I was very hesitant when I made this claim because of all the reviews I had seen in the Better Business Bureau that were very negative towards his company. Also because of the amount of damage that my car had due to weather induced fading. Within a matter of a couple of weeks they responded and told me that I was able to send my car to the paint shop I had chosen. This blew my mind because I honestly thought that they were going to deny me because of the bbb reports. For all the future cars I will definitely get this protection because it is a great investment and I advise you all to do the same.

Horrible experience. I paid for 7 years of car cleaning service with this company and the first time they were nice and helpful and cleaned my car. After that, they gave me such a hard time and kept hitting me with "void under the warrranty," and only was able to have my car cleaned one time after that. I purchased this plan through my dealership when I purchased my car and I paid a hefty amount all so that they could tell me that they cannot offer their services. Their customer service is horrible, especially with that Diana girl. I have no idea how they can even hire someone like her. I don't recommend them to anyone!!!!! If you want to throw your money down the drain, then give it to these guys.

Fortunately I have ECP so Lorena (Claim rep.) helped me to get $1100 out of $1400 cost approx. for repaint(As they are unable to cover scratch damange on hood of $300 approx.). Easy claim process and Very Very nice claim representative like Lorena.

Had to have Stanley Steamer come out a second time to clean the seats before spraying them again. This delayed the spraying. Employees of Stanley Steamer and the Subaru dealer were exceptional.

Excellent service - I have gotten the protector on my vehicles for years and never needed to use the warranty. I was really nervous when I actually had an issue considering there seems to always be a fight to get insurance to pay. ECP made the entire process so easy. They were very helpful and responsive. I would recommend their car protection to anyone!

Staff was very professional in handling my case. Repair team called me to set up appointments and before the date reconfirmed and told me they could come over earlier. Repairs took just about an hour and thought they were great. Can hardly tell that there was an issue with my seat.

I contacted ECP after my 2017 Honda Accord experienced "bird waste" damage which left a spot on the hood noticeably pitted. I was expecting to get a run around before getting a claim approved but ended up being very favorably impressed by the service I received. My claim representative, Lorena V, clearly explained what was needed to support the claim and quickly processed my claim which included pictures of the damage. She even worked with me to locate the claim check at the body shop when they stated that it had not been received. She always quickly responded to my email inquiries and provided easy to understand answers to my questions. Dealing with this company and this representative was a very pleasant experience.

My experience with ECP exceeded my expectations. Initially I was weary of extended warranty package because the selling dealership did not provide a contract for the purchase of the warranty. After multiple calls to the dealership I grew frustrated and gave up. Fast forward one year and I needed to file a claim after receiving a golf ball size rock chip on my windshield. The selling dealership was under new management and worked with me to resolve their failure to complete the warranty registration. I filed a claim directly with ECP and got an immediate response. Since the rock chip was in my line of vision I asked for a windshield replacement instead of a repair. ECP approved the replacement the same day my estimate was submitted. They are also working with me to find a local dealership to assist me with further warranty needs since my selling dealership is out of state. Initially, I was jaded about extended warranties since my selling dealership failed miserably with customer service. Now that I have been in direct contact with ECP I would definitely consider buying an extended warranty on future car purchases. Thank you ECP for being so easy to work with!

I love my ECP it helps keep my car cleaner longer and it made my cloth seats almost waterproof. Not to mention they are super awesome in responding back asap if you ever have a question!

SCAM!!! Don't purchase those fake warranty!!!! I purchased my car a year ago from Infiniti of Tampa and was offered an Interior/Exterior "warranty" from ECP by Ashley the Finance Manager. When I originally purchased my car I asked the salesperson I purchased from - Dave about the warranty and he let me know that if the damage they covered was unrepairable by them then they would replace it. After dealing with ECP for the past month that is absolutely NOT the case. I have cracks in my dash which they say they cover, yet the guy they hire to do the work said even if he fixed it he wasn't sure it would last so he didn't even do it. Why is repair an option if the person hired to do it won't do it? I believe Dave lied to me just so he could get a sale, pretty typical car salesman. ECP told me to talk directly to Infiniti about it after which no one helped me. I personally went there and spoke to John the pre-owned sales manager which seemed helpful at first saying that everyone he asked said that ECP should just replace the dash if they can't fix it and he even said he would try and talk to the people higher up at ECP to get answer and call me back. A week later, no call. I left a voicemail and called again today to leave a message with another sales person and still no call back. How completely unprofessional. The money they charge you for the ECP "warranty" is to buy the clear protective coat that is all, you are not purchasing an actual warranty so buyer beware. Also, the "exterior warranty" protects against tree sap supposedly yet, yet tree sap damaged my trunk hood and I took it to a body shop and they said it needs to be repainted because the protective coat obviously didn't do anything. Then ECP INC. let's me know that the exterior repair is limited to buffing, polishing and wet sanding. So if it can't be repaired by the way mentioned then you are screwed. Oh and the communication with ECP itself is atrocious. I have had to constantly call and email to get any response from the claims representative or anyone else for that matter. What a nightmare. I even contacted Infiniti USA corporate and that was another joke. The guy was incompetent as well as Korby the Regional Director for Florida. Their customer service is non existent. They offered no help or guidance whatsoever on this matter. Now I'm screwed out of thousands of dollars because I was misinformed and sold a SCAM fake warranty.

We purchased a warranty for our boat seats/interior and was told it included a long list of things such as spills, tears, rips, stains, etc. However, when we filed a claim it was denied. We were told that the tear had to be less than 6 inches (which it was) but b/c it was on a seat button strap it would not cover it. I believe the warranty process is very subjective and they will always find a way to deny your claim. I asked for a supervisor to contact me and was given a contact number which again is not what I asked for....I'm not going to call you when I've already given you every opportunity to rectify the problem. I also asked where i could go to rate and review their service and received no response. Most of these reviews are not for actual claims placed with this company. One review is written by an employee stating its a good place to work and another review congratulates the company for being in business for 25 years....both are irrelevant reviews probably used to boost the actual rating of this company. I've contacted the company four times now to try and rectify the problem with no results. It doesn't seem like they care too much about what their clients have to say.

Great service. I used it twice already in 2 years. They came to my house and clean it. They also paid for new paint for my bumper. Lorena vargas made this procces really easy..
Only one thing i will change. I dont like that i have to bring the car back to the dealer to apply the producta. It should be an easier way. THE DEALER MADE ME WAIT 2 HOURS.

If you re reading this, then they did a great job. I only leave reviews when CUSTOMER SERVICE is a company s top priority! Gina was very pleasant, handled my claim professionally, and worked quickly to have the damaged assessed and repaired! I was allowed to select my own body shop and ECP paid them directly. Highly recommend this company and will look to add the protection to future vehicles I purchase!

As the manager of a body shop that does not sell the product. We only repair vehicles with claims. The product does what they say it does whether exterior issues or interior stains. They stand behind the product.
I have to say that ECP is so easy to work with. They have covered things that shouldn't be covered to make sure that the guest is taken care of. Their promptness in getting back to all parties with approvals and questions is top notch. We have been working with them for 15+ years and have never had any issues.

Within hours of that contact the cleaning company called to schedule an appointment. They drove way out of their way to my work to clean the seats in my car. The seats look beautiful! Thank You!

The vehicle I purchased already had a rust proofing warranty on it that was able to be transferred to me. After owning the used vehicle for 5 years, it started to show some rust on the back of the cab of the truck. ECP took care of all of the rust that was starting on this vehicle without any issues. I am extremely happy with the warranty and the quickness of getting the repairs done. I would highly recommend using their rust proofing warranty.

We had a sealant applied when we purchased our RV new four years ago and also purchased a warranty for the sealant at that time. Unfortunately the sealant failed and needed to be re-applied. ECP stepped in and quickly addressed the issue, sending sealant, working with us to find a detailer to address the repair, and issuing payment. The end result was fantastic! A special thank you to Melissa Naleway who was incredibly responsive and professional from start to finish.

I purchased the windshield protection warranty and have had to use it already to repair chip damage and even to replace the entire windshield itself. While having to deal with the debris of highway driving is annoying, the customer service I have received from ECP has been wonderful.

Gina Henriksen and the rest of the people I have spoken with at ECP on the phone or via e-mail have been very knowledgeable and understanding throughout the claims process. Honestly, they have gone above and beyond what most people think an insurance company would do for a customer.

I am very happy to have purchased this product from ECP and definitely plan on buying this service if available on my next vehicle.

I had a stain on my front seat. Dr. Vinal showed up an hour early looked and said he could take care of the stain and he would be done in 30 minuets. He went to work and finished in 35 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. Stain gone and he was on his way. I will contact him again the next time I have a problem. Great Job! Aubrey

We purchased seat and carpet protection plan with our BMW and after 4 years experienced some stains and discoloration on seats. The process of putting a claim in was done with relative ease. Once we filled out application we received further communication asking us for some photos. After the claim representative reviewed our file we were given a name and phone number to have car looked at and items taken care of. Everything was taken care of and so far the car looks great. They reapplied the protection so we are still covered for the remainder of the warranty period. Overall a good experience and based on this particular experience I would recommend the company.

I purchase two brand new vehicles in the fall of 2017 with ECP's warranty. I was told by the dealership that the warranty would cover cracking and spills of any fluid. Earlier this week, the air freshener in one of my vehicle leaked and cracked my dash. After attempting to reach them three times via phone and via email, I finally received an email stating that they would not cover the damage. The rep, Jordan Willing, stated the following:

The warranty provides coverage for fast food & beverage stains, juice boxes, bleaches & dyes, inks, fading or discoloration, cracking of the dash, sun s UV rays, mold & mildew, chewing gum, crayons, makeup, blood & bodily fluids, rips & tears (less than six (6) inches long), punctures & burns (up to one (1) inch in diameter)

This clearly states that cracking of the dash is covered yet, they refused to cover for the damage. Had I known they weren t honest with their claims, I would not have purchased this warranty for any of my vehicles. This is a fraudulent company and should be exposed for their dishonest marketing practices

I just purchased a truck from Matthews-Currie in Nokomis, Fl. They sold me the same scam-warranty ECP Plus "protection". Only the dealer never applied the protection since the date he supposedly did it I was already in possession of the truck. I know when they said they applied it they could not applied it. So I wanted to cancel the warranty but the dealer refuses and ignores my calls. I called ECP and they refuse to cancel it too and are horrible in customer service, they don't explain the product or how the process works when asked. ECP does not call back at all so far, no matter what asked etc..ECP claims they are on BBB but I checked and cannot find them at all!!

I know there s some bad reviews online. Especially on BBB but I can tell you firsthand they are great people. I had an issue where the entire interior of my boat was collecting mold. I was very frustrated because I feel like the vinyl on this particular boat is made cheaper than other boats I own. That s why I took out the protection package through ECP. I ended up working with Liz who is extremely nice and totally understood what I was going through. She connected me with Jordan who is taking care of getting someone out to clean the interior. I just wanted to leave a review to thank Liz and Jordan for all the help.

ECP was great to work with, they did require a few more photos to verify the rust through after my initial claim, but in the end they agreed to pay for a $4,400 loss. They also paid for reapplication of new rust proofing and paint protection in the repaired areas. Great company, highly recommend them.

Gina was excellent. The company paid for a new fender, which started to rust. They paid for the fender to be reapplied with rust protection. You have to be patient until everything gets approved, but they were great with me.

When you purchase a service contract it stays in a file folder somewhere until you need the service. Now try to read the contract. I called the "help" number and help is what I got. Wasn't shuffled from one person to the next but had the same representative throughout. Melissa Gould answered my call and explained the claim process and sent me an email so I would have the steps written down. When ever I had a question my email was answered within a few hours by Melissa. Great to work with.

Very easy to work with. Frequent communication by Kory Trudo kept me informed of my appointment status (weather altered things slightly). He was very thorough and explained each step of the process as he did it. He also explained what I could expect during and after the cleaning. Seat looks brand new - no signs of the tea stain and no lasting dampness as he warned me might happen! I won't hesitate to use this company again if and when I have an issue with my car. Everything went smoothly from the original contact to completion.
