Given the busyness of NYE and the hotel being at capacity, we really enjoyed our stay! The room wasn't the correct room but for the room I received was nice and spacious. The evening reception was actually pretty nice. Great people to mingle with, overall good crowd. The breakfast was nice and the service staff all were really helpful. I would definitely stay again, perhaps on slower day and/or when the construction is done. I'm sure it'll be a top notch place to stay in downtown San Diego.

The interior is stunning. The accessibility to downtown is perfect places like Seaport Village and the headquarters are across the street and the water is also a block away if that. I love that there's a Dunkin Donuts in the lobby. It's a beautiful place and there are glass elevators that take you up to the 12th floor the view of the inside is gorgeous in the ceiling of the building is architectural e beautiful as well. The suite that my friend was staying in was Tastefully decorated unmodern

Nice hotel whould have gotten more stars but we left behind some high end cosmetics in our bathroom at checkout time and have been trying to find where the cleaning staff put them after for few days now. Called the hotel 3 hours after checkout, finally was able to talk to housekeeping today after leaving multiple messages. My daughter told me she saw our same cleaning staff looking in other people's room things. (Unfortunately she just told me about this) Most inappropriate and I have always had honest hotel staff at all the hotels we have stayed.

Stayed here in the last week for 3 nights. The hotel is very pretty. The room was clean and the staff was great. The included breakfast was good. Lots of options. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to me and i didnt sleep very well. The ac was also super loud clicking on and off. Sounds like the unit is inside the bedroom wall. The valet charge of like $50 a day is kind of ridiculous and annoying. Anytime you want your car you have to text them then wait for them to get the car. I really would rather just park it myself. But overall the hotel is very nice.

Over Priced! Too many People! And you want to charge me $39.00 to valet park and you dont have ANY REGULAR PARKING??? Why dont you charge $39.00 more per room instead of scamming people??? Charge was removed by manager then re charged soon as i checked out!!! wtf??? POOR BUSINESS!!!!

Despite being a Hilton Honors member, arrived and had to wait over an hour for check-in for 2 different rooms (neither was ready). Front desk gave me a voucher to eat in the restaurant, but didn t get me the room any faster. If check-in time is 4 PM, have the rooms ready at 4.

Good hotel in a great location. Gym facilities are up to par and rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dunkin Donuts on property was a plus as well for great coffee.

great location, great value, great room, awesome view but insane parking fees. we stayed for our anniversary and truly enjoyed everything but the valet fees. we upgraded to a balcony view and I'd recommend that to everyone. The staff was great as at all embassy suites, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in two of the presidential suites and were accommodated poorly during our 5-7 night stay
We even had to negotiate military discount for multiple rooms, sad considering this is a military City

First we were never advised of parking or amenities at check in

We asked for additional bedding and had to ask 3 times for what was needed for 4 staying in suite

The snacks had to be asked for never replenished as a courtesy

I believe the money spent on our rooms there should have been some sort of descent and more accommodating treatment

Beautiful hotel and perfect location for many things at walking distance. There is no self parking, and Valet per day was a little pricey. No smart TV, no USB ports in the room, and no tv guide. :( but other than that a great experience and the food was super yummy in my tummy!

Located very close to the airport and across the street from the harbor. Service was excellent and the daily parking cost was offset by the daily complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks. We would stay here again.

I was invited by my friend who had rented the top suite in the corner to watch the festival of lights show that is held every year at Christmas time in the San Diego bay. That suite had an amazing view and the living area was very spacious for the 10 or so people that were attending. Didn't stay at the hotel but it was clean and seemed like everyone was super nice.

Nice hotel with excellent staff and gorgeous views of the harbor. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the happy hour in the evenings was a nice perk. The hotel was quiet and very clean.

One of the worst Embassy I've been to. Being downtown I expected things to be upscale and well planned, but they were overbooked and we had to wait for a room. The nightly reception they have was a joke - we couldn't even get a drink the line was so long - as the reception hall was too small to accommodate all the guests. Also, the parking cost, ~$50/night, was joke. It was near a nice bunch of restaurants, and the walk near the ocean gave it the two stars.

Decent Embassy Suites at a great location near the pier and within walking distance of many higher end restaurants, local pubs trolley and train stations. Only valet parking which is pricey at $50 per night but the service is excellent and the best, most timely valet I've ever experienced. Great location for the Holiday Bowl which has numerous events within walking distance. The place is starting to show some age and due for an upgrade in the next year or two.

Management is HORRIBLE!! I was over charged $935.22!!! They did nothing! I called to resolve the problem multiple times. No one has called me back. The actual hotel is okay but the management is deplorable. Please check your receipt BEFORE they charge your card!

Nice big rooms and courteous staff. Good breakfast and evening snacks with free drinks. Cocktails where really good. 4 lifts are good but may be they should operate 2 going up and 2 going down during the morning peak time.
