Four Diamond award from CAA. The lobby looks amazing. The service however was much less than 4-diamond. The front desk said I did not received a package even after I confirmed it with them it was delivered. On the final day, at checkout, I asked a different attendant regarding my package. And yes, it was delivered. Stacy at the bar on the another delivered amazing service. Now for the room, the walls were so thin I could hear people talking in the next room. The floors were so thin, I could hear and sense every steps from upstairs. The room design had a long and awkward rectangle shape. And lastly, the bad shower design allowed water to constantly splashing out. The overall experience was average. Maybe hopefully for 4-diamond was simply wishful thinking.
