Excellent for conferences. Plenty of parking, covered and open. Near several sports venues. Could benefit from more restaurants in the vecinity. Driving in this area is manageable.

Not Embassy Suites quality.
Service, room, and food were subpar to all other Embassy Suites hotel I've stayed in across the country.
Better than a motel, but certainly not your average Embassy.
Excellent hotel nice spacious room, large complimentary buffet breakfast, nice bar and pool. Great for meetings.
We had an wonderful and memorable evening last night attending to our dearest friends Kona and Manjur s son s graduation party at the embassy suites. We re vary pleased with the service of the staffs. They re very attentive and prompted wherever they re needed as well very supportive to the hosts organizing and carrying on the entire event. We ll definitely recommend to our friends and families to host events to the embassy suites in future.
Sutopa and Prosenjit
Fantastic I loved every minute of it stay there for 2 nights as great I highly recommend it
Rooms were clean and service was prompt. The free breakfast each morning was quite nice. The hotel bar is convenient but the service there was a bit slow.
The conference center is very nice. I attended my first daddy daughter dance there.
A great hotel within close proximity to shopping, dining, recreation and sports complexes!
Went for a fundraiser and had a great time. Food was a little disappointing.
Beautiful facilities, helpful staff. Meeting rooms very cold. Bartender served red wine in white wine glass.
The service at the spa was over the top, they made us feel special and treated us like royalty.
Only one person at front desk we were setting up Photo booth and had a ton of equipment with us waited for a most 15 minutes and the one and only front desk person was on the phone the entire time and we just wanted to know which way to the ballroom..
Nice, clean hotel that may be showing its age in some areas, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Parking can be an issue if there is an event going on at the nearby baseball field or in the attached convention center.
I would have preferred to have known there was an event happening at the hotel which would hinder your access to and from the parking garage.
Really clea, spacious rooms. Open 14 or 15 story atrium. great breakfast and happy hour, you can't beat that!
Pretty good. Rooms were ok. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad at all.
It was great, plenty of space for parking, meetings and food was delish!
Hotel is amazing, breakfast is what you expect. Not a fan of the pillows. Had a hard time getting comfortable. 8/10 overall I'd say.
Love this place! Friendly people, GREAT food, comfy room. We stay there every time we're in Dallas.
Rooms are nice a big. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful breakfast.
The room was nice and clean, staff friendly, bathrooms well stocked.
Good hotel and location to the conversation center next door. They finally brought back cooked breakfast. This mask-hole was happy here. Rooms were nice. First hotel that had a two cup, at the same time, coffee maker. We stayed here to attend my daughter's cheer competition. Lots of families and kids but, the rooms were solid enough, no noise could be heard. Of course, the covid every other room open, helped, I'm sure.
We have stayed at Embassy Suites for YEARS and this was the first time that I didn t enjoy my stay. Yes, we stayed during the Pandemic and the world has drastically changed..but I do believe that there could have been some sort of compensation. Embassy Suites is famous for their fabulous happy hour and AMAZING breakfast. Neither of these services were made available. I felt as if they could have at least served a bottle of wine or individual mini shots with a mixer (can of Coca Cola, Sprite, etc) to compensate for the happy hour. For breakfast they offered frozen breakfast items. Since they weren t offering their normal breakfast buffet, we didn t even eat..but I believe you had to purchase the frozen items they offered. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. We found food crumbs all over the floor and in the chairs, the doors, mirrors, and walls were dirty. The elevator floor was sticky. The rooms stayed warm at all times, even with the air turned down as low as it would go. The TV s were showing dark and the cable was staticky. On top of all of this we still had to pay regular rates! I honestly can t say that I will be quick to return to this particular Embassy Suites.
Conference center at embassy suites, the entrance is welcoming, the staff was very accommodating to everyone's needs
Went for a pinball convention. Very clean, friendly staff, good setup, would return again.
Everything was fantastic. Excellent attention to detail.
Friendly staff, clean, nice amenities, great location
I was helping out at a conference at the Embassy Suites in November. Amazing venue!!! The main speakers room was more than adequate, the hotel staff were great, I loved the layout of the building.
Nice hotel. No cooked breakfast due to covid. They did provide a packed breakfast with yogurt, a bagel and cream cheese plus either a banana or danish. Rooms are as expected pleasant and clean. Very quiet when we were there.
Beautiful wedding arrangement and very well organised!!
The hotel is being renovated right now, but it was still a great stay. The location is excellent, as it is located next to a large shopping center with many restaurants and Dr Pepper Ballpark, home of the Frisco roughriders, which is one of the best minor league fields out there. The rooms are nice and clean with updated furniture and the breakfast buffet was great. Definitely my go-to when staying in Frisco, especially with the highways serving as vessels to the rest of the metroplex.
Nice place close shops good restaurants as well. Highly recommended
The experience was awful. Unfortunately I was freezing for 8 hours. Heat was not working. Called for assistance twice and explanation was "we don't turn on the heat around this time or year" whatever that means. Will not be back as a Diamond member
Our first room looked great, but the tub backed up with dirty water when the roon next to us started using their shower. And we killed 3 cockroaches In the bathroom! When we told them about the tub, they just offered to move us to another room; nothing else, no upgrade, or anything. We lost the room we had over looking the ballpark and didn't get to see the fire works, which my daughter was looking forward to. It's overall a nice hotel, our second room was much cleaner, and colder. That was another thing about our first room, it wouldn't get cold. However, this 2nd room is great cooling wise. We would stay here again, knowing that some the issues we experienced we're due to the current room renovations going on. We love Embassy Suites, and only stay in them wherever we stay, and would stay here again, but definitely feel a little let down on the customer satisfaction experienced on this stay.
By no means should you go here to stay in a room. I was there for a conference. Had I more knowledge of the area there are better hotel choices across the street. This place needs to be torn down honestly. The rooms smell and doors drag it's outdated. The conference area was fine tho so if you have business there just stay across the street it's very close walking distance.
This was a very informative Google and Nest merchandise class
Nice big room with lots of amenities. Indoor pool is nice. The free cocktail hour is a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty of options.
The hotel is in a great location. It's across the street from the Frisco mall, the Dr.Pepper baseball park, and across the freeway from the future Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. My room had a perfect view of the baseball field. It was a spacious two bed suite with a sleeper couch. The staff was extremely courteous. Great stay.
Great location. Moderately sized rooms. Excellent service
I attended a conference and the facility is very nice. I can't comment on the guest rooms as I drove in each day from Garland. I will say you definitely need to bring a sweater as most of the meeting rooms we were in were extremely cold! This is the fifth year we have attended this conference at this hotel and I guess the conference folks listened to us as the give away this year was a fleece blanket!
The snacks provided were very good with the exception of the bananas, which were still very green.
I definitely want to stay as a guest one weekend when the Roughriders play and maybe get a balcony room to watch the game!
I am here right now and it's the best!!!!!Food is great!Rooms are great and cozy!I recommend coming!
Very nice size ballrooms and the staff was very professional and courtesy
Never stayed the night here, we just used this facility for FISD events. Way overpriced for what we got, food was always ok and media equipment was a nightmare.
Pretty good hotel. We've stayed here twice, will probably stay again. Free breakfast is a plus.
The color of the water in the pool needed to be cleaned. The hot tub water was the color brown, and the pool water was greenish. Other than that, the stay was nice.
Second time stay here and it's been great. Nice spacious suites, great employees throughout the hotel and awesome happy hour daily from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Would definitely recommend staying here.
The food was excellent, the service impeccable. The venue was perfect for the MP Community Ball. We were in the main halls.
Attended a multi-day meeting here. Great facilities at the hotel and attached conference center meeting rooms.
We only went in to get Starbucks coffee but the place was very nice and clean. I would definitely want to stay there.
I got a great price using Priceline name your price... The breakfast was awesome much better than most hotels however the bed is super hard and uncomfortable
Awesome place. Here for a conference. Did not stay in the hotel but the aesthetics just ooze quality. Upscale. Valet parking available. Parking garage free for up to half an hour. $5 for up to 12 hours. And $10 for up to 24 hours. Must pay at a kiosk on the 1st level. Not convenient because you must exit the vehicle to do so. Otherwise, lovely HUGE place!
By far the most up scale Embassy Suites I've ever seen. Nicely appointed, well run with beautiful public spaces.
I stay at the hotel from Monday the 13th thru Friday the 17th of August for a Electronics conference sponsored by the company I work for. The rooms are phenomenal, very clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful. The bar offers happy hour starting at 5:30 PM. Over all a good place to stay I recommend it.
We had problems at this hotel from the time we checked in. Our first night there the sheets had blood stains and Kleenex tissue on them. Someone came up and changed the sheets. She was a very pleasant young lady and apologized about the situation. We made appointments at the spa and decided to get into the Jacuzzi before our appointments. While in the Jacuzzi the smell of chlorine was extremely strong. We thought that they must have just treated it thus, the reason for the loud smell. Once we got out of the Jacuzzi I noticed that my swim suit as well as my wrap that my husband purchased out of the country had been bleached. I went to the spa and asked them who should I talk to about my items that were bleached in the Jacuzzi. She stated the manager at the front desk. After our massages I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. A gentlemen came and I explained the situation. He said he was going to have a tech test the Jacuzzi and he would get back with me. No apology, no is there anything we can do, NOTHING! We left to go and hang out with family. The gentleman left a message on the phone in our room that the Jacuzzi had been tested and the chlorine levels were fine. Because it was late when we got back, I went to the front desk and asked for the manager the next morning. She stated that she heard about what happened and that they would credit my sister's room. I told her that it was my items that had been destroyed not my sister's. She said that the previous manager credited the room and emailed the general manager that would be contacting me. Still no apology, no is there anything we can do, no NOTHING!! it's been three weeks and I have yet to hear back from the general manager regarding my items one of them which can't be replaced not unless I go back out of the country! This is unacceptable, the lack of customer service skills with these managers is ridiculous! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!! Nor, will I stay at any Hilton facilities again! They do not care about their guests at all! I will spend my money where I am appreciated and HILTON won't be it!
Probably one of the best rooms I've been in. The breakfast was good. I've had better tho.
The location and room were great for our purposes. Comfortable bed and had a nice view of the ball field, and decent size rooms. The trouble was parking, they kept changing how to access the garage depending on the time of day for some event very frustrating.
Extremely poor attitudes. Not customer friendly. Rude and accusing. Coffee sucks. It's a shame. Within a nice hotel.
Amazing hotel clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub was clean and relaxing amazing view of the city and skyline of downtown Dallas although the resterant we got two Pepsi's and a kids pizza and it was 65 $. Expensive hotel but you get what you pay for delicious snacks and breakfast staff were good but we stayed on the 12 floor all night we heard a knocking sound from upstairs we called the help desk they said they come see but they never did anything but my favorite hotel so far I love the area of Frisco it's just a beautiful hotel
The rooms were very clean and made me feel the highest level of comfort. Free breakfast and it was quite good.
Awesome place, wonderful rooms and very service oriented staff that go way out of the way to make sure you have an excellent stay
Attended a conference at this venue. Very nice facility with and incredibly professional staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to host an event.
Nice location rooms were cool. And employees were great
The hotel staff is the nicest I have experienced. The rooms are welcoming and the indoor pool is relaxing.
Decent place, needs some updating, especially in the rooms
Went for the New Year's Eve party and stayed the night. The hotel is very pretty, the rooms were nicely decorated, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast has a ton of options.
Love this Embassy Suites! Clean rooms, awesome pool, made to order omelets and happy hour every night.
Went to the father daughter dance. It was wonderful.
We have our ladies conference here. The rooms are wonderful. The staff is so helpful and friendly most of the time. Only negative was I had to pay for parking separate from my room. The room is not cheap so parking should be included.
The bellhops weren't too friendly at all but the cleaning ladies were real good and real helpful
This was by far the Worst hotel experience I have experienced by far. Even motels were of better service. I wish I could give zero stars. I came here for my 20th birthday this year with my family and they would not let me check in because I wasn t the one who had booked the stay although my name was on it. I even called the day before to make sure I could check in or if the person who bought it had to come with me l. They said it would be fine so I went and they told me that was not allowed?? They told me that that the person who bought it must be present so I had to wait 5 hrs for the person who bought the tickets to come. (He was in the middle of a soccer game and lives 2 hours away)
I was so stunned that they could change their word like that. I asked if there was anything that they could do for us for the inconvenience of driving all the way here. They told me that they would waive the cancellation fee. I have nowhere to sleep. I can t cancel and they had no empathy whatsoever but I got the impression they were pushing me to cancel. I got there at 6 pm and finally got checked in at 11pm. I missed the dinner reception which is what I was looking forward to most and much of my families precious time to be spending together. Yet all they could offer us was a discount to cancel and sleep elsewhere. They kept changing their rules on us also saying that no children at the pool past 11 is preffered and then changed it later on and told us that it is strict hotel policy. Later we went to the 24 hour fitness center and told us to leave because they were closed????!! It s 24 hours. However the manager(?) told us we need to get out. Went to the front desk to talk to him. He kept hiding in the back and when we finally decided to complain to the other worker he came out trying to justify himself by saying that minors were not out past 1. But.. we re not minors? Which we told him. And then he replied, oh then you re fine with no apology. Very upset and definitely would not reccomened and words could not express how displeasing the service was and how unfair the treatment was here.
Here for a gymnastics meet. Nice hotel and venue. Kids really enjoyed it. Would stay here again.
Staff was nice facilities were dated and food was ok
Awesome place with great service. Looking forward to returning.
We go for swimming training here and we'll maintained
Hotel was very spacious and newly renovated. Rooms are renovated but still lack some needed updates - tub/shower, outdated decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very nice. Too bad the conference wasn't.
Thai hotel deserves all the five stars. They have the friendliest staff and the rooms are very clean and comfy. I have stayed here several times during my business tours and will continue doing so!
Nice hotel. Spacious rooms but it's typical of any Embassy Suites.
Attended a conference. Facilities are adequate, food was good.
Excellent hotel! Rooms were very clean and comfortable (even my pull out couch). Breakfast was also very nice, made to order omelettes and your typical continental.
