Housekeeping was great! Brought extra pillows right up! Our grandchildren loved the pool! Lots of kids to play with. The new remodel is beautiful! We were there last year when it was a concrete nightmare...but the kids still had a great time in the pool! Friendly, warm staff go over and above to accomodate your stay!

I loved my stay here. One of the coolest hotels I have ever been too. Free cocktails at 5:30-7pm, sleek and modern, big rooms, free breakfast with custom omelets, not like a bs continental, this was like breakfast buffet and you dont have to be up at buttcrack-30AM to get it. Staff was courteous and professional. Everybody complained while I was here over little things like slow elevators or that their bed wasnt made, but I had a fantastic time. They dont have a lot of staff, but what they do have busts ass to make sure you are accommodated. I saw a few dogs here, not sure what the policy is though. Has 2 restaurants, both with full bar service, and a bass pro shop. Needs Amaretto and Kahlua though... has a starbucks, too.

The hotel rooms are horrible. Dingy, dark and smelly that created a allergy crisis for me. They need to hurry up with the planned renovations. The 1st floor renovations are beautiful. Staff was courteous and helpful with the exception of the clerk that was noticeably rude in her attitude and seemed prejudice against people of color which certainty wasn't reflective of anyone else we encountered.

Horrible experience!!!! Was told we would have a jacuzzi tub in the presidential suite- didn't have one. The remote on toilet didn't work. The hot water for shower took forever to heat. Didn't have drinks stocked. Had to ask for remote control for TV. The hot tub wasn't working. Was certainly not worth the money. Will never come back. Have been here twice before and it was ok. This was a terrible experience. No stars for me! Had to give a star just to post.

I hate to give only 2 stars because I used to love this hotel but this last stay was a nightmare. The first room we were put in didn t have a working shower. I went down to the front desk on the way to go get some food and told them the hardware was off and they said they would put it on. Well came back unpacked all of my stuff then went to shower and realized it had not been fixed so tried to call the front desk but had no working phone so used my cell and was told they tried to call the room and tell me they couldn t fix the water but I didn t answer. I said I have no work I g room phone why not call my cell could never get an answer but they moved us rooms and 10 pm. They have scheduled water Maint that night so we tried to shower early but they started maint early. I called the desk at on point for a blow dryer because they didn t leave on in the room and I am still waiting on it. I complained a bit when checking out but all I got was sorry. Why would you allow a room to be used that was not inspected. No working shower or phone is a big deal not just an over site. The remodel is nice but the service has gone down. They should hire better contractors. I would have much rather stayed in the dated design with better service than a remodeled hotel with bad service. The only upside of the stay is the excellent breakfast they offer!

My family and I loved the atmosphere here. It was definitely clean from the lobby to the rooms.
We were traveling with our children so the room being split in half was a plus for us.
The availability of the sink in the room is always a plus when you have a toddler who's still drinking out of a cup.

They have nice televisions in the room....tons of plugs and USB! The table in the front area for eating writing placing things you need!!

Last ut not least the bed was comfortable and the pillows....the double bed rooms was awesome but the beds are a little smaller than you'd probably exspect. I sleep w my baby and my husband slept alone and hes not big due to the bed being a little small. Normally all 3 of us could fit in a bed with tossing room.

The breakfast was very good! We .missed happy hour and it was not made very clear to me that it was complimentary. I would have gladly took advantage of it and bought some drink ks as well.
We ended up getting up early so my children could swim before check out. It was very clean and no one was in there.
I had two complaints about the pool area. There isnt a restroom in there...and the floor and stairs into the pool is extremely slippery.
I actually slipped and landed on my rump while holding my baby!
The pool was clean the water temperature was perfect. I children and I truly enjoyed the pool!
We will be returning this hotel is worth every penny!

Took 4 calls to get a shuttle from the airport. Room not so clean, hair laying around. Poor restaurant. We had a business dinner there, and the cake they served had tiny ants crawling on it. Expensive rooms.

Hotel was clean front desk was nice. Our TV didn't work someone took the firestick out and the engineer couldn't fix it. They don't tell you that drinks are limited to 2 per guest at the reception and it is like a shot glass size cup which is a joke. No reception snacks. Breakfast was good but expect long wait unless you go early since they have to cook it all and serve each person themselves. The beds are harder then the floor! We have stayed at alot of embassy's Nd never had uncomfortable beds but I had to ask for extra blankets just to pad the bed with. Even my 7 year old who has a firm mattress at home said it was hard.

Very nice staff. Free evening reception with snacks and beverages. They are going through major renovations at the moment. The place will be really nice when they are done this summer. It is literally attached to the Bass Pro Outdoor World.

I live in the area but my daughter wanted to go swimming for her birthday so we booked a visit to Embassy since they have an indoor pool. When we got there we found out the heater in the pool was broken leaving it ice cold. The pool was the only reason we booked the room. My daughters were very disappointed....
Edit: So I called up to the Embassy and talked to a really nice lady and she did what she could to make it right. I appreciated the effort.

The room itself is fine, typical Embassy Suites room. Check in was not handled well. I arrived with 2 coworkers for a nearby conference and was told our rooms were not ready. I totally understood as it was 12:30pm. They offered to hold my bags until check-in (4pm). We left and came back around 3:30pm. Both of my coworkers were given rooms. One received a gift bag with 2 waters, chips and a candy bar; the other received nothing. I was told I was upgraded to a premier suite and it wasn t ready yet. I asked how long to determine if the upgrade would be worth it given I d barely be in the room and needed to change for a dinner event with clients. I was told 15 mins. An hour later I asked about my room status. I was told they had selected a specific room just for me and it would be ready shortly. Another hour later, I asked for status again as I was now running later for my dinner event. The woman I spoke with said that my room was now ready and she had gotten busy and forgot to notify me. She gave me my room key - no goody bag, so I asked for water and she gave me 2 bottles of water. At 5:45pm I went up to my special premier suite that had been selected just for me and it was a standard room in the hotel. Annoyed, I called the front desk to ask why I had to wait 2 hours for this room. I was told that what made it special was the unlimited snacks available on the counter. What? First no one told me that and second, I would never have waited two hours for a bag of lays potato chips. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no managers were available. I was then told the female who had checked me in (and forgotten I was waiting for my room) was the manager. A very disappointing first impression for me as regular Hilton patron. Overall spent 2 nights and the remainder of the stay was fine.

Stayed one night. Check in staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was nice, 2 full size beds with separate living room space. Free drinks and snacks served in the evening. Breakfast was cooked to order & buffet included in stay. Delightful place.

Second time I've used this location to park when I fly out of DFW. First experience was great. Second experience not so much...

Outbound no issues. Shuttle was very timely. On our return, we waited over 45 minutes outside after being told it would be no more than 30 minutes (website says shuttles every 15 minutes). And we still had multiple more stops to get others which is understandable but not after such an excessive wait to start with. All told it was an hour and fifteen minutes between my call to the hotel and climbing into our car.

Only complaint :-( none of the ice machines were working, the hot tub is still being remolded and he pool was cold however, I ll be back.

My experience at this Embassy has been the most unpleasant because there are bugs, the customer service is terrible they tell you yes but they do nothing
I would not recommend it and I never go back to that hotel that is dirty
And it is too expensive for what they offer and I report it to the company that gives us the CAE courses because they recommended it to me

I've stayed here for business many times over the last 5 years. The location is very convenient for my needs (5 minutes from the airport and 10-15 min from Westlake) They are almost finished with a hotel renovation which looks good and really brightens up the 1st floor. I am not sure if they renovated the rooms (they look mostly the same) but the rooms are good size and clean. Although the hotel is connected to Uncle Bucks restaurant and to a Bass Pro store, it is 10 minutes from most other food or entertainment locations.

Nice hotel, free breakfast but they refuse any early check in. It s always the same story. We were full last night. 200 guests check out this morning. We will let you know if a room becomes available. It never does until 4 pm. They must think we believe that there is one maid per room and they all clean one room each from 11-3. If you start cleaning at 11am check out, there are going to be some rooms done by 2. Quit lying to people.

I got down to the front with my bag, Cody G was driving a van and informed me the van was not going to the airport. I said ok and waited in the very front seat walking into the embassy. When Cody G. came back about 10 minutes later he looked at me and walked right past me and I didn t think much of it. But now another bus arrived (Larry was driving at about 1040) and informed me he was not going to the airport and the van in front of him should have been gone to the airport (the van Cody G was driving) so I go back inside and Cody G was standing at the desk talking and lollygagging and immediately, guiltily asked me what terminal and gate as if he hadn t known I was waiting for the van. Even though he knew I just stopped his last ride, he walked past me, looked me in my eyes, and lollygagged for 35 minutes.
I asked for a manager and he got Max Pesterbank which is not a manager. And Cody proceeded to tell me YOU CAN FIND YOUR OWN RIDE BECAUSE IM NOT DRIVING YOU ... all because he didn t do his job??? That s amazing to me & I know what the embassy stands by, my family has stayed at the embassy as top choice for years and this is completely unacceptable and petty. Cody G was completely disrespectful and most importantly did not do his job. I had to pay an extra fee for Lyft bc of his refusal to drive me all because I called him out.

i booked a corner room and it was nothing special, just the same as the other rooms. the balcony literally looked like an adobe hut and nothing like the pictures. the furniture looked really old and when I sat down on the couch I felt like I was sinking. the room had a weird smell when I came in and the room service was terrible, most of the time they don't even bother delivering what you order. even though the place is being renovated i'd at least put in work for service. the elevators are really slow too. i'd rate it 0 stars if i could

For the price of the rooms you think it would be better. You pay for the look. We had a suit. The bed sucked. A lot of the plug ins didn't work. Lighting was terrible in the rooms. And the pool area needs ventilation!! It was way to friggen hot in there. I never thought it was possible to sweat while in a pool... but low and behold you surely can. The only good thing was the "free" drinks. I see where all my money was going to.

First I have to tell you a little back story for you to understand. My grandmother is 80 years old and diagnosed with terminal cancer. She, more than anything, wanted a life celebration to see her loved ones and say goodbye. We chose the Embassy Suites for all of our out of town guests including my grandmother, they have a large lobby, great pool, and are close to everything. We were a very large crowd, over 70 members strong. We came from 8 states and descended on the Embassy Suites. I have never met a hotel staff so patient. From the night staff, to the bell hops, there was always someone to help with a smile and courteous manner. No one had a single complaint. The rooms were clean and large, the beds were comfortable, and the steakhouse delicious. Even when our air conditioner in my room stopped working, they were up to work on it in minutes. When they couldn't get it fixed they offered us a different room, then comped that night. They were so wonderful and made this experience the best it could be. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

The rooms need some serious updating. They look like they are out of the 80's. The couch and chair was so old I was afraid to sit on them. The carpet also is old and dated. For the price I expected more. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch and was pretty good You have to go early if you want a made to order omelette bc the line gets really long. Over all it is a nice hotel and very enjoyable.
