Not impressed. I was there for a conference and the place is not well maintained. Stalls with broken latches, a broken faucet and an out of order toilet.
Beautiful suites on this hotel, spacious, clean and the view at the breakfast area is awesome. Made to order omelets, various choices of fruit, and all of the buffet is more than I expected to have. Had a blast last week when I came over for business for a few day's and all of the waitresses and waiters are very professional, and pleasant especially one beautiful Spanish lady that her name is Sandra if I'm not mistaking her name, she was wonderful, friendly and attendant to all needs and needed to write this review about her because she went out of her way to make me feel wright at home with her smile and nice short conversation I had with her. Eager to show me where all of my favorite breakfast was and she even brought me a few things to my table. I just want to say "THANK YOU Sandra" for all you did on does day's I was there.
Great convention space, did not actually stay at the hotel itself.
Mostly friendly staff. Front desk was not incredibly helpful, but all others were great. Room was good. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Great hotel overall.
This resort style hotel has it all. Indoor pool, huge breakfast buffet, good food, and staff that is educated and helpful. Recommend.
Staff and rooms are great. Common areas are a little scruffy. Bits of trash on the carpet. Smudges on glass...but overall good.
Great experience! The hotel is located in walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There is an in-house cafe (pseudo Starbucks) with ok service. This was observed only because the hotel staff are so accommodating and they raise the bar for all. The breakfast bar and made to order area provided excellent food and beverage options. I did not join happy hour, but I appreciate that it was an option. My room was clean and inviting. I definitely appreciate the service and the experience.
Corner room suites are fairly massive and allow for meetings and social gatherings without bedroom intrusion.
Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast
Our room is nice it has 2 full beds, fridge, microwave etc. Breakfast is nice. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we left breakfast dishes in our room and I'm assuming housekeeping put them on the floor outside our room. The dishes are still outside and its 930 pm
This hotel is used for podiatry residency interviews. Was clean and had nice open spaces
Everything is nice and fancy but the Wi-Fi was bad and when you need to work it's very hard
The room was clean and in order but in a hotel like this I believe it should have atleast as many TV channels as a 69 $ room and reception wasn't good and they want you to pay for wifi
Company holiday party, Great time. I hope they have it here every year!!
Old. Lobby is so old and dirty. The breakfast area is even older. Not up to the Hilton standard. Needs to be remodeled.
Great hotel and conference center. Food, accommodations and people are fantastic. Always top-notch!
Amazing place, amazing arrangements. Last night we attended my nephew s graduation party at the convention center. Very clean service, the employees involved in banquet were very efficient. They kept the food warm and they were very fast to ensure tables are cleaned in a timely manner. Technicians engaged in light and music are very active too. I highly recommend this place.
Beautiful hotel located in walking distance of the mall, baseball park, and hockey arena.
Awesome room. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic food. Worth the expense.
Loved the place got breakfast then a complimentary bar in the evening
Nice hotel. Sheets could use a little upgrade. Solid breakfast.
Had a company event there and Jenn Gill was amazing. Very pleasant and professional in every aspect. She made sure that everything was correct and as requested. Her manager some lady not worth remembering was rude and off putting, the uppity type, however Jenn more than made up for it. Even thought you could tell she was extremely busy she always had time for our questions and concerns.
Very easy advanced check in. Suite was roomy. Nice southern view from 9th floor. Full atrium up to the 14th floor and can see all the way down. Fantastic ballroom for dance with very tall ceiling and portable flooring. Catered dinner at the New Years Eve event made it special. We will be coming back.
Beautiful hotel. Stunning inside open atrium views with water falls.
Hands down the nicest embassy suites property I've ever stayed in. Most of them are kind of dated. Not this one. Send modern in every aspect.
The hotel is fine but the convention center doesn't have the necessary wireless infrastructure or bandwidth to host a conference with any sort of technology angle. Trying to use the conference app was useless and sitting in a class dealing with a technical subject and not being able to use the WiFi that my registration presumably partially paid for is very frustrating. If you are going to be in the conference business, you infrastructure has to keep up.
Fantastic facility. Spacious and clean rooms. Meeting rooms are suburb. The Frisco Hotel and Convention center is perfect for all of your convention and hotel needs.
So far really great time.. Managers reception is always great!
Easy to get to, convenient parking, very friendly staff!
The conference center was very nice and clean. The rooms were a very nice size and clean.
Conveniently attached to convention center, reasonable prices, friendly staff
We went there to go to the Spa Botanica for the morning. We very much enjoyed ourselves at the spa. It was relaxing and a great experience.
Free alcohol from 530 to 730 pm is the best thing on planet earth! Rooms are nice.
Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. Front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good & even the shuttle service was nice.
Very nice hotel. Very big. Looks nice. Towels are soft. Rooms are new, clean, and comfortable.
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay again!
Attended the Delta Waterfowl Banquet. Very lovely hotel
Great hotel to stay at especially when attending an event in the convention center. Free breakfast. Breakfast has eggs. Potatoes. Biscuit and gravy. Waffles. French toast. Oatmeal and your usual fruits. A large open dining area and a free drinks happy hour from 530 to 730 including beer. Wine. And a few cocktails.
Rooms and facilities are a bit dated. Great staff and service, breakfast is also excellent (because of the omelettes).
It was a great stay for the Varsity University conference! Extremely comfortable and hospitable!
Were in The convention room. Nice, large, clean space.
Embassy suites is a very average business hotel that fills a niche market for those who need large suites. I stayed here for a business meeting and was very underwhelmed by what I got for the inflated price I paid. The rooms are dated slightly dingy but are very large and functional. The hotel is, however, very conveniently located near a mask and lots of good dining. There are much nicer hotels the area for the money though but I stayed here primarily out of convenience.
Loved our stay! They offer free breakfast (they will make you a personalized omelet) and happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Parking is free for guests and they also offer valet parking for those who wish to use it. Pool is indoors and it's open from 5 AM to 1 AM and the water is cold. There is a gym, hot tub and sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend staying there!
Rooms so so. Front desk not very friendly. The velet person ignored us until we went and parked ourselves. Won't go there again.
Always a great experience at the Embassy Suites in Frisco. Stayed there for a three day conference. Rooms are great...beds are wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great service, food was good. I was there for a wedding.
Absolutely unacceptable that there was not a functioning restaurant/coffee shop open during the afternoon. The so called Starbucks with premade sandwiches and limited menu was a very poor excuse for a bona fide place to eat. As of 6 PM my room 1225 had not been serviced. Very disappointed.
Its an excellent place to stay. They have an amazing breakfast
The hotel was clean and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Will be back.
Went to the Our World Underwater Lone Dtar State Scuba Expo in one of the convention center rooms. Everything looked great!
The hotel staff was very friendly. I was here for a conference and the food and rooms were excellent. I would like to see more recycling containers but otherwise was very pleased and recommend.
Great layout of a hotel with a really good breakfast
Very nice, grandkids loved the indoor pool and they serve a good breakfast
The rooms are so comfortable and the service is amazing!
The room was very large, and had all the standard accommodations. The staff was friendly and happy to help at all times.
Emily's Bat Mitzvah celebration was wonderful only problem was that any bottle of wine opened but full the Hotel kept and charged you for it. So I will remember that for sure.
Rooms w slight odor , resembles motel rooms .
Food is not eatable and way over priced .
Great hotel free drinks in the evening for a couple hours and the breakfast is awesome!
First I must say that this was my first time staying at this location it was very nice, of course. I made my reservation 2-3 weeks in advance and specifically requested a room with a walk out balcony called the front desk about this issue and was told they didn't have any at the present time, by this time i was upset. The room had not been cleaned properly, there was hair in and around the bath tub, under the cabinet was someone else's clothing that was not removed around the back of the toilet was very nasty. But after all of that obviously whoever was in the room before me had smoked because after a while you could smell it. I have stayed at many Embassy Suites but this was one of the worse experiences ever.
It's nice great staff. A lot of things to do around the hotel.
Didn't stay here but attended conference here that is connected to hotel. It appeared to be first class joint.
Nice big room. Free breakfast and happy hour every day. There is a pool sauna and 24 hrs gym.
Eh, for what paid, I expected more. I was constantly awaken all night due to toilets flushing, water running, the pipes are extremely loud! I had a migraine by morning. Louder than anywhere I've ever encountered. My view was a brick wall lol but that's OK because I went straight to bed. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. I won't stay again due to the pipes.
Amazing experience. Cleanest most professional staff I've ever experienced as an enterprise level sales employee.
Was making a delivery everybody was very helpful and courteous
We have stayed at the hotel many times and have always had a good time. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please. The rooms are specious and clean.
However, beware of the spa. This time my wife and I booked a spa appointment. I had a massage and she had a facial. The massage was OK but my wife's facial was something else. The products they used on her face left her face red and almost burned. At the time of the treatment she ask should this be stinging and was told it was OK because of the minerals she was putting on. When she was done her face was red and at the time of this writing still stinging like she had a sunburn. She has had many facials and NEVER had a reaction like this. For the money I WOULD NOT recommend the spa.
The hotel is a little dated, but very spacious rooms. They do not have lunch available except at a little cafe.
Service was awesome, rooms were nice, perfect location that was accessible to highway, mall and restaurants
Great service and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend for both business and social events.
I was only ever in the convention center but that place is massive and of course the pinball Festival that was going on was a whole lot of fun as well, happens every year during March.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The pool could be cleaner. The dirt rings around the colorful tiles are gross to look at. I love the build in shower on the pool area along with the bathroom easy access. The white private windows to the lobby are also great. The pool hours are also convinient.
Stayed for a work event and I will break this into food and room. Food sucked. Breakfast and lunch. I had something that was pizza but didn't taste like it. Morning buffet was luke warm and the orange juice is only 65% juice. The room, shower going from freezing cold to boiling hot every 7 seconds. Others that stayed also experienced the same thing. The light switch in the bathroom also flickered on and off. The staff was great and the location had lots of places to eat. I would recommend eating elsewhere. Last, the bar and bartender rocked.
Great hotel great staff always a pleasure to go there.
It's a very nice and pretty hotel. The breakfast buffet is great and the 1st floor is beautiful. The carpets on the room floors are a bit dated, but they are renovating. The rooms themselves are spacious and great for families with small kids (the couch pulls out) or for a work trip where you need some space to get stuff done in the room
Attended an event here in the main ballroom and everything was pretty great. Banquet staff was on-point, table placement wasn't cramped in the least, and the food was quality.
Did not stay at the hotel but attended a professional conference. The facilities were very well maintained and the meeting rooms spacious and comfortable.
This hotel is very nice and clean. Close to the stadium, highway, and shops and restaurants. The suites are lovely with a living room, desk, bar, bathroom and large bedroom. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with fountains and lots of places to sit. Glass elevators to boot!
This place is nice. I stayed there for an overnight stay this past Saturday. Upon entering the room (725) at 4pm, I immediately noticed a big stain on the sofa cushion. I lifted it to turn it over and saw the exact same stain on the other side. I removed all cushions and saw crayons, foodstuff, long blond hair and other junk in the sofa. Please make this right. No worries, I wasn't in there long enough to sit on it comfortably. Place needs a thorough cleaning.
Attended a wedding reception in the Frisco room. The venue was great and had ample room for all the guests. The speaker system in the room was lacking so it was hard to hear all the speeches and venue management didn't fix it during the event. Otherwise the venue was great.
Very good looking place. Clean and comfortable all the way around.
Staff was excellent. Service was more than I expected.
Visited Embassy Suites for a social event using their ballrooms. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive.
Good hotel with friendly staff willing to help in any way.
We came here for the Pinball event. I didn't see any hotel staff but The place was clean and set up nice. Parking did cost in the afternoon because of a hockey game going on but because of the parking garage it was easy and fast to park.
awesome suit and service as well is good ... one of the best place to stay.
My stay was comfortable my sleep was sweet and the breakfast was divine.
