The Marriot Brand stretchs from the Fairfield to the Ritz Carlton, where everyone is welcome and just as important, however if you become an Elite Member you can get treated better than Mr Marriot himself I guarantee it.

Well I had high expectations for your location. I was extremely disappointed. The room was not cleaned, and if it was it was done quickly. There was actually a glass of something left by the chair in the room from the previous guests and there was hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. The pool was dirty. Tons of items, including gobs of hair, floating around. Wish I had better things to say, but this will not be my first choice again!

For the price this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Rooms start at $130 but I certainly did not get what I expected for that price. The lobby looks super nice and I got excited and couldn't wait to see the room ... which was horrible ... nothing like what I expected. 80s style, cheap ... they should have put some of the money they spend on the lobby towards the rooms !!! cleanliness was alright.

Also, on top of paying $130 a night they want to make you pay for parking, which I think is unacceptable for that price. However, there is a parking lot a little down across the street that's free.
On top of that ... they wanna make you pay for "free wifi" !!!!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked through a third party and I called the hotel to see if my reservation was there by chance. And they informed me that it wasn't there but I had to email so that was kind of weird so I called Priceline and after being hold for 20 minutes the same person that talked to me on the phone said they talked to Priceline and she was a tremendous help her name is Daisy. She gave me the correct information when I called the first time and apparently she had to suffer through the third party call to rebook the hotel she seemed very busy Bravo to her you have a great asset to your team thank you Daisy.

Everything was great except for the parking. The garage was small and filled to capacity. The overflow parking was not secure and trash was everywhere. There were no trash cans for those who could not carry trash to the hotel trash can so it sat on the ground. Also keep in mind that they charge for parking and they do not ask you if you used the parking garage but the will charge you $19.00 so watch your bill.

Great hotel! Perfect location to reach many areas of Dallas quickly. Nice and modern lobby that looked recently updated. Clean big and modernized rooms. Electrical outlets galore (hotels never have enough outlets) all throughout the room. Clean, spacious, modern, polite, and comfortable not much more you can ask for in a hotel.

Westin hosted an extremely large group for their annual celebration but wasn't equipped to manage the capacity. The pool water and area was filthy for two days. There was extremely loud music at 4am. The elevators ran very slowly and about two of them weren't running at all. Horrible Stay!

We didn't know that parking was not included when ...

We didn't know that parking was not included when we reserved our room. We saw that parking was ~$20 for the parking garage, so we parked in a lot about a block away upon arrival. We asked the front desk about parking when we checked in, and the gentleman said to use our room key to go in and out of the garage, so we thought that meant that the parking fee was waived with a room key/stay. I was billed for parking afterward, and called to have the fee removed, as we did ask ahead of time, and we were not told the fee would not be waived. Since we asked about parking, and the fee was not explained, I was very unhappy to pay the fee. Most hotels include parking in the cost of the stay. They need to clearly communicate that the parking fee is still applicable and will not be waived with use of your room key. Had this been explained to us ahead of time, we would have parked in the free lot nearby.
When I called the hotel, I was on hold for 20 minutes before a man came on the line and told me that since they had signage he would not remove the fee. I was treated very condescendingly on the phone when I tried to explain that we asked about parking so that we could avoid a fee. The man on the phone said that it is not the front desk staff's responsibility to communicate hotel costs, and that asking if parking is included with a hotel stay is the same as asking if my food is free at a restaurant. This is an absurd comparison!
Also, the power went out early on the morning of our stay. We hoped to sleep in as we were there for leisure. Instead, we were awoken to two very loud in-room intercom announcements that the power was out and not to panic.
This hotel really needs to learn good customer service, and how to treat their guests with respect when issues arise.

This is the worst Westin I've ever stayed in. When we arrived, we approached the registration desk, the woman behind the desk looked depressed, she didn't greet us - no smile, no hello. She looked as if she'd had a long day and was doing us a favor by checking us in. When she asked me if I had an SPG number, I said "yes, but I don't have it with me, can you look it up?" She didn't answer, looked irritated and didn't look up for several minutes, before confirming my name for the account.

We arrived to our room to find two small double beds and accommodations that are obviously fairly old and not very well maintained or upgraded. The bathroom is very drab with obviously old tile. The lobby restrooms were not clean, two of the stalls requiring significant attention and door hinges and wall paper peeling off. We had breakfast on the lobby restaurant where the server was not very friendly or attentive.

The only redeeming quality is the signature Westin bedding and the friendly and courteous valet attendants.

Nice place but they charged me $75 for valet. I did not valet at all! I called to get a refund. They said they were gonna investigate but never heard back from them. I called a week later and someone answered and refunded me right away. Like I said, it s a nice hotel just check your receipt before you check out. It might ve been a mistake in my case. Not sure

They lied upon my arrival. Said my card was declined so I got a room somewhere else. But the very next day I had 2 charges from The Westin on my account. Luckily my bank didn't give me any grief about reversing the charges.

This is a nice place but the lobby freshener/ smells can get overpowering. I had a training here for almost a week but left everyday with a headache. The breakfast, lunch and desserts that were served were very good. Take a picture of your parking ticket if you need a receipt because the machine at the exit gate takes it and doesn t give you anything back.

Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, & staff and service were amazing. Based on that alone, I'd stay again... However, the hotel parking was difficult and felt like a needless expense, and getting to the hotel from the nearby freeway was inconvenient in traffic.

This hotel has helpful staff and a welcoming lobby, but the rooms are a bit outdated. My biggest complaint though is that the WiFi is atrocious. Not only is it disgracefully slow, but it will also drop connectivity altogether making any productive or simple web browsing work largely impossible.

Rooms are comfortable, clean, and we'll kept, though maybe a bit dated decor. Comfortable workspace in the room. Workout area ok. Parking garage a bit tight for larger vehicles, but still doable. Breakfast buffet for preferred guests is nice addition, standard eggs, meats and cereals, plus a good selection of fruits.

This place is rad. Super great rooms and allow early check in, just ask. Upgrade a room, just ask. Parking is the only bummer $16/night, but totally worth it. Super clean and comfortable.
