This is a good company. I got my job after a year of looking. The folks at Rangam got me ready for my interview and invited me to their webinars. Their blogs about interviewing are really helpful. They helped me land this job.
I've been working for them for a year and a half. The money is pretty good. They either pick up the phone, or call me back the same day and they also respond to emails FAST!!! My pay is always in the bank on the morning of payday. It's been w/o a hitch since day one. I've had their health insurance more than a year and I'm about to sign up for the 401-K (now that my old bills are paid-off).
It's true that I got a bunch of calls from them but you know what? I'm glad! I got this job and they do right by me. I even told my sister and 3 of my friends about them. One of my friends had an interview w/in a week.

My Account Rep was extra encouraging and help with the interview process. Helped with positive words to say about the current events with the company. Great support.
I applied for a job and the recruiter who called had such a thick accent that I couldn't understand what she was saying or asking most of the time. On top of that she would speak really fast which made it even harder to understand her. The way she couldn't remember an answer I just gave her and the fact that she was asking me questions of information that she literally had right in front of her on my resume, just seemed unprofessional and odd. I always follow my gut feelings and my gut is telling me something is off.
Really??? You call and leave an inaudible voice mail n my phone and expect a return call??? First rule of professional behavior...if you have poor English skills, speak slowly, audibly and enunciate...I cannot imagine anyone with a modicum of intelligence would respond to a voice message that was left on my phone...take some English oration classes...I am certain that your employer will pay for them
Some of recruiters from this firm are crazy. I received many calls from them at 6:00 am (PST). 6:00 am in California is their 9:00 am in New Jersey. Do they know how many time zones in US?
This company is horrible. They have been calling me for 5 months now for a position with Verizon wireless. I told them I am not interested. They keep calling me. They have called me as often as 3 times a day three days a week. I've had calls within 10 minutes of each other. Every time I get a call, I get an e-mail as well. I've asked numerous times for them to stop calling me. I've even been downright nasty with them. I've called the company back and left messages and I've sent e-mails. If I request to speak to a supervisor, they tell me that none are available or they disconnect me. I've even tried to explain that I live 3 1/2 hours away from the job that they're recruiting for, but they keep calling. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I was contacted on Indeed by this company. After looking over what they sent about the job itself, I was intrigued and accepted it. I got a phone call around 5:00 EST that I had missed and I couldn t understand the voicemail that was left. So I called the number back and it said it was a TextNow phone number. So I sent a text message to the number asking nicely who it was and how they had gotten my number. They messaged me back saying it was for a job offer. This was a huge red flag for me as no business should be conducting phone calls through a texting app. They called me back but their accent was so thick that I was unable to understand anything that was said. The recruiter was getting an attitude because I had to keep asking him to repeat himself slowly because he was speaking so quickly and with the strong Indian accent, I couldn t understand. The recruiter never once said what the job was or what my duties would be. I was never explained anything about whether it was remote or not. Just that I would be working for Proctor and Gamble . They asked for the last four digits of my Social Security number. When I hesitated, I was told I could use any 4 numbers that I wanted. I thought that was a little concerning. I was given an agreement that looked like someone with basic Word skills had typed it up. It stated I would be contracted under them for a total of 6 months for $21 an hour. They demanded my resume, when it is on Indeed, where they found me, and should have been able to download a copy of it from there. Whenever I wouldn t respond quick enough to their emails, they would call and text me repeatedly. This was highly off-putting and borderline harassment. I had to explain gaps in my resume, which is normal for any employer. However, I had to explain why I was looking for work period and if I would be able to be at their beck and call whenever they snapped their fingers (not literally, but their tone pretty much said that). While this company may be legit (I haven t found any proof to state otherwise) their business ethics are very poor. I probably will not accept their offer after the treatment I received by this company and it s representatives.
**EDITED TO ADD** A different representative from their company called me personally to address any concerns or questions that I had about the job and the company. While that was appreciated, when they requested I remove my review because it reflects negatively on their company , I became upset. I find it absolutely unethical to ask anyone to lie or omit any honest opinions about a place of business. If you are more concerned about keeping up appearances online than running the actual business itself, what does that say for your business? That doesn t make me want to work for you.
This company does NOT offer affordable group health benefits and I have asked them over a dozen times to stop contacting me. There are plenty of reputable temp agencies that offer affordable group health benefits and paid time off . DO NOT WORK FOR this agency or use them to find you people. This is shameful
I had the privilege of working with Rangam Consultants a few years ago. They placed me as a Contract Recruiter Assistant/HR Tier 1 with a Fortune 100 energy supplier company. Nimmi Pandya assisted in onboarding me and following up through the process. She is very detailed, professional, personable and dedicated. I appreciate the company's diversity and always striving for excellence!
Rangam is a staffing platform that provides workforce solutions for companies nationwide to to help organization grow staff and the success of the company.
My experience with Rangam was very positive. They were professional and provided me with a unique career opportunity for a major company which helped increased my sales and marketing knowledge and skills.
Avoid this scam at all costs. They pretend to have job opportunities while requesting very personal information such as your SSN and ID. They claim that they will call you back, they don't and they speak with such an unintelligible accent that you cannot understand anything that they're saying. They're a scam from India based in NJ. Will be reporting to the BBB.
I joined Rangam at a crucial juncture in my career and I wasn't disappointed. It's a very good place if you want to have your voice heard and work appreciated. My co-workers are ever so helpful and the senior management is always open to constructive feedback. Being consistently proactive is highly valued here. Moreover, Rangam provides professional development support and cultural orientation training to employees from diverse ethnic backgrounds and generations. But what I really admire about this company is that it seems to intuitively find an equilibrium between meaningful social commitments and ROI without cutting corners on either. Keep up the great work.
They sent me a 3 month assignment listing benefits as 'applicable' only to tell me upon hire that there's a 90 day (3 month) waiting period for benefits.
Awful. Incredibly rude recruiters. Most of them are H1b hires. Aka not American. So just know any company doing business with them is not a company worth working for. As they are outsourcing their recruiting for the lowest possible cost. Tells you everything you need to know about the companies working with them. Consider yourself grateful if you never get a call from these people.
My experience with Rangam Consultants Inc. has been terrifying and emotionally draining. They sent me out to a large and famous chicken testing facility in Gainesville Georgia to try out for aseptic technician. The place was a unstructured, terrifying, and unorganized mess! There were tons of people not knowing what time I start my assignment. I didn't know how or what I was going to get paid. They lead me through an elaborate maze of doors signs, computers, labels and into a large laboratory looking room. All the lab equipment was much bigger than college level labs. My eyes burned, my fingers burned, and lips burned. I literally wasn't given papers to guide me through the lab work. The lab workers switch words up and told me to go lunch. And Rangam Consultants called me on lunch and told me to go back to that lab. When I went back I was confronted by the same team leader who said that I should have looked at the empty parking lot and concluded there was no work for me. The good thing is she at least got my timesheet for over 5 hours of the nerve racking work that I did do. After all of that random spontaneous work Rangam called me up saying that they don't have much control over the client. And that I not go back. I do not ever want to hear the word RANGAM Consultants Inc ever again. I fear for any young person just getting out of college that falls for Rangam Consultants persistent bullying nature to lead young people into a Gainesville chicken testing facility nightmare.
Rangam consultants found me a job really quickly, and it was a great match for my skills. Now the company wants to hire me directly after a few days working their. Rangam consultants are friendly and quick to respond to my questions., and very professional. Great job Rangam, Thank you.
These People sent me on a assignment that they had no knowledge of. When I got to the location no one knew that no one were coming nor did they know of them. The job had me doing things that was not in the job offer. On lunch ii called them and all they said was to just finish work and they'll get back with me tomorrow till this day i haven't heard anything from them.
These people call you or send emails at all hours of the day. The persons calling have poor English speaking abilities. You can barely make out what they are saying. Sounds more like a shady human trafficking trap. Beware.
It's a SCAM. Including the CEO and Co Founder. It's some company based in India. Speak with them and you'll know from their accent. They have all the time during the day to send you emails and call you at least 10 to 15 times. If you don't respond they'll stalk you on LinkedIn and start telling you to respond to their emails and calls. They want your SSN and Resume, but the Resume has to be in the "Word Format". Those 5 star ratings are either from fake profiles or from their own company employees disguised as someone else. It's a SCAM. Report them!
