IDIOTS!! I wanted to switch attorneys and the paralegal said she cant talk to me its against the law because I currently have an attorney. People switch attorneys all day every day. MORONS!!!

One rarely needs to contact a lawyer for a good reason and it can be an intimidating, frightening and frustrating experience. Every time I've contacted Searcy Denney's office I've been treated with respect and I've been listened to. They are the people you see on their commercials. They CARE! I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Without the help Adam Hecht and the Searcy, Denny, Scarola, Barnhart & Shipley Law firm, I know that I would not have had the successful outcome I have had. Adam Hecht took on a difficult case and he worked tirelessly to make sure that it was resolved to my satisfaction. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. I am a lawyer who believed I had a personal injury claim. Although my case was far from a "sure thing," the firm took on my case at no cost or risk to me. Through their patience, skill and diligence (especially my lead attorney David Vitale), the firm achieved a result that I found more than satisfactory. The entire staff was friendly and professional from start to finish, which I very much appreciated.

My parents had a terrible car accident they were hit by a drunk driver sustaining many injuries spending weeks in the hospital. Mr Searcy promised that he personally would represent my parents. That was a lie. My parents saw a lawyer named Adam as they signed this contract. This firm could not even get the full insurance from my parents Insurance policy. After my parents signed the contract the firm broke all promises... In the end it was about a quick buck! They were going to go after the bar Where the driver was drinking and research many things to achieve a fair payment...in the end couldn t even Get my parents full insurance policy money from their policy. My parents had to pay the firm 1/3 of their own policy when in actuality they probably could ve gotten the full payment and not paid anything out. The firm let my parents to believe this was $1 million or more case?!False promises great talkers and in the end we were just another ant in the pile. Buyer beware!

My name is Patricia M. I would like to know why they waited almost 3 months to tell me that they were denying my case. It was for a hip revision I had to have due to cobalt and chromium blood poisoning.
I could have been with another firm all this time. I realize that lawyers are flush with money so there is Not much concern for those of us who have none and who live hand to mouth. The suffering I have been going thru was enough. But the fact that I thought I had something to look forward to for the pain and suffering was just crushed byyou. Just because it wasn't going to pan out enough return to you. So Very sad. Not very professional. BTW my business was hair styling and most of the lawyers in PB and downtown WPB area I know because I did their hair. . Not one of them would have done that to me.
