A large university is a diverse team, as well as an approach to teaching. Depends on the learner's passion.
A large university is a diverse team, as well as an approach to teaching. Depends on the learner's passion.
A lot of people working with passion, many projects and additional courses for active students.
One of the best University in Poland that offers students a variety of programs and specialized fields of study. With outstanding research teams and well-equipped laboratories.
The best philosophical studies. Professor Bubble is a Master. I finished in 1993. Good memories.
A great, though diverse university. For me, the most important thing is that most employees have a very pro-student approach. I always remember memories of my studies and I would love to come back here :)
A large university, high level staff approach to students, better approach to students than at polytechnics,
The facade of the building looks good.
University is great, the humanities department is one of the best, the lecturers at the faculty are very friendly, competent, with great knowledge that they can skillfully convey. A lot of organized interesting events. However, there is one minus. Do not want to do anything at the dean's office (I do not specify, you know what it is). Very unpleasant reception, you work as a punishment and answer casually. If you don't like working with people, the labor market is huge. I conclude that working in such a position has some knowledge, such a person is properly educated, so I do not know why this lack of personal culture. Such a small advice from younger generations: one smile is enough for you to work better.
My daughter is studying here, everything is well organized.
This is not the best place to study. Modern buildings, old teaching approach.
In general, it was nice to study here, although as in life, not everything was fairy-tale and colorful
When you finish your studies there, you will always be someone in the position. Greetings to the future student
A lot of buildings and I was there for high school final exam training
It is worth remembering that there is a fantastic program here - University of Silesia for Children. Many cool classes, trivia and tasks. Close contact with laboratories and experience. Registrations for the seminars are not well organized, they resemble the old times of the promoter fight in the last year of study.
Very good university, sometimes there are organizational problems but I met very good lecturers there
College like a college, generally cool but nothing interesting and useful will not teach much.
You can see the progress in the arrangement of the campus. Let only COVID 19 be over, because the rooms are not virtual.
One of the most impressive universities in Upper Silesia, Poland.
In this university, I was studying two computer science, applied and ordinary engineering, and what can I say. Most of the lecturers, like all demanding ones, will sometimes throw an anecdote [on the one used much More
Due to COVID-19, classes for the first year students started on October 12 - okay, it will still pass. It does not change the fact that I have already felt this lack of organization. Even if the lecturers are nice, the level of teaching leaves much to be desired. If you want to take up a given subject, e.g. IT, seriously or have high expectations about higher education at all, I strongly advise against the University of Silesia - there is simply no need to waste time.
It is one of the largest universities in Poland with a highly qualified teaching staff.
Always a problem with parking outside the university
A lot of boredom and paper from this university is useful at most to work in Donald ..
One of the best University in Poland have variety of programs and specialised fields of study. Well equipped laboratories also available here. Neat and clean surrounding areas attract you again and again. Wonderful structures,a lot of foreign country students; awesome sweet memories remind you rest of life. Awesome journey of the study time
Different levels of different faculties, so it's hard to give one opinion about the entire university. I think, however, that it is worth going and finding out for yourself. I do not regret :)
Well planned architecture, although many may complain that it is too modern. The Law Department, somehow interior design was average, but apparently as it is with us, the Contractor had subcontractors who had subsequent subcontractors
... do you know that the official mascot of the University of Silesia is OSIO ?! ??
-Seriously!
It's called "Usio ek" ...
It is difficult to avoid associations whether it is to be a reference to the level of students, lecturers or universities in general ...
Who could come up with such an idea and who agreed to it!?! ?? ...
Really recommendable. Especially law and psychology.
Classes in different buildings, several hour windows.
The college website teaches patience ... but it's a bit of a shame.
It's nice to study here and you can say with pride that you are a graduate of the University of Silesia.
The organization of the university leaves a lot to be desired. There are still paper indexes that make it difficult to settle accounts for the semester. Canceling classes by lecturers at the last moment or not coming to them throughout the whole semester. Changing the form of passing a week or two before the start of the session. In addition, the faculty where I studied, the Humanities in Katowice is a very old and ugly building - fungus on the walls, nasty bathrooms, very little space, besides - no hall in the faculty, as well as rooms not matched to the number of students. Often in class you had to look for chairs after the department yourself to sit in class or just stand, even during the final test (!)
Overall, I do not recommend the university.
The recruitment department is unable to answer basic questions related to the field of study. The manner of conversation conducted in a mocking and disrespectful manner. It can discourage you at the very start. I will thank you for studies where I have difficulties to start. People like you from the recruitment department should be taken care of by his boss and deprived of his position - you have effectively discouraged me from enrolling in a major, and the university earns money from students.
This university is a moron college, as long as a university can be called something that is not included in any university ranking. The building is a post-communist trash next to which manele is constantly hanging around.
