The conference rooms were clean and tidy with decent equipment for presentations. The hotel services were very good and the food were decent. I would love to attend future event hosted in this faculty.

I remember that when my girlfriend came, I used to stay in this hotel for two weeks. The suite with a kitchen really feels like a five-star hotel in China. A deposit is required. The service attitude and the price are good. Not as expensive as the downtown. Except for the downtown hotel Outside Hilton is really the best hotel in the whole Toronto

The room size was great! Staff were friendly. The pool is operated by a third party club and not the hotel. The members of the pool and its management set up 3/5 of the pool with lanes and hop in one place with a member per lane while the More

A nice hotel in suburban location, modern, spacious surroundings. In the immediate vicinity only Chinese restaurants. Spacious rooms. Unfortunately at night constant noise through the air conditioning, even if it is in the room turned off. The bathroom is always "pleasant" cool, regardless of the setting.
Very nice breakfast! (Note for package travelers: The breakfast is included in the price, the tip is 'is not included' and will be charged extra.)

Very clean and welcoming. Catered sandwiches were pretty tough to bite through but ingredients were good. Upset that some of the rooms used for learning seminars were too small to fit even half the people that wanted to attend. Other than that it's a good location for professional events

Definitely having over-booking problem. I arrived around 4pm and there was a long waiting line in the lobby, I booked 2 rooms and both of them were not available by then. Front desk was keeping calling room service to see if room is cleaned and ready to go. First time to go to Canada though, maybe it is normal here.

I went to this hotel for an interview. Although I was not selected to be a part of this hotel.
I must say that this hotel has a very positive vibe and it's really luxurious hotel.

My husband and I had our wedding here this past Thursday. Referring to our wedding, everything else went smoothly. They accommodated us and made our day special and amazing. The reason I gave 3 stars was because of how the staff treated my guests after the wedding. My guests were harassed and bothered multiple times, even threatened to be kicked out for no real reason. Even after being told of certain rules that needed to be followed, we still experienced some discrimination. Not sure why we were discriminated against. There was great staff that did not bother us and communicated with us like fellow human beings. We would love to come back but a sour taste has been left in our mouths. Please ensure staff understand that customer service is extremely important, especially when the guests are spending over $3,000 with your business.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and the hotel itself was quiet. Many things were provided to make the stay comfortable like an abundance of pillows, towels, and toilettries.

Stayed on the 9th floor here for new year's eve 2017 going into 2018.
They were very strict on people going up to the rooms starting at 8PM which was really much appreciated because we did not have any noise problems. Everything in the room was clean and organized.

Only cons are:
- Bed was WAY too soft. Literally just sinking into the bed, but to each their own. We stayed on the pull out couch instead on the second night due to the softness.
- The bar that houses the shower head was loose, so could not shower without holding the shower head.
- Only the bedroom had Chromecast. The living room one didn't have it.

I was at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites for a celebration event. We used the Markham Ballroom. It was a beautiful room with wonderful and helpful staff. The food was buffet style and was delicious. The bathrooms were clean and presentable. The audio system did need a bit of improvement and to be easier to plug in, but overall it was a great experience.

Visited and stayed at the Hilton in Markham for a wedding. The facilities were far beyond expectation. The venue was VERY well maintained, cleaned, and organized. The rooms we stayed in following the event were much more spacious than expected. The staff and team helping the event and preparing the venue were helpful, accommodating, welcoming, and extremely friendly and patient.

This is my preferred hotel for Toronto visits. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is possible to get a long stay suite with a kitchen. There are many dining options in the vicinity. They have one of the best gym you can get in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay here all the time. Posted rates are a bit high and occupancy always full, luckily we get corporate rates and some guaranteed rooms which is a huge value to local businesses. Facilities are great, nice lobby bar but always full, breakfast and dinner is good. The meeting facilities and catering is really exceptional. Gym attached is a full fitness gym withbiutside membership but accessible to hotel guests for free which means a full gym at your disposal. Squash courts in the gym for extra small fee. Rooms are all suite style and very comfortable. Tons of parking (pay) outside and some covered. Right next to 407 for quick access.

We had originally booked for 6 nights but extended to 8 because we had a great experience. The hotel is in a convenient location with ample parking and amenities galore (unfortunately closed during our stay due to COVId). We were very pleased with our room, spacious and clean. The cleaning staff was very attentive and accommodating, scheduling house calls on request. Room service was on point and polite. The front desk made our stay though, they made sure we were looked after regardless of request, notably Ruth was just outstanding. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it was hit or miss but the coffee was always hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this location, a major sway factor for us is that it's dog friendly which none of the downtown Toronto Hilton locations are. Well done to the team! we look forward to making this our home away from home.

What a difference to La Quinta. In all honesty because I was not looking for amenities just a place to lay my head, it didn't matter a great deal between the two. But the contrast in the look, feel and atmosphere - all other things being equal I would choose the Hilton. Why I wouldn't - 1) I get the impression that Hilton is a lot more interested in making money; so every area of the hotel is a cost centre. This leads to customers being nickel and dimed to exhaustion. For instance at La Quinta parking was free you were provided with a voucher to park at what seem to be a municipal parking lot. At the Hilton you paid to park - I am not sure but it seems an independent company owned the parking lots right next to the Hilton? And there is a fee sharing arrangement? 2) the people - La Quinta being a much smaller hotel could only accommodate a limited # of people. At the Hilton it seemed the floodgates opened - so many damn people and I like people but this was a mess. Think of ants at a picnic. A 15 minute wait for an elevator because they were so crowded? And this might all be related to an influx because of Caribana so not the normal or usual state of affairs. I take my hat off to the front desk workers because in their position I would start throwing stuff at the guests and asking them to leave me the alone. And what a diverse bunch - of all ages and nationalities - a little UN this Hilton. I'd rather La Quinta. Seriously . But it also made me think that whatever systems they have in place to have things running somewhat smoothly - what would be the tipping point and where would it snap to have this convert to utter bedlam. Should be something to observe as a disinterested observer. Have to give them credit because at La Quinta the machine to issue the key card for our rooms malfunctioned - and in half-an-hour it went from one person on line - me (to six or seven) very disgruntled guests with some voicing their displeasure. Those tipping points! Have to be mindful of them especially the apparently insignificant ones. Unfortunately at times that is how your success is measured. So good job managing all those people to the Hilton front and back office employees. My interactions with them was always a positive.
