We stayed in a king suite. The room was clean, but there was an unusual smell (which was likely cleaning product). The sofa bed had a thin mattress, but was nice. The breakfast was fantastic.

Very attentive and friendly reception staff. I talked to Mimi and she helped me checked-in quickly and smoothly.
The room is huge and clean with built-in fridge and microwave. Have I mentioned 2 tvs and an area to work and meet your guests? Exceptional!
The hotel's breakfast is very tasty and offer plenty of choices. I wished that they had offered some turkey bacon and sausage. Though you gotta try the made-to-order omelet!

This hotel was very nice. The front desk was very fast with check in, complimentary breakfast was delicious and the room was kept great! It was located in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants near by. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I stayed here for a work event. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. I took the free shuttle and the driver of the shuttle/valet was so happy and talkative. All of the staff were great and the rooms were clean and food was great. Would definitely return and recommend.

I stayed over the weekend with my family for Thanksgiving. Very beautiful property, super comfortable bed, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. Special thanks to France, Shawna, and Sophia for assisting me with any request or questions I had. Perfect getaway spot and the location is near a beautiful mall and lots of restaurants.

Very nice rooms and the convention center was close by and easy to navigate. Food was good and the Embassy Suites has complementary happy hour and light finger foods for guests. Staff is nice. I suggest they have check in staff ask if the guest is there for work. If they are, ask for their company credit card advising that if the guest uses their personal debit card, it will place a hold on your account for the ENTIRE cost of the stay. It's not for incidentals only. I asked if it was for incidentals and they ran my personal card without giving me a clear answer. The next day I learned it cleared out all available cash, labeled as pending. Five days later we finally had the money back. They say they can release it, which they do, but then it stays on the bank to do the rest. They say Chase can get it back in three to four days, but Bank of America takes five. Since we were essentially broke for a week, due to lack of communication and the push the run a card now, I gave a four. Miscommunication or lack there of caused this. Had I known, we would have waited (and gladly) until the company card had arrived. Six hundred dollars in limbo is not my idea of a five star experience. Allow your guests to opt for waiting or allow them to decide if that pending charge is a hit they can take until the money is released four to five days later. Other than that, it's a great place to stay, staff are welcoming, nice and helpful. And as I don't travel often for work, now I know for next time!

Stay was March 13-15. Fire alarm went off early Sunday morning around 2 am. No communication or emergency plan by staff on-duty. Pregnant wife went down 9 floors of stairs when a simple call or hallway check could have prevented the mass chaos and confusion by most customers. There was no fire, but someone who burnt popcorn in their room microwave. They should have a system in place in general for emergencies, real or not.

Very nice hotel. However I received a threaten note under my door in the middle of my 1st night here. When I called the front desk they immediately sent someone to move me to another room away from the exit doors. They assumed it was just a child playing but in today's time I take everything cautiously. The remainder of my week long stay was very pleasant.

Needed to speak to someone about a wedding ceremony space and setting up a room block for next year. Literally No one answers the phone. You get transferred to 5 different properties, and all of them go straight to a voicemail box. Glad I got the run around. I dont want to spend my money in a place that's too busy to answer the phone, or send you to the correct person the first time around. I'll take my business elsewhere. Really dissappointed.

Immediately upon our arrival, one of the valets, who was Hispanic with a pot belly, demanded my car keys, was extremely rude and would not allow me to enter the building without giving him my keys, even though I told him that we were not valet parking. This gentleman ruined our evening and I will not be back to the Frisco location and be harassed by an employee again.
In addition at approximately 4am in the morning a loud screeching alarm with strobe lights awakened me from a deep sleep and we had to go down flights of stairs to the outside for about 45 minutes while the fire department cleared the building. The next morning at checkout, I asked about a possible discount or voucher for future stays and the young gentleman at the front desk just laughed and said it just a guest in the hall smoking and he had the same bad attitude as the other employee that hatefully greeted me at the beginning of my stay. All I can say is wow! What a huge disappointment!
I am experienced with the fire alarm event at other hotels and both times they awarded vouchers to the guest for the inconvenience. Never expected this treatment from an Embassy Suites. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

hor d'oevres, coffee shop (they serve Starbucks coffee but it is NOT a Starbucks store) Delicious, reasonably-priced food at the hotel restaurant. Connected to the Frisco Conference Center.

The whole hotel is a beautiful conference and resort!!! It even has a little art hallway in the conference center. The entrance and lobby are beautiful. The restaurant and dinning area are more than I expected! And the spa was just what my wife and I needed! It's perfect for all occasions!!!

This hotel is very nice. The Embassy never ceases to amaze me with their breakfasts, they are always on point. The rooms are pretty clean and very roomy. The bathrooms are also clean. The staff seem to be very nice, with almost every employee I encounter tell me hello and ask me how I am doing. I haven't ever had any complaints about the Embassy during any stay I've had.

Had a great stay during my conference. Friendly and abundant staff, easy check in, good breakfast, rooms are laid out really well and the beds are comfortable. The only two things I noticed were the climate control (meeting rooms and lobby felt like they were 50 degrees), people were wearing their coats in the meetings. Also, this is petty but in this upscale hotel, all the coffee is this nasty, weak instant stuff, the same throughout the hotel. It comes in tiny cups with lids that don't fit. If you need a caffeine boost to start your day right, you need to make a run somewhere. I know this isn't something one would base a hotel choice on, just a fair warning. If you are here with a conference, I suggest requesting a room on the lower floors so you can use the stairs. During peak times (like when 300 people get out of a conference at the same time), there is a huge line waiting for an elevator. Rooms have wifi, decent but not awesome speed. I've seen people checking in with dogs so they are clearly allowed.
