor. Which was on the east side. Almost no view but uss aircraft carrier is visible.
Great location and service. Free or cheap parking is hard to find.
Very beautiful hotel. Be sure to get a corner room when you stay here, as it is almost twice the size of a normal room. 4 stars because the breakfast is very bland, (a usual hotel breakfast), the cleaning service is very poor (dirty haircomb under the bed), and the staff is more talk the talk rather than walk the walk. The location is great though, and there are free snacks every evening.
Great location close to the water and fantastic restaurants!
I would give 5 stars but we only got to stay one night instead of the three we booked, our room was given away on comic Con weekend. They did take care of us but it was inconvenient. I would like to stay here next year but I'm not sure if it's worth the risk.
Location and room were great. Front desk service was very slow and unpolite. I had to wait over an hour for my room after a long flight on the other side of the country.
Location is great ..had issues ...wasnt happy from the beginning ..front end manager cannot handle criticism ...and definitely does not take 100% responsibility. And could not find the hotel manager number or card..had no choice but to stay flew 5 hours to get here..would not recommend this hotel to anyone..and I am an avid traveler for long time ...
Rooms were great however the hotel charges $13 for wifi.
Just went to get Baskin Robbins. They are open nice and late.
Loved the suite style room, complimentary continental breakfast and location. The overnight valet parking seemed like the only realistic option but at a high cost.
Very nice place to stay I didn't have to carry anything, my family and I felt like royalty. Hopefully we can make it back there so we can put our pinky up in the air:) Thank you for your services.
Had a great time...rooms were very clean and modern...I will be back with the family and friends.
Guests get complimentary continental breakfast and snack bar in the evening. You can't beat that.
Accommodations with the hotel are fairly good. Free breakfast and happy hour are always good! Just be careful with your room keys. Don't put them near your phone, or you have to get a new one.
Typical embassy suites. Very busy location. You must have patience when visiting this location. It is good business to do business where business is good.
Nice rooms. Good service. Free breakfast and drinks and snacks at night. Only thing I did not like is $46 per night mandatory valet parking!
Great Embassy Suites right across from the Midway carrier. Also has Duncan Donuts and Baskin Robbins onsite!
Nice hotel; over priced parking; cheap, dangerously wobbly toilet seats.
Strictly business; picked up passengers, parking waiting area provided adequate room for navigation entering and departing.
Loved the Happy Hour and Breakfast. The area is wonderful with a lot of nightlife and shops to visit.
Embassy suites is a luxury hotel witch means it should be luxurious. Myself and two buddy's will be there this weekend so I expect to be treated like I'm staying in a four star hotel if not I will not just stop at a simple complaint trust me embassy staff we best be treated proper. Fair warning.
Great location to enjoy downtown SD! Hoping the next time we stay the pool & gym are open. Daily evening reception is a huge bonus for this hotel, great staff
Rooms are very outdated, there was a smell of mold in bedroom and windows were very dirty. Wouldn t recommend it. The location is nice and breakfast is good but long lines.
staff Is so nice, the breakfast is incredible. they provided an afternoon snack as well.
Good service. We liked their happy hour service. The carpet needs to be replaced. A bit tacky to walk on. The cleaning ladies in the dining area were super helpful. Walking distance to the port.
Awesome views on the harbor side and great location. Annoying messages left on your room phone trying to sell you Hilton vacations every day.
Great service and courteous staff. Nice clean comfortable rooms.
Great location and close to everything. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Embassy Suite is in a great place in downtown San Diego
Great location.. Rooms could use a little help. The couch is very worn. The cabinet in the bathroom is missing hardware. The cleaning staff are doing good even turned my tooth brush and wash clothes into a sailboat. Great hotel but could be better.
Just passed through from the fireworks show, didn't stay. However, the concierge service was very friendly and professional.
Great rooms, great breakfast! Hotel needs updating in common areas. Otherwise great stay! 7th floor room view in picture
They charge Hilton Diamond members for internet. :(
Pool is nasty needs to be replastered, felt like I was staying in a post apocalyptic shelter, the free happy hour didn't make it worth it, sink was not working asked 3 times to have it fixed it never worked, black out curtains good , room service was really good food, right downtown . But I won't do it again.
Great rooms but back to dark ages with their Internet connections. Decent breakfast but if you love coffee, bring your own. Their coffee is horrible, cheap stuff. No parking. You must pay $50 bucks a night to have valet parking no other options. If you don't mind walking, go around the block to find a decent street parking. The valet people seem agressive and push for you to get valet parking!
They were having a managers drink special and they definitely didnt skimp to save costs, they get my business.
The front desk employee was very kind and courteous.
Nice rooms and overall pleasant. A little less friendly than other stays at Hilton.
Great hotel. Free breakfast and free drinks. All a traveler could ever want.
Have never stayed here but the Dunkin Donuts is a favorite location for our students!
Very nice rooms. Friendly staff and good made to order breakfast.
This is a great place in the gaslamp district of San Diego. The staff and service were superb. Suites are older, but clean and in decent condition. I enjoyed the breakfast.
