Went there for tea. Food was good, if a bit pricy. Nice atmosphere, classy.

Hotel is nice, but if you're picking this place for a dinner date it is not recommended the food selection is really hurting. We booked for a diner date night and walked in and immediately out. Not a single person in the hotel cared. They pretty much starred at us and spoke about us behind our back- not impressive customer service. Even though we lost the fees for the room to have private dining - we had a better experience when we went to Chicos down the street - at Chicos the food is amazing and the customer service is fantastic. It was good to have the experience as it good to know where not to go!

We have stayed here for three nights. The rooms were clean but the staff were overall very unfriendly and arrogant. We felt we were treated like a lower caste of people. Is it so hard for them to smile and say please? When they ask for your id, I felt like I was being asked by a police. Therefore, the three stars.

This is a newly designed and HUGE space
The conference area is expansive and has a ton of meeting rooms
All who attended my event said the good was excellent
I found some of the conference staff almost annoyed that they had to work but the space is clean and very well kept
One comment a colleague told me: they bought a regular coffee at the lobby and were charged $4.50!!
I always heard hilton chain provided lobby coffee for free?!?

The hotel is good but the saddest part is that they don't even give complimentary water

The massage, gym and pool were amazing. Our bedrooms were and bedding were fantastic. The views were terrible. It was so noisy that we could not here the TV any night. It was a little expensive for what it was.

The building itself was amazing. It was luxurious and the staff were extremely accommodating. The room was amazing and spacious and I loved staying there.

Helpful friendly staff, clean room but minor fixes would go a long way to improving the stay.

I was at the Hilton Markham for afternoon tea. The atmosphere was casual but refined. We were offered our choice of various teas or coffee. The teas were standard tazo teabags. The afternoon tea is buffet style. The dessert selection was quite extensive. They were presented well at the buffet table. Of the pastries I tried, the macarons were great and had a balanced taste that was not too sweet. The shells were a little bit too crunchy. The chocolate cake was delicious, also a balanced sweetness with a noticeable chocolate richness. The creme brulee was done well, and had a slight spice to the cream that was unexpectedly good. There was also the typical assortment of sandwiches, including tuna, egg salad, salmon, and others. Although the crust was somewhat dry, they tasted fairly standard. The staff were extremely attentive and very courteous.

The hotel is clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Clean and tidy. Room service is good. The lobby bar 'ABSOLUTE' is nice. During the COVID 19... Overall is above level.

For what you pay, it is a good bang for your buck. The hotel staff are beyond friendly. Will use again

Modern rooms and plenty of opportunities for sports activities.

The hotel is beautiful, but there never seems to be any rooms with appropriate beds available even when you book in advance. Its a really busy location so room shortages should always be expected even if you booked in advance.

Booked the Hilton Hotel on March 15-17 for my wedding. Prior to booking I specifically spoke to the front desk and asked if I required a permit to take pictures on my wedding day inside the hilton - I was told I wouldn't need one as I have a booking for those specific dates. We didn't think of having a back up photography location as hilton front desk had agreed to this. On the day of my wedding once my photo-shoot began, I was approached by a manager who asked us for a permit. I explained to him that I was told I wouldn't need one and he said a permit is always required and that we need to stop taking pictures immediately. I tried to reason with him but he said we would be subject to a fine. It was extremely cold that day and we didn't have enough time to relocate. I now only have a handful of pictures with my husband on our WEDDING DAY because hilton decided to switch up on us the day of. My make up artist was helping another bride get ready the same day at hilton, the other bride informed me that she and her husband were allowed to take pictures inside the hilton the SAME DAY without a permit. Extremely poor customer service, very sad that this hotel ruined a very important day in our life - I will never get that moment back.

Hilton toronto is well located. very easy access from and easily noticeable.

The suite was extremely narrow, the layout of the suite could be much better (glass door right in front of toilet), complementary wi fi was incredibly slow, not even optimal for basic internet browsing, should have a mirror and tissue box outside of the bathroom, room phones could not dial through to front desk or services.

Oh ya, we always stay here every time we go to Toronto

Excellent room, excellent service, extremely clean and it's a beautiful hotel overall.

Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only downfall of this location was that though there are four elevators and only ten floors (in the main building) it still took 5+ min for an elevator.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience booking with this hotel. They were completely unaccommodating to deal with and were very reluctant to help me when I had an emergency come up and had to rebook. I am now paying full price for a room I am not even staying in. If it were an option I would give 0 stars and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The conference center is very clean and well maintained, I would love to attend another event at this venue.

It's very very awesome has the athletic club, pool and chinese restaurant plus its huge, so come on down to relax and have fun.

Great room. Happy staff. Bed felt a little used. No bag for my ice bucket or stir sticks for coffee. Lighting is not bright at all in the room for work purposes. Markham Ontario. Room 434. All that to say I Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you

I love staying at this hotel! The hotel rooms are in very good shape and always clean. Bonus...All the rooms I have stayed in so far have a family room. Staff are awesome and are always looking forward to help without being pretentious...if they don t know the answer, rather than sending you to someone else, they will go find out the answer themselves. Every one is always smiling and have always ensured that my stay is a happy one. Definitely recommend.

The conference center is very clean. Wait staff are very polite and professional. Washrooms are clean and have a luxury feel.

We went for the Hytea. The hotel is nice and the reception was polite. However, after we sat the wait staff did not come check on us for atleast 20mins until we were able to flag one down and ask for tea. The food was ok... Maybe sub par. Most Hytea places offer a variety of teas but they only gave us one.

Absolutely loved my stay. Parking was available everywhere, and easy access from the hotel rooms with the seemingly endless walkways. Room was spacious and comfortable for a small or large group of people. McDonalds is right across the street, so food is not an issue. Shopping centres are only minute drives away and is easy to get on the highway from here. The ONLY complaint I have is signs leading towards the pool and gym, as we spent a fair amount of time trying to figure out where we could swim. As well, the pool did look slightly deceiving from the picture. Overall, this was an amazing experience and would love to attend again

My room was very hot. It seemed like a common feedback I heard from the other conference guests too.

Rude night staff during check in. Unhelpful with WiFi login or even directions to our room. Our friends room had issue with phone going off at 2am. Our room shower head won't stay in position and heating didn't work til 5am in the morning. Terrible 2 night stay ever.

Very professional, enjoyed the complimentary chocolate. Technical services were great. Restaurant had diverse menu.

Room was not ready over 2 hours after scheduled check in. Front desk manager was rude and inconsiderate. For a 4 star hotel, money is better spent elsewhere to avoid inconsiderate staff.

The hotel itself is very nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. The restaurant on the other hand was not very good at all. I went for breakfast and was basically ignored for about ten minutes. Then the waiter told me the buffet is over there and walked away.

The buffet was quite spartan. It was 8am so it s not like it was towards the end of breakfast and they were shutting down. The scrambled eggs were very dry and the bacon was one very large lump that wouldn t pull apart. There was an empty jar of orange juice and an almost empty jar of cranberry juice. I was at the restaurant for about an hour and neither was ever filled. I asked for a waiter but he was no where to be found. I finally flagged another person down to get some juice.

After I flagged him down he also disappeared so as. It to have to bring anything either I m guessing. All in all the restaurant was not worth it while the hotel was very much worth it. I think next time I m here I ll skip the breakfast and go elsewhere.

Superb suite, good breakfast buffet. For dinner I would prefer to go out. The lobster was overcooked

Brunch/lunch Buffet: the food is really good, quality is high. Decent anti-pasti, crab legs, salmon, oyster, excellent to indulge. Sweets table is beautiful, the dessert items are worth photographing if you're into posting this stuff on social. There was an omelet station when we were there. Juice, coffee was served when we were there. If you want quality, if you want to celebrate a special occasion, great place. Service is excellent. Lots of staff to take care of things.

Christmas party at Markham Ballroom, very good service!

Rooms were comfortable. Staff was more than accommodating. They went out of their way, over and above for our particular group.

Went to the breakfast buffet on a Monday morning. Standard breakfast, nothing special.

Very clean and comfortable room, nice front desk service, heated indoor pool. Nice location walking distance to many delicious Chinese restaurants.

We attended here for a wedding. The staff was courteous and the food was good. They did a very nice job with the steak and scalloped potatoes. I liked the red wine they served at the bar.

We were there for coffee one hour ago. We hardly see the servicer. We had to watch closely to find someone to serve us. We like this Hilton but somehow it kind of changed.

I found it to be a very polished and welcoming hotel to stay at.
