The room is large enough, and the view from the window is wide and beautiful.
Very close to the river bank, the warship sailing yacht has a panoramic view.
There are enough elevators and there is no need to wait.
Breakfast is the same every day, but it is delicious.
There is also a free happy hour in the afternoon.
There is a wide selection of beers and cocktails to choose from.
Quite recommended restaurant!

The value is great after you take into consideration; cook to order breakfast and buffet included, complimentary cocktail hour each afternoon (well drinks and beer on tap), microwave and fridge in the room, and overall just great service.

This was a great place to stay, quiet and just off the promenade. Stayed at the conference center. Pool and hot tub outside were nice, and theres a more family friendly option at the main hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay there, only thing that didn't thrill me, in hotel Starbucks wasn't as good as what I'm used to.

The location is great very close walking distance to the Midway and across from shopping at the seaport village. Very close to downtown. The hotel itself is similar to what you would expect from other embassy suites.

The room was spacious and clean, beds weren't the comfiest I've been in. The shower heads were a tad short for my 5'9 self. Other than that the breakfast and happy hour and everyone working was amazing!

Every single staff member was amazing! The rooms are clean and nice size with the separate living room. Food was great and was nice to have a bar, coffee and ice cream shop, and a general store attached. Prime location to get anywhere. Very impressed. Downside, the 2 bed rooms have small beds so we were cramped. Definitely will be back!

I'm overall satisfied with my stay here. Sure, the rooms were cramped (which is surprising for an Embassy Suites) but that was it. It had a great location right by a small street mall and a large little shopping community right on the water. They recently renovated some of the rooms, and they tried to make it nice, but there execution wasn't the best, there were some weird things: One of the sinks didn't drain properly, the coffee maker didn't work, and the room that had the sofabed in it was too small to fit it.

I had a tiny mishap happen to one of my guests traveling with me. The front desk moved us to a different room, to which then the manager came and spoke to me. Bottom line, he did what he could to make it right with me. The hotel industry is a brutal one. I was highly upset that I had to move to another room and a different floor after an 8 hour drive however David's composure calmed me down. Amazing. At check out (with David), he and the valet manager were both there to tend to me. I couldn't believe this amazing service. I will be sure to stay there for my next race -San Diego Rock and Roll 2016
Thank you David

The hotel is in an excellent location and is located just near the pier. A huge hotel and a reasonable breakfast. Parking is via a driver for $ 50. It is better to look around parking with an app for the price of $ 10-15.

This hotel is awful. There is a ton of construction going on which is not mentioned until arrival. The dust and noise from it is unbearable. Also, there were several times when only 1 elevator was working. Breakfast is ho-hum especially since most of the construction is going on right next to the restaurant. Also, they charge an outrageous fee for early checkout.

If you're exhibiting at SD convention center, this is your place. Extended stay rooms are spacious for an office away from the office. Refrigerator and microwave if you're too busy to eat at regular times, Ralphs close by. It's close enough to the convention center to walk to; far enough that you can escape the crowd if you need to. And the New York restaurant provides a gourmet meal when you want to treat yourself.

Room was great and staff was excellent. Complimentary hour was great and so was the cook to order breakfast the next day. I would recommend staying here if your going to spend some time in San Diego.

Excellent hotel located in downtown San Diego where everything is in walking distance. You can easily walk to the Gaslamp District, Petco Park, USS Museum, and beach. The hotel has great views where you can either have a view of the beach or a view of the city. Additionally, there is a full restaurant/bar, Baskin Robbins, and Dunkin Donuts on site. The one big downside is that there is no self parking, only valet parking, and that costs $46/night.

My stay for Labor Day 2020 was AMAZING!!

My stay for Labor Day 2020 was AMAZING!!
Even through all this madness with Covid the employees made it feel homey.
From the moment we drove up to when we left.
The view was perfect and so much to see and do within walking distance.
Thank you to everyone who were so kind and sweet. Very helpful and responded with quickness.
I will be back very soon :D

The stay was gr8, until I left my key in my room. I picked up the house phone, placed on hold for 20 minutes, went to front desk, no one was there. When she did come, she answered p hi o e to help another guest like I did not wait long enough for service. Then offered a water for my wait

The price is a little high but yo get so much free full hot breakfast in the morning, free snacks in the evening. Indoor pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only valet so there is a 50 dollar a night charge which is a little high but it's San Diego so parking is a premium, especially downtown. It's right next to seaport village and all the boat museums do is a great location.

Expensive WiFi if you use something like Expedia, Daily message on phone meaning blinking light. Sink stopper somewhat jury-rigged.

Quiet, comfortable bed. Clean large space, nice refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel is located just beside the bay area. The behaviour of the staffs were so awesome.I will miss the breakfast of embassy suites. They always tried to give a great breakfast!
The rooms are big enough and beds are comfortable. The only things i dislike -they will provide Mineral water which is not complementary! and cost $2 for 500ml!

Went there for a two day meeting. Venue is nice. Be careful of valet. They wanted to charge me the regular 10 dollar an hour rate/50 dollar max. That only applies to guest that stays at the hotel. If you are there for a meeting, it should be 10 dollars for the entire day.

Weird mechanical noise in the room all night, staff promised to look into it, still had a problem the second night. Breakfast only good if you are there early. They don't replenish anything, only left overs after the first hour.

This is one of the nicer hotels I've been to in San Diego. I really enjoyed my stay and the rooms was beautiful parking is valet only and pretty pricey at $50 per night. Still, I would stay here again.
