Nice suite, good food, smaller session rooms were small and hot

I ordered 2 cakes a Black Forest and Chestnut from the hotel cake shop on 2017/01/24 to be picked up at the hotel around 4 pm on 2017/01/27.

No smart tv's in this day and age that is uncalled for lol I mean for the price you pay. Vanity room is in a weird location no microwaves unless you request it. And this the Hilton ladies and Gentleman.

The staff are friendly at the Absolut bar at the lobby level.

Came here to attend a wedding and the facility was beautiful. Well kept and instructions were easy to follow to go to specific places. The banquet hall was large with plenty of space for well over 200 guests. I would recommend this place for any special events too.

Shiny and relatively new. Sparkly and nice hotel and of course pricey like all the big hotels brands and you are near Toronto. There is a separate building for conferences. This building has nothing but conference rooms and big halls for weddings and banquets and presentations.
Fitness room and bars are all here.

GREEDY. That's what I'd say of the management at this Hilton. I'm a hhonors diamond member and was at a conference being held at the Hilton Markham for a few days. I had asked front desk and management if I could charge my plug in hybrid for just one hour so I would have enough power to drive home and they wanted to charge me $20 to plug in. it would cost them at most a dollar for the charge and they wanted to charge me 20x the cost. Ridiculous especially since my company just spent minimum ten grand for the conference. Same on the management and Hilton for this!

Planning on holding our Wedding Reception at the Hilton Markham. Organizer we are working with is excellent.

Excellent hotel (not the restaurant). The rooms are modern and spacious. The hotel restaurant, however, is VERY disappointing. First off, the prices are on the high end. However what was most disappointing is that the food was mildly warn to cold and the server kept forgetting parts of the order. Then, to top it off, he got the bill wrong and placed items from someone else's order on our bill. Terrible services at a high price and with substandard food. Absolutely terrible!!! I'd give the hotel 5 stars and the restaurant 1 star, hence why I've landed on 3 stars for my rating.

This goal still allows smoking on the top floor... Unreal... Had to request a non smoking room.

Great hotel but they need to label their dessert. Got an allergic reaction to what I thought was pudding but wasn't.

The pool belong to some health club and I did not get good reception and service from the girl at health center. The whirlpool was cold because they just change the water and will take 2 hours to heat up, this was 4:30 PM on Civic Day long weekend. Wish there was a sign posted because we only found out after we got wet in the whirlpool.

It's cozy hotel with a small but nice swimming pool. Breakfast was nice. My room(1204) had a great view.

Bed bugs attacked me at night and when I called to tell them I got nothing in return! pay to get eaten alive. Might as well stay at a motel and save your money! Disgusted!

Very well managed conference room and attentive staff for business meetings

Overall fairly clean, quiet and modern. There are 2 buildings, my assumption is one for normal hotel bedrooms and another building for suite style rooms. Please note there's a fee for parking!

Attended the hotel for a conference. When checking in as an overnight guest, staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Conference rooms were standard, but lunch provided by the hotel was above average. Overall good place for a conference.

Great location close to downtown Markham. Best hotel in the area in terms of rooms and great service.

This is an ideal place to stay if you're forced to be in Markham. Good amenities, full gym, good breakfast, great bar staff.

Overall a nice stay. Interesting suite rooms. There was some garbage left in the bed side table drawer; cleaning was not completely thorough. Would recommend for an affordable stay.

The conference space we used was nicely organized and bright with a lot of natural light. Breakfast and lunch were both tasty and on time. My only complaints would be the lack of an projector onsite in the room and the lined number of connections we could make to the local WiFi due to some type of restriction.

Stayed here last Friday. Check in was smooth and room clean. Decided to come back Saturday. The lady at the front desk remembered us and this made check in even faster. This was appreciated as we were exhausted. Thanks to the great staff we really enjoyed our stay.

Very professional and clean environment. Food was good and hotel looked very nice. Staff is also very helpful and polite.

This hotel's main entrance is elegant with staircases mainly for style, but nice nonetheless. The rooms have a unique feel as they are not always your standard layout. The hallways can be hard to navigate and find your way around. If you have guests over they may have to pay for parking.

Ample parking. Friendly staff and clean environment. Was there for a wedding at Zen Garden, beautiful outdoor garden.

The rooms were vary nice the hole place was vary clean and the price was good the only problem I had was the buffet, they cleaned up the buffet before I was done and I felt rushed to finish

Afternoon tea buffet an absolute delight. $24.00 and amazing desserts. Ohhh the scones. And the shrimp toast is phenomenal. A must try

Got a great deal on hotwire! 79 $ plus tax per night :) rooms are a.little dark and out dated but for the price it was all good!

Great venue. Had my wedding there. Huge place. Attentive staff. Would definitely recommend. There's diff size rooms. We got the big hall. Communication was perfect from start to finish with Lorraine

Very nice Hotel, a little far away, pleasent experience.

Not pleased. Broken toilet small bathroom , not enough towels or glasses. Unappealing swimming pool.

Changed rooms multiple times due to staff error and smoking issues. No compensation or formal apology. Then the elevator is broken so that's another issue.

There for hockey tournament. Too many restrictions on what kids could and could not do. Team requested to be on same floor and that didn't happen. Pool fairly far away and is a decent walk. Would not recommend this hotel to my friends - especially sports teams.

Very nice hotel, personable staff, good food. Only problem I encountered was the hotel has a $1500 cap on the bill. I believe the hotel front desk will adjust it properly.

Nice play. Great staff. Just wish they'd update the rooms (or bathrooms at least) in the tower. The half glass wall concept causes water everywhere when I shower

Loved my stay here. My suite was clean and had a well stocked kitchenette for my stay. Although a few of the facilities were closed due to COVid, i didn't really feel i was missing out on anything. There are so many restaurants and grocery stores near by and places to shop (CF Markville).
The service is impeccable and they really respond quickly to any requests you have. I will definitely book here again!
Shout out to the front desk agents for being so accomodating and the maintenance team for replacing my fridge in a matter of minutes!!!

Buffet service was as expected - good variety of food but quality was mixed across different dishes. Service was good.

Typical high end hotel environment. Modest mannered staff members. Not much to do or eat around this location. No Complaints or issues during my stay.

Worst booking service, listen the 'reservation specialist' talk to someone else and you at the same time, then sit on hold for 30 minutes after giving all your info and card #, to just get disconnected and them have no idea what your calling back about.

Clean, convenient, and friendly services l. Great experience overall!
