Stayed here for a friends wedding, the room was excellent. View was spectacular as we stayed up on the 11th floor - only downside is the room service is so expensive. $20 for an omelette is a little bit over the top.

Nothing special, typical Hilton. Seems a little dated.

Executive lounge is on first floor. Closes breakfast at 9am (vs 10am) and is extremely busy with tourists and conferences. Nice hotel and friendly staff.

went to the Unionville athletic club. good facilities, could use more strength machines.

I went for the afternoon tea buffet. I would say the tea buffet is satisfactory at best for the average person, and as personal matter I would never want to return for afternoon tea here. I think the target market here is for larger parties, informal gatherings, and folks that want a place that is kid friendly. No tea offerings other than red rose. Pastries such as croissants and scones were subpar, dry, and not freshly made. Sandwiches were alright, needed more seasoning and the lack of uniformity of ingredients across the spread of sandwiches is a negative as a savvy eater would simply pick the best of the litter. There were some good desserts such as the mango charlotte cake, but there were many misses where things were simply overly sweet and not properly balanced. Chocolate fountain with fruit seems to be a hit for kids. Overall, went in with not much expectations as it was a buffet. Wasn't surprised to be disappointed. If you have kids and want to have "afternoon tea" in a fairly relaxed affair, then this place is fine for that. If you want actual afternoon tea and have had it before, I think you'll be sorely disappointed.

Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was good. We went for lunch buffet. Food was very good. Price was reasonable ($45) for what we got. Crab legs, muscles, shrimp, sushi, prime rib, cured meats, antipasti, plenty of fruits and salad, egss Benedict, sausage, an omelette chef. Would go back again.

Excellent. Dinner was great. Lunch not so much. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Dress warm as the ac is high.

Awesome experience staying at the Hilton for a weekend!! Richard from the front desk was super helpful and courteous, even phoning in when we arrived to our room to ensure everything was great. The Sunday breakfast was very yummy, with fresh seafood and a la-carte options!! THANK YOU :)

Went for brunch. They should have signs on both side of covered dishes so people knows what's inside without having to open the very heavy covers. And why does it take 10 minutes to get cold toast?

Very nice spacious rooms. Great pillows. Comfy beds. Nice location. Friendly staff. Nice hot tub and pool. Good gym with lots of equipment.

Don't stay in this hotel if you can't sleep in a noisy pub. With 2 continuous night, wedding event always went on,the whole room was like next to a night club with very loud bass. Called front desk and the staff just asked us to tolerate until the event finished, which is 1AM. They were very welling to provided "ear bugs" to help us or switched us the room but still in the same area. What a great service! Can't believe this is a Hilton hotel.

Nice hotel, but overpriced for the services and location

Free parking is an ammenity that I expect for visitors to the conference centre, and the Hilton lacks it at this location.

It was a wonderful experience for us. We got the 2 queen bed suite, which was wonderful. Hotel's first appearance for us was just fantastic no words for that.... Overall service I will give 5 star

Was here for a business function. Great event space!

Four Diamond award from CAA. The lobby looks amazing. The service however was much less than 4-diamond. The front desk said I did not received a package even after I confirmed it with them it was delivered. On the final day, at checkout, I asked a different attendant regarding my package. And yes, it was delivered. Stacy at the bar on the another delivered amazing service. Now for the room, the walls were so thin I could hear people talking in the next room. The floors were so thin, I could hear and sense every steps from upstairs. The room design had a long and awkward rectangle shape. And lastly, the bad shower design allowed water to constantly splashing out. The overall experience was average. Maybe hopefully for 4-diamond was simply wishful thinking.

I was here for a wedding and really enjoyed the venue. The outdoor space was very nice and The inside space for the reception was great too. Solid food and nicely decorated.

The king kitchen suite is huge. Prices were great, hotel has covered parking available. Hotel was very nice.

Attended a wedding at Hilton, service for the kids were attentive. Food was pretty good as well

We visited to see what it looked like inside in hopes of booking for some wedding photos. We couldn't book for photos unless we booked a block of rooms.

Attended for CASCON 2018, accommodations and cetering were excellent all three days.

Awesome lobby. And you have access to a full gym and heated pool.

Booked a suite for the night before a wedding. We called a few days prior to ensure we would have the opportunity to take wedding photos in the hotel, which we promised no hassle. Upon taking photos after getting ready, we were rudely (Jocey S.) told we were not allowed without written confirmation. There was no tact or explanation. This happened several times no matter where we were. We made our way to the front desk to rectify the issue, as had made the arrangements beforehand. We were told this was hotel policy and are not permitted to take photos outside our room. I explained that had we been properly informed by the hotels "wedding organizer" Lorraine, we would have selected a different hotel that would permit our day of photos. Kateryna (front staff, possible name error as she would not allow me to take down her name) would not follow up with their staff member for us, didn't care at all about the inconvenience, or the fact that an entire bridal party was dressed in a hotel with no option to take photos. I am appalled at the lack of customer service, especially from such a well known company. This was not a typical hotel weekend, it was a very special day that received no recognition, compensation, attempt to find a solution. I will not return, and I will ensure my friends and families avoid having their special days comprised the same way ours was.

Beautiful hotel from the outside and common areas. The furniture need upgrading especially in the rooms. I did not like the fact no robe nor slippers were provided. Doesn't it go without saying these are essentials in a hotel room? No complimentary water bottle either. I must say the staff is very professional and pleasant. I would go back, it's worth visiting. The ambience in the lobby at night is electric. Marika is superb!

Had attended conference in the Primrose room at the Hilton Suites Conference center. The setting was professional, with water, tea, and coffee provided.

The venue was nice and clean. Ample amount of room for weddings and conferences. We occasionally head there for drinks, coffee and dessert in the lounge. The cake is really good

We did not stay at hotel just went for breakfast. They do not make you feel welcome at the restaurant. Staff need training on being nice to guest stating with smile. They were very moody. The front lady was nice.

Conveniently located, with well appointed rooms. Wonderful staff. All in all an excellent night's stay.
