I was there for a large luncheon. The building was very nice and we'll kept. The catering for the luncheon was excellent. Great experience

The venue was nice... It was a little chilly in some of the conference rooms but rather be cold than hot.
I have stayed here several times over the last 5 years. The facility and service is always great. The made to order breakfast is wonderful.
It was awesome the service was great even during Covid-19
I did not stay here for the convention. However my time here was peasant, and there was plenty of room for each presentation and activity to be held.
Perfectly located near to 121 and closer to Stonebrier Mall. Conference Halls are neat and Big.
Our room was clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was good, especially the made to order omelet bar. It's a great breakfast selection. My husband and I really enjoyed their happy hour too. We brought our kids; they loved the pool area. Shopping is so convenient and there are lots of restaurants to select from. It's easy to get on and off the interstate and other local highways. I would definitely stay again.
Stayed here for my husbands work ceremony. Hotel is a little older but nice! Theyre doing renovations, but it didnt disturb us. I was impressed with the room, had a separate kitchen and dining area. Very spacious and we slept wonderfully. The free breakfast was awesome! Honestly.. i look forward to free breakfasts the most, and i was not disappointed. They had lots of food and beverage options. There is also starbucks coffee in the hotel lobby as well. You can see Stone Briar Mall from our window (we had a pretty view from our window too) and if we had more time we wouldve went and walked around, we love that mall. It was easy to get around the hotel and they did have happy hour at night. I was happily impressed with the service and accommodations. I gave it 4 stars because it was a little old, but thats all. We are thinking about bringing my toddler with us to stay here next time because it would be easy to get her to nap/sleep with the black out curtains and separate rooms. Shed love walking around there too.
Enjoyed our stay. STAFF were polite and efficient. Thank you.
If you've been to one Embassy Suites, then you've been to them all. However, that doesn't mean that they aren't great. The suites are spacious and the atmosphere is quality.
The location is perfect. It is right by the mall, restaurants and major freeway. Rooms are spacious and the food is great.
Loved my stay at Embassy. Great convention center. Plenty of space. Rooms was lovely. My wife really enjoyed the elevator and atrium.....and she doesn't do elevator.
Nice hotel. Breakfast was well done and tasty. Rooms were dark but clean and we'll appointed. Staff was awsome.
Very clean hotel. Easy access. Easy parking. Nice rooms. Great for hosting events.
Stayed at Embassy on a business trip. Big comfortable room, good email connection and good breakfast.
Beautiful property. Breakfast was good. Our room just had a very musty smell for some reason, like there had been a recent leak or something.
Great rooms and amenities, free breakfast and happy hour are a bonus
Wasn't impressed about the place and city that why we couldnt wait to leave the place, dirty bath, sinks and carpet, towels and bed weren't new, late room service glad I had some extra trash bags, noisy next door room I was hearing their pipes and shower, talking and laughing, shutting doors all night, nothing interesting in the lobby, breakfast was good but poor guy who picked up the plates was asking for tips from each family so badly every day.
The city had a bad traffic and construction ,lots of international people around, they got most of the jobs in the city.
Very nice place connected to the Frisco convention center
It is a very nice place to stay. Its in a good location with a lot nearby. They do a good job keeping the place clean and making sure you are happy during your stay and the 2hr happy hr with an open bar is always helpful
Hotel is conveniently located next to The Dallas Stars arena. Plenty to do near by. The hotel itself is nice. It is a little older and some of the lobby furniture have seen better days. The breakfast is good, at times it needs to be refreshed better. Free happy hour. Shuttle service from the hotel is spotty at times.
Larger than expected, with spacious rooms and a cool interior restaurant and lobby
We stayed at this Embassy suite one night to celebrate my son's birthday and we had a great stay with excellence service. Thank you!
Everything was as expected till after checkout. My school paid the parking and room up front for two weeks. Then after 2 days from check out a bill for the parking showed up on my credit card. It took an hour for someone to finally take the charge off. Very nice before and during stay but after when you need a problem resolved they were more than condescending.
The service..the cleanliness and the rates...love love THIS PLACE..
Excellent breakfast, exceptional beds and pillows, lots of stars off due to rain hitting a short roof outside the room resulting in so much noise it was impossible to sleep in middle of night. They did move me with no issue the following morning.
I was only here for a conference so I didn't experience the actual guest area, but it's very big. Not my style but it was comfortable and well kept.
Very nice place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were great, and overall a very clean place to stay.
I would have given 4 stars had they not over billed me. And still have lingering charges. Also, I'm quite sure I reserved a balcony suit, but was not accommodated due to the hotel being pack full of teenagers for some event they did not give any prior warning was happening.
This is a beautiful hotel with clean rooms, a friendly staff, and an outdated internet policy.
The price of the room does NOT include internet access. Internet in your room is $10.95 per day. For the price of the room, which is not cheap, you get to sleep in the bed (linens and pillows included), use the shower (soap, shampoo, and towels included), use the toilet (TP included), wash in the sink, watch TV, sit in the chairs or on the sofa, use the coffee maker (coffee and condiments included), use the microwave, use the refrigerator; BUT you don't get to use the internet in your room. It's pretty hard to believe that in this day and time, when all the less expensive hotels provide free internet, the expensive hotels still charge. Internet access is a basic utility, like the water and electricity provided with the room. But internet access is not included at this hotel. Disappointing.
They do provide "free" internet in the lobby. It's passable, but not very fast. I find it strange that they obviously put so much effort into providing a beautiful room with lots of conveniences, and then want me to drag all my stuff downstairs to the lobby for internet access. I've browbeat the shift managers for years, but they don't make policy. Maybe upper management will read this review.
Yes, I could vote with my feet. We come to weekend conventions that are hosted at the adjoining conference center. The convenience of being next door is nice. This hotel would be perfect ... if only.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly. And the food offered is delicious.
Huge! Charging stations in the covered parking and space galore. A classy and professional place
Our family attended a party at the hotel. What we saw of the hotel looked new, big and clean. Staff were friendly.
It s a nice hotel but I didn t like the $30 parking charge for just a one night stay. The fee wasn t disclosed until the very last minute. If it wasn t for that I d probably give it a five star review.
The employees are very helpful and formal. The location allowed our organization to be very flexible with decorations. Served great food. Aesthetics was probably the best part of the experience
It is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and nice staff. There are plenty of places for a meeting as well a social gathering.
Meh. Wouldn t go back. Had to switch rooms three times on arrival to get something acceptable.
We were just there for a business meeting! What I did see was very nice. But never seen the rooms.
Girls stayed here for 2020's Dallas Catholic Youth Conference. They had a great time.
Throughly enjoyed our time at this Embassy Suites. Had a room concern soon after checking in but dialed the front desk and Josh (MOD) was in our room within minutes. He handled the situation quickly, professionally and with an attitude of true concern. Staff very friendly, professional and even found kitchen management (Ed) polishing silverware. Great beds, clean updated rooms, nice pool area and great breakfast.
We had dance camp here this year. The conference toom was large, but not large to accompany everyone. I hope there is a larger room for this event next year.
Always love staying here while in Frisco. They keep the place clean and the service is always good. Most Embassy Suites I visit are old and run down. There is a nice bar to enjoy at night and a great breakfast in the morning. Great job! I will be back!
The convention center is always clean and easy to get to. With large to small rooms they are ready for any event!
This hotel is super gross! My husband and I have stayed in the Embassy in Baton Rouge on several occasions and have always been very impressed with the cleanliness and service.
The service here is nice, but the hotel itself is in shambles. My first room had a broken air conditioner that kept making a loud clicking noise, blood stained pillows cases and tape on the walls where some sort of repair was happening. This is not what I would expect from Embassy!
I called and the manager and he moved me to a "better room" it was better in the since of no tape on the walls and a working air conditioner, the sheets were still stained with something.
I slept terrible. I have never felt the urge to want to leave a hotel so quickly.
There is a free drink in the evenings and free breakfast but if cleanliness is your thing then you are like me to where I'd be happy to pay for my breakfast in exchange for a clean room. I most certainly will not be back here until there is some sort of rennovation that happens.
I wouldn't say I hated it, but I will say this is the very first Hotel where I stayed where the Air conditioner was way too high, I could not understand why they had it so cold in there, the staff were great, but the AC was a huge problem.
Its a great hotel with a lot amenities for a Family stay. Complimentary drinks and snack in the evening. Buffett breakfast in the morning. Alots of place to eat and shop around.
The suites are clean and well organized. There is a nice gym in the hotel. Not a lot of food options in the hotel, but there is a mall across the street, and plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 min away.
The rooms are designed very well. The customer service is amazing
Staff very friendly and very helpful; breakfast is fresh and delicious. It is a great place to stay!
Booked through Hilton app, and I got a room next to the ice machine, with obvious damage, and even a stranger's fake fingernail on the floor (gross). Manager's reception was poor compared to stays at other Embassy Suites - stale snacks, assembly line service only for drinks, and had to literally hunt down a server to order actual food. Facility is also badly in need of some updating. So many options for places to stay in this area now, so pretty disappointed.
Even though it was a short stay we had a blast! Check in was a breeze, Michael was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing! We even got to see Michael again before leaving. He is a wonderful assit to the hotel.
Didn t stay here but did have a conference and they catered to hundreds of us ... great atmosphere and people
Nice, Large Room. Good amenities and breakfast. Outdated bathroom.
I've stayed here several times and every time it's been enjoyable. Clean room and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing and it's bigger than it looks. I love the decor. We had our company Christmas party here and the staff was wonderful
From the Valet to Front Desk Staff, They very polite, courteous, professional. For the price it is definitely worth the price. The atmosphere feels like home.
Great conference center amenities in a beautiful facility.
Nice place, comfortable rooms and beds. I particularly liked the bedroom being separate from the sitting room, especially if someone is an early bird or a night owl. Small fridge, microwave and coffee service. Bathroom a little small for two people. Full complimentary breakfast with an omelet bar. Hot coffee!
Very nice embassy. Many rooms updated. Nice bar. Great if catching a game at Dr Pepper stadium.
It has been a wonderful stay. Room has been clean and staff very nice and helpful. The WiFi worked good enough, but not the best. Breakfast and the evening reception were both tasty! The bed was super comfy...overall a very nice stay.
Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel itself was not so great. We checked into our room, but the pipes in the wall were making noise. My wife is a light sleeper and couldn't fall asleep with the noise. The front desk was great about finding is a new room, but even that room had it's problems. The thermostat did not work and the room was 67 degrees and the sheets on the bed were thin. The breakfast was great. They are doing renovations right now and I believe they are fixing the issues.
One of my favorite homes away from home. Great location and nearby entertainment.
I attended the Corvette show at the hotel. The convention center was nice.
Convention center was clean. Could use more parking.
The hotel was convenient to Toyota Stadium, the breakfast was great, the staff members I encountered were nice, and my room was cozy......
Great location, right next to Dr. Pepper arena. There are plenty of great restaurants close by.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Happy hour was great, I do wish there had been a larger selection of food. But overall it was a fantastic experience.
Stayed here for three days it was excellent the rooms the mini suites are fantastic very clean great view of the surrounding City the people are really friendly the food was really good would highly recommend this place to anybody who is coming into Dallas or staying around the Dallas area in the minor league ballpark is right across the street a beautiful place Dr Pepper Stadium
A great place to stay and host a conference. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. They have places to eat on site and within walking distance of many restaurants. I have stayed here twice and had no problems either time.
I really liked the hotel and its over all service. I was visiting Frisco for work and stayed at this hotel. Every time i came in the room, the room was cleaned. The staff was really pleasant. They have a nice happy hour in the evening and live omelette/pancake station in breakfast was cherry on the top.
Very comfortable room, clean and great service, will be back
Went to the hotel for a gaming event, very nice looking and the vending machines were reasonably priced
There for TPF and as usual they were very accommodating.
I went to the Embassy for My Possibility Ball. It was a wonderful event. The food was great. Also the music sounded great. I will go back to the Embassy Hotel another time.
Cocktail hour is a plus. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok.. pillows not awesome. In room fridge, coffee microwave was a good thing.
Luis at the registration desk on the evening of 12/5 was awful. Short, rude and didn't provide us with WiFi access info, or breakfast coupons, etc.
The room is wonderful and the rest of the staff are great.
Awesome hotel, my only concern ain't is how long you have to wait for the elevators
Had our mid year summit here and it was a nice place. Staff was friendly when we asked for directions.
The manager, Helen is to be congratulated. I know all the hours she spends attending to minutia pays off. If you get the small things right, everything will go right. Breakfast great! Lunch Great! Dinner Great! FREE DRINKS! GREAT!!!!!! Well one free drink at happy hour. Great view of Plano from my hotel room.
My wife's company had their Christmas Party there. The facilities and food were great.
The internet is horrible! Why can they not atleast get that right? Beds were alright. Breakfast isn't very good.
Very friendly and hospitable hotel. Would stay here again... Good staff...
The air conditioning was inadequate and subpar. The room had a faint smell of mildew and entirely too hot. The breakfast (omlette) was delicious. Overall, my rating is 2.9
The prices are kind of stingy for events and they did not allow my group to do a taste test. The space is very large and nice though. Staff has changed been very friendly. The conference center is recently renovated and looks very nice.
Beautiful Hotel, happy hours every evening.. pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.
We enjoyed the spaciousness, ambience, & cleanliness of this Embassy Suites! Staff were helpful, parking convenient, and the breakfast buffets excellent with their service staff quick to clean tables for the next patrons. Despite the huge #s of people & business of the lobbies & elevators, everyone was courteous & friendly! We would stay there again!
Wonderful stay. Hotel staff friendly, professional and eager to help. Rooms are nicely decorated, we'll mtained, with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this property.
